It makes it easy to look up certain discoveries about different data points.

  ### 2. We have received reliable, quality eDiscovery services from Casepoint for more than four years.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth L. R. | Litigation Paralegal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Casepoint provides a smooth and straight-forward User interface that is flexible, customizable, and easy to use. The platform allows us to more easily manage and organize large data collections and it provides powerful search capabilities and tools to assist with document review and productions. The support provided, for both the application and its use, by our Casepoint project manager and the service team is terrific. They are responsive, helpful, eager to provide solutions and meet all deadlines.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

We have not found anything that we dislike about Casepoint. We have learned over time how to best manage the fees and costs associated with Casepont which our clients appreciate.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have assisted us with large document reviews by incorporating advanced analytics and by providing optimal search strategies, recommending key terms and/or custodians to refine search perameters.

  ### 3. Great Product

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor H. | Legal Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

I used Casepoint during my legal internship. It was extremely helpful and easy to navigate ediscovery.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

Case point was easy to use. No complaints.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me have edsiscovery in one place. Easy to share between counsel.

  ### 4. Great Cloud-Based All-Inclusive Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Easy to learn and easy to train reviewers. All futures make sense and perform well. The all-inclusive model is great; we don't have to worry about running up costs when working with analytics. The production module is well-developed and versatile. I like CasePoint's data import tools, both web-based and desktop-based. They make data imports easy. CasePoint also provides free "office hours", which save money on training. I worked with several e-discovery solutions in the past, web-based and on-premises, and CasePoint has been my favorite to use for many years. There are so many great features in this application but my favorite are: cloud collection, semi-transparent and multi-color redactions, document unitization, email tread visualization tool, and built-in case summary tool.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

Not having a flat-fee subscription is a downside. Also hoping to get native document redaction soon.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most significant benefit for us so far is having a highly reliable could-based solution that can be equally accessed by our reviewers located across the US. We also were able to reduce the review time by using certain analytics.

  ### 5. Looking for eDiscovery software? Casepoint is a must try!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony D. M. | Senior Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Casepoint is a robust document review platform with the latest data analytics and AI/TAR technology included. The softwre is user friendly and the company frequently and consistently develops updated and advanced funcionality in order to keep our document reviews efficient and fast. Their customer support is stellar.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

We have experienced a couple of issues where certain features did not function as intended, but their development team took prompt steps to resolve the problem.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casepoint has assisted us in quickly and cost-effectively managing large document reviews to consistently meet our discovery obligations while maintaining budget.

  ### 6. Most useful discovery document management system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jihoon L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Casepoint is intuitive, not only for me as admistrator, but most of end-users, e.g., attorneys and experts to review discovery documents. Search module is very generous. Reviewing pane is sensible. Easy to categorize per key words as well as some extension of logical phrases. Its subjective comment field works great for its searchability as well. Casepoint's screen set up is pleasant to look and easy on your eye for an extended use. Last but least, Casepoint's technical support is nonpareil. Quick and comprehensive response without exception. We have been happy with Casepoint for more than a decade.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

Nothing structural or their services. Some anecdotal connectivity issues occurred a long time ago, which may or may not be on Casepoint. There has not been an issue that was not resolved by their technical support crew. It is a good system.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conversion and unitization of ediscovery documents that are in different format (e.g. tiff, or email) or different origin (time zone) into one uniformed format for search, and review. This includes numerous back-end engineering to the discovery documents like, de-duping and segregation of families in email threads, all of which are indispensible tool to accomodate the ediscovery document review process efficient.

  ### 7. Consistently high quality, dependable service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Casepoint is intuitive and easy to use. Everyone I've worked with at CasePoint is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their product and about litigation/eDiscovery in general. One thing that sets them out from the others is that you can send them feature requests. They send them to their development team and implement many of them ultimately. I've had some features added the same week!

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

CasePoint works hard to address concerns. If there is an issue with the application, they come up with a fix. They communicate regarding your issues and address them in real-time. Due to these factors, I can't think of anything that I dislike about CasePoint.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have assisted with loading data and running productions many times when I'm at capacity and wasn't able to do it myself. I have used CasePoint since 2014 and have had consistently great service. They are responsive to emails around the clock; meet or exceed deadlines; they do quality work; and have helped me out of many sticky situations!

  ### 8. Feature rich program with highly responsive support team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Casepoint has a high volume of features that helps make document review, searching, analysis, and productions an efficient process including folders, grid views, tags, advanced search, email threading, processing templates, production templates, etc. Their support team is highly responsive with trouble shooting and training. Casepoint has the features our in-house litigation support department needs to avoid using external vendors. Casepoint also has a user community group and implements several of the feature requests submitted by its customers.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

Some recent technical issues related to various features not working properly, however, they are very responsive when those issues are reported and they typically resolve them.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows Processing, Review, Analysis, and Production of ESI in-house. Helps firm control costs for clients.

  ### 9. Easy to use eDiscovery platform.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

The project management team helps you do everything. When we receive productions from opposing counsel, it's easy for me to upload the productions to a Casepoint run ftp site. Then I just send Casepoint an email with instructions on how to organize the production on the platform. The same can be said about making productions. I can send our client's files to Casepoint, provide instructions on bate stamping and metadata, and the project management team handles the rest.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

The downside is that sometimes it can take time for productions to upload or to be prepared with bates stamping depending on if you need load files or a TIF conversion. I make sure to plan ahead in order to make sure timing is not an issue.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Casepoint means that I don't have to spend as much time preparing productions because I can rely on Casepoint to prepare and organize them for me.

  ### 10. Great tool for document review and pre-trial preparation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

I find the high level of customization of the export features especially helpful. Casepoint allows me to quickly bulk export documents of different file types and to select custom made file naming conventions which makes printing and organizing the documents on my local drive easier. Casepoint also has amazing advanced search and drilling functions and highly customizable views.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

I dislike the placeholder feature in the Export Documents function because it requires that placeholder pages be added to an export containing both Image and Native files. This then requires combining the Image and Native files locally on my computer and then weeding out the placeholder pages.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casepoint reduces the time spent on document review by allowing the user to quickly access tagged documents, conduct advance searches, and customize the main view.

  ### 11. Feature rich eDiscovery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Self Service Admin flexibility with an easy to use reviewer / user interface.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

Document Upload can at times be slow, but often overcome by using Casepoint provided "Desktop Client" application.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Predictable pricing model, and as a self service Admin, no waiting to begin or work within projects. Ability to scale user rights, or create custom views and templates.

  ### 12. Amazing review platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Casepoint is a very robust and versatile document review platform. The functionality creates efficiencies that are not found in other similar platforms.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Casepoint. There is going to be a learning curve, but that comes with adapting to any new software applications.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Processing ESI is fast and efficient - much faster than the previous program our firm was using. It ingests and converts very quickly which saves time and allows me to work on other projects.

  ### 13. Terrific Multi-Feature Platform, Great Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Casepoint can do just about everything you need it to. The features are well-thought out and the user interface is carefully considered.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

I genuinely haven't come across any downside.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casepoint manages workload by integrating features that minimize repetition and aid in speedy analyzing.

  ### 14. the team is very responsive, which is helpful as I am often working on time sensitive requests.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

the team, especially Zarna, is very attentve and helpful. They also provide insight into how i can do some of the tasks I request their assistance with.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

I have difficulty with not being able to base searches off other searches...having to create folders to accomplish the same goal is sometimes frustrating.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are using casepoing for document review and production.

  ### 15. Casepoint checks all the boxes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi F. | Counsel, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

Casepoint is an amazing eDiscovery review platform. Of all of the platforms I have used, and I have used nearly every platform available, Casepoint is head and shoulders above the pack in terms of customer service, affordability and intuitive UI.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

I really have no dislikes for this platform other than I would remove the internal team, other than the support email, from the selection when sharing a document with other users.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used the platform for many eDiscovery matters as well as to identify personal data in data breach response matters. The platform works incredibly well for both purposes. In addition, the platform is highly customizable and is easily modified without the assistance of tech support.

  ### 16. CasePoint offers incredible technology innovations and education modules for eDiscovery

**Reviewed by:** Raman S. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

It is very simple to use. I love the CaseAssit feature as it opens up the analytics world with very little training. Users can play around and learn to focus on relevant information and ignore the noise. Leadership is responsive and focused on evolving along with evolving customer needs.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

With the fast-evolving ladscape of data, no tool can claim they are perfect and do everything well. Casepoint is built to make life easy for case teams and reviewers; I would like to see more features for administrators as well.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 21. Attorney

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Casepoint?**

I like the layout of the document review panel and coding form because it is easy to view and navigate through a project. The search tool is very user-friendly and assists in narrowing searches when necessary. The help database answers most questions about using the database, plus the training videos are beneficial to a new user.

**What do you dislike about Casepoint?**

I prefer to be able to page through a document by using a "Next Page" arrow when viewing a document in the image or native modes, but CasePoint does not have this feature. Instead, the user must scroll down constantly in a multi-page document which becomes tedious and slows down the review. I would like to see the software add a more definitive method of comparing near duplicate documents, other than their percentage of similarity.

**What problems is Casepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Outline feature streamlines the deposition preparation process.
