# What's the highest-rated Sales Gamification platform for team engagement and motivation on enterprise teams?

SmartWinnr: Rated very highly by enterprise field teams, where engagement is driven by AI roleplays, coaching, and gamified contests that keep a large, distributed force sharp and on-message. Its engagement is coaching-led rather than pure leaderboards, which suits regulated enterprises more than small teams.

Ambition: Built for enterprise organizations, pairing gamification with manager coaching to lift performance across large teams. The interface can feel dated and dashboards take some tuning.

Spinify: Scales real-time leaderboards and AI coaching across large distributed teams as a performance layer on the CRM. Getting it configured for a big, complex structure takes setup.

And which platform held up across regions for you?

SmartWinnr’s coaching-led approach is interesting because enterprise engagement probably needs more staying power than a leaderboard alone. Ambition similarly connects competition with manager coaching. I’d look at whether participation remains strong after the first few months. What have teams found keeps the energy going longer: recognition, competition, or coaching?
