**What do you like best about GetHired.com?**

With gethired, it's easy to quickly post jobs and screen  through resumes a small number of resumes. It is a user-friendly and customizable hiring tool in the sense that it offers features like pre-screening questions, video interviews, and e-signatures which can be tailored to fit specific hiring needs. I also like that it is affordable for small businesses because it provides cost-effective solutions for small businesses that may not have large budgets for recruitment.

**What do you dislike about GetHired.com?**

It is not designed for large organizations. More filters will be great to expand search options.

**What problems is GetHired.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment. Because gethired is cloud-based, I don't have to be at my client's office to complete their recruitment process. It's easy to use, especially for beginners and cheap to implement—an excellent system for small businesses. It has helped me faciliate communication between clients and candidates with in-platform messaging, schedudling and notifications. Most importantly, this system has improved our ability to stay complaint with labour/ employment laws by offering tools for managing employees new hire documents and tax forms.

**What do you like best about GetHired.com?**

Building an application "e-paperwork" is fairly intuitive and simple. Multiple users can also leave and remove comments from an applicants profile. E-paperwork is a delight, and being able to attach a specific type of application to a job posting is nice. You can also require certain questions to be answered - via text, video, or audio. 

**What do you dislike about GetHired.com?**

Numerous features with the site do not work. This includes going from page to page when searching a name, the resume database, applying specific search keywords to resume database, etc. To request a ticket is very difficult - but getting an answer that is not "clear your history" is even more difficult. There is a lack of accountability held by the employees. 

If you are an agency, you tend to have multiple applicants with the same first or last name; however, the search function will not pull up an applicant only containing the first and last name - it will pull up anyone with that first name, a variation of the first name, and anyone with the last name. An applicant can also have multiple "accounts" which do not cross-reference in regards to ratings, paperwork, or comments from admins. You can not update a users contact information either. 

**Recommendations to others considering GetHired.com:**

If you are a staffing agency - look elsewhere for the cost.

We use less paper with GetHired - but our applicant field has not increased.

I really like this app as it help us to evaluate and shortlist the candidate in the first go

Candidates have to download this app in order to give the video introduction round of interview
