Easy to use, quick and fast support team. I had a ton of customisation requirements they were always available on call to help me out.

What do you like best about Gallabox?

The most amazing thing about using Gallabox is its automation and integration feature. In our case, we have increased our conversion rate using Facebook Integration and Bot feature. What do you like best about Gallabox?

We are a small clothing business based out of Pune. Gallabox is a perfect solution for small online businesses the ease of creating new campaigns and sending bulk WhatsApp messages was the biggest HIT for us, we generated multiple orders through campaigns, also it is very easy to build bots and automate processes, lastly, we used WooCommerce Connect plugin to send order updates to our customer. Great product with good UI UX. Has proven to be helpful in our marketing campaigns. The Bot element has shown a potentially significant scalable marketing structure for us. What do you like best about Gallabox?

First, the support team is really good and responsive. Have tried other services, but no proper support made me drop them and look for alternatives. Now, I think my hunt ends. Without adequate support, don't think any such service will last long.

They have a clean and neat interface, the best among those I have tried so far. And moreover, they look to be constantly upgrading things in the backend, which is a good sign.

Integrations are simple and plenty of options available too. Along with that, the pricing is competitive and does not have any limits on how many integrations you can have unlike others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gallabox?

Not much to complain as yet. The android app is a little slow to load on the conversations, but I guess it will only get better from there. Otherwise, my experience has been good with them so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
