## Gable Reviews
 ### 1. Intuitive, fast, AI-enabled — great onboarding, but cancellation & check-in need improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jun J. | Operations Manager, Advertiser Solutions, Internet, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

it's easy to search for team members that are booked for the day I am looking at. the interface is easy to use and it works quickly for me. onboarding is straightforward and I was able to get it to work within minutes. the tool is well integrated with everyone in the company to use. AI help is also available for people.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

it is difficult to cancel your booking as you need to click into your existing booking to remove, which is not straightforward. it also requires you to check in or your table would be cancelled.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is able to organize our teams' seating situations with the company. pricing structure is also straightforward and the bundle works out for the team.

 ### 2. Effortless office desk mapping and easy last-minute switching in Gable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Igor S. | Manager, Implementation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like how Gable maps the office floor plan clearly, table by table, and lets me switch between desks easily, even at the last minute. Overall, it’s been a great user experience.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Overall, it’s a great tool, and there isn’t much I dislike about it. That said, I do have a wish list for what it could do next—for example, integrating with our internal food-ordering system. It would be amazing if the tool could see where I’ve booked my desk and then flag that location for other food-ordering tools, so they know where to deliver (assuming those tools support that feature).

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable gives me peace of mind and the assurance that I’ll have a booked place to work when I come into the office. It’s super fast and makes it quick to flag conflicts or double-bookings. As the office continues to grow, the tool helps support that growth and makes it easier to scale, while also helping people feel supported with something that’s easy to understand from the first login. The tools within the app are also growing quickly, and while I’m not sure what our company’s pricing package is, I’m glad we went with Gable. Seeing the incorporation of AI in the tool will only make it easier to use.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Igor. Great to hear the floor plan view, easy desk switching, and overall experience are giving you peace of mind as your office scales.

On integrating with internal food-ordering tools so deliveries get triggered and routed to your booked location, great idea, and a smart way to make hybrid days even more seamless. We'll explore as we expand our integration ecosystem.

 ### 3. Amazing Support Team and a Convenient All-in-One Workspace Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew A. | Sr. Operations Manager- Prestige and Specialty Segment, Sodexo at Stanford Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

The Gable team—from support (Kelley P) to our account rep (Demian), backend teams with (Itamar and Madeline) and of course Liza and her team—has been amazing to work with. They’ve taken the time to understand our needs as an organization.

The on-demand feature, events support, and Gable HQ being available in one dashboard makes it convenient for our team to seamlessly select a space of their choice.

Most of all, the Gable team has been very nimble and a great partner to us over the years. I’m excited for more opportunities ahead.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

We look forward to seeing how AI will be integrated into the platform.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable has been working to understand our specific workflows and has been nimble in providing key recommendations that set us up for success on the platform.

 ### 4. Simple UI Makes Desk Booking Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus R. | Business Development Representative I, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable to book desks. My company has a decent sized office, but we have a few too many employees, so we stagger our days and we don't have dedicated desks. It makes it really easy for me to just go in, book my desk for the day, and make sure I always have a spot to land. I'm able to book in advance if I want, and it's also helpful for booking meeting rooms. I think the UI is really nice and easy to interact with for the most part. I like the neighborhoods and the ability it has to section out and make it really easy to understand where in my office I'm able to be, especially considering we have changed our neighborhoods a couple times, so it just makes it quick and easy to use. When we moved our neighborhood from one area to a new area, it was super easy for me to understand where I was supposed to be, and because the UI is so simple, I was able to easily click my new neighborhood and book my desk very fast. I like the integration with Slack and the ease of use to check in for my desk for the day. I also like that I can easily click and view other offices that my company has around the world to see what those offices look like and easily book a space if I was traveling. The UI is the most useful piece just because it's simple and effective. I don't really interact with it super often, so when I do, I want it to be quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

When I go to try and click and book multiple desks, I think it could be a little bit better. Whenever I click to book multiple desks, just sometimes it'll say I've already booked them once I click book, and it'll gray them out instead of more giving me, like, a nice confirmation. It makes it almost seem like the booking didn't actually go through.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company has too many employees so we stagger days without dedicated desks. Gable makes it really easy to go in, book my desk for the day, and make sure I always have a spot to land. I can book in advance and book meeting rooms too.

 ### 5. Intuitive Seat Booking, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sid G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like that Gable is a very interactive tool where I get to pick the exact seat I want to sit on. Getting seats assigned when I'm in the office is useful since we have limited seats and it's first come, first served, so using Gable to pick my seat is very intuitive. It also helps me pick meeting rooms once I have a meeting, and on a quick turnaround basis. It's relatively easy to use, and the seat selection flow is what makes it easy for me. It's just very easy to look at and easy to understand. I use it with my calendar. The initial setup was super easy. It's a great software and pretty good all around.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

{"It's a little bit tricky since our office has multiple locations.","It limits me to reserving seats a few weeks before, and that could be annoying.","I said the seat-reservation timing \"could be controlled by admin,\" which suggests I can't change it myself."}

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to pick my seat on a quick turnaround basis, which is useful since we have limited seats on a first come, first basis. It also helps me pick meeting rooms once I have a meeting.

 ### 6. Simple, Intuitive Space Booking with Clear Admin Oversight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ram p. | Senior Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

The interface/UI for space booking is simple and intuitive, and it takes very little time to book a space. As an admin, I can see everything on one screen, including all bookings and the financial numbers. I don’t have to jump between different screens just to analyze the data, which makes the overall experience much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I’ve noticed faster performance in certain workflows, although it can sometimes take a few extra steps to find the ideal space based on specific preferences.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable helps solve the challenges of hybrid work by making it easy to book office spaces, coordinate in-person collaboration and optimize workspace utilization. It benefits me by reducing the friction of planing office visits, improving team coordination and providing seamless experience for managing flexible work arrangements.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, Ram. Awesome to hear the booking experience feels fast and intuitive, and that the admin view is doing what it's supposed to: giving you bookings + financials in one place without bouncing between screens. That single-pane visibility is exactly what we're going for.
Also love hearing that Gable's helping reduce the friction around hybrid coordination and workspace planning, that's the core problem we're trying to solve, so it means a lot to see it landing.
On the search side, fair point. Making it easier to surface the right space based on specific preferences is something we're actively working on, expect smarter filters and a faster path to the ideal booking soon. Thanks again for the feedback!

 ### 7. Flexible, Easy Self-Booking That Boosts Team Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian O. | Community Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

Gable has given our team a lot of flexibility across multiple countries and for our different teams. The interface is easy to use and empowers team members to book for themselves, which has helped improve performance for several employees. We’ve also seen cost savings through direct bookings with co-working spaces we’ve used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Some partners offer only limited options for booking in advance. I also think there are additional opportunities to provide employees with more support at the beginning of their onboarding.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable helps our teams work away from our standard offices while still having a professional, comfortable environment to get things done. We’ve also really appreciated the feedback features, which make it easier for us to understand and interpret the usage information.

 ### 8. Simple, Intuitive Desk Booking That Keeps Our Hybrid Office Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig R. | Senior Director, Global Real Estate and Facilities, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

What I like best about Gable is how simple and intuitive it is for employees to book a desk. People can quickly see which desks are available and reserve one in just a few clicks, which makes it really easy to manage hot desking in a hybrid workplace. It’s also been great for giving us clear visibility of who’s coming into the office on different days, which helps with planning and makes the office feel more organized.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Overall, there isn’t much to dislike, but there are a few small areas where the platform could improve. From time to time, it would be helpful to have more customization options—particularly for things like desk layouts or reporting—especially as teams grow and office usage becomes more complex.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable solves the challenge of managing desk space in a hybrid workplace. With employees coming into the office on different days, it can be difficult to know which desks are available and who will be in. Gable provides a simple way for employees to reserve a desk in advance, giving everyone visibility into office availability and helping avoid confusion or double bookings. It has made it much easier for us to manage hot desking at our London HQ and ensure the office space is used efficiently.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Craig. Great to hear Gable is making hot desking easy at your London HQ and giving you clear visibility into who's in the office.

On more customization for desk layouts and reporting, fair call, as teams and office usage grow more complex, flexibility matters more. Expanding both admin configurability and reporting depth is on our radar. Would love to hear specifics on where you'd want more control, feel free to drop me a line at itamar@gable.to

 ### 9. Simple and Efficient Desk Booking, Needs Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny P. | Senior Solutions Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I really like Gable because it's easy to use. I can quickly see what desks and rooms are available, which is super convenient for planning my office days. I also find the automatic check-in feature really nice; when I scan my badge, the Gable app updates immediately. The initial setup was very easy too—I just signed up through my SSO and that was it.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I think it would be nice if this was integrated in my Google Calendar. It does feel like a separate step because I do have the days of the week that I'm in the office on my Google Calendar as well. Would be nice if the interface for Gable could be set up through Google Calendar.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to easily reserve desks and conference rooms in both New York and San Francisco offices, simplifying the booking process.

 ### 10. All Co-Working Spaces in One Place—Fast Booking, Easy Check-Ins, Better Team Connection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

All co-working spaces in one place, helps save time on finding necessary info on their website, booking a daily pass/room, or checking-in. I love to see where my colleagues are working from, so that we can connect easier.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I haven’t really found any major issues so far. One co-working space had a slightly difficult check-in experience: they expected a code from an email, but I didn’t receive it from Gable. That said, it was probably an issue on the co-working side.

I’d also love to see an instant view of how many phone booths are available in each co-working space. That would be useful because several of us can have meetings at the same time, and it would make it much easier to plan the day.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying connected with colleagues while working remotely has been much easier. It also saves me time when booking a co-working place. Instead of having to search around for details like capacity, opening hours, and facilities, gable brings everything together so I can focus on my work.

 ### 11. Empowering our global hybrid workforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather L. | Senior Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

As a program manager for my company’s hybrid, globally dispersed workforce, I love the user-friendly interface and the in-depth reporting. It makes it easier for me to stay on top of what’s happening and communicate insights clearly.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

The per-visit cost for Gable bookings can be pricey, and there isn’t a great option for heavy users. It can get really expensive for people booking 3–5 days per week, or for employees who often need private spaces for confidential work.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable helps us keep up with the evolving needs of our global hybrid workforce, especially after the past three years of work to reduce our physical footprint.

 ### 12. Gable Makes Global Meeting Space Booking Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shauna L. | Office Manager & Executive Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

Using Gable to book meeting spaces has saved me a LOT of time - especially as I mainly book spaces in North America and I live overseas. The search function is easy and the Instant Book function is invaluable.

It's helpful having the Slack integration for my team globally. Setting up Gable via Okta was very easy for our IT team.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I am unclear if every brand of co-working space has every location listed on the platform.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team at Gable have always been extremely helpful and especially so when I had multiple events to organise, across the US, for one day. They helped me find locations we could access out of hours for some of those cities.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Shauna. Great to hear Instant Book,Slack integration, and Okta setup are saving you real time across timezones, and that our team came through on multi-city event coordination.

On clarity around which brand locations are actually listed on the platform, good call. Better visibility into network coverage by brand is something we can improve. In the meantime, if there's a specific brand or city where you want to confirm coverage, feel free to drop us a line and we'll take a look.

 ### 13. Great visual office map, but desk booking takes too many clicks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

visual map of offices helps decide where to book a desk

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

it takes too many clicks to get to where i need to go example being, if i want to book a desk at our new york HQ, i have to go to on-demand, and then on a map select which office i want, and then select the right office out of a lot of other options that might be in close radius, then i have to select the floor and date and meeting desk etc. i wish there was better historical data that knows i always book the same office, same desk, etc that i can click once to book something

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

im able to visually see whos in the office and what desks are available which is helpful to planning my day

 ### 14. Effortless Nationwide Office Booking with Smooth Local Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas M. | Manager, Strategic Growth - Strategy & Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like that I can book offices and rooms across the country, while still integrating smoothly with my local office.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I dont like that I can't zoom into my office and see exactly whose sitting where. I want to sit with my team in the office. i often struggle to click and find my team mates because 1) their names are too small 2) there are toom many other coworkers sitting close by

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps me secure a seat in my office everyday while giving me options to book coworking spaces when i need one

 ### 15. Perfect for Remote Work Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like how easy Gable is to use and how user-friendly it is. The support staff is really engaged, which makes the process smooth. Even if a coworking space isn't on Gable, they can get it set up in less than a day, which is impressive. The user interface is intuitive, making it quick and easy to book spaces. This efficiency helps me focus on the important aspects of my job and not waste time finding a place to work.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Sometimes the search is a little funny. But you get used to it and it doesn't really slow you down much.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to balance work life when remote, find focus and collaboration, and build community in coworking spaces. It provides dedicated spaces during travel, so I don't rely on hotels or cafes.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Tamara . Great to hear the UI, fast support, and quick turnaround on new spaces are keeping you focused on the work that matters!

 ### 16. Perfect for On-the-Fly Remote Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I love that Gable is SO easy to use. I can literally book a 'desk' while walking into any remote work location, and within seconds, the location has received the request. The optionality it provides is fantastic, as my city has more than 20+ remote working locations to choose from. I enjoy not having to plan ahead, as I can wake up, decide where I want to work, and book it while I'm heading there. The initial setup was an absolute breeze, making the whole experience seamless.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Some locations require that you book a day in advance and some locations also require passcodes to get in, which they don't give to folks using Gable day to day without a membership. Granted that's less on Gable's side and more on the individual locations' side.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable solves the lack of vibrant workspaces and difficulty in meeting coworkers. It's easy to use, lets me book a desk instantly, and offers numerous remote locations. I can decide and book a workspace spontaneously without planning ahead.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Caroline. Great to hear the on-the-fly booking and breadth of locations in your city are letting you work spontaneously, exactly the experience we're going for.

On advance-booking requirements and passcode access at some locations, fair call. Those are set by individual hosts, but we're continuously working with our network to expand instant-book and improve guest access flows so day-to-day users hit fewer of these barriers.

 ### 17. Seamless Meeting Coordination for Remote Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dax P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like the flexibility Gable gives our team members to meet on demand, which is really useful for our remote setup. I also appreciate the analytics that show us usages, costs, and other metrics. These analytics help us plan how our remote and in-person strategy looks, what we can expect in terms of meeting cadence, budgeting for the fiscal year, and how different teams meet. It helps shape how we evolve our programming.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I would like to see us be able to tag each booking by group. The person who books the rooms may not always belong to the group that is using, so if we can tag the booking (i.e., technology, product, legal, marketing, etc.) then have our invoices broken down by those tags so accounting knows how to allocate the costs on the back end.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable for booking rooms anywhere in the U.S., providing flexibility for remote teams. It helps us plan our meeting cadence and budget effectively with detailed analytics on usage and costs.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review Dax. Great to hear Gable's flexibility and usage analytics are helping shape your remote strategy, planning, and budgeting decisions.

On tagging bookings by group with cost allocation, really smart use case, and one we hear from finance and admin teams often. We may actually have a workaround for you today via our custom booking reasons feature. Please reach out to support@gable.to and cc me at itamar@gable.to, happy to walk you through it and follow up.

 ### 18. Effortless Space Booking, Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable for booking spaces for myself, my team, or for larger departmental offsites. It makes it really easy for me to book spaces locally or across the US. I love the ease of use when booking a space and the responsiveness of their support team. It takes the guesswork out of whether I will have a space reserved or where I can book a space. I can easily coordinate with my broader team to invite them via Gable to the space, and it makes the check-in process straightforward for me and the hosting space. The initial setup of Gable was very easy, and their support team is great about our locations as well as responding to inquiries for new spaces.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I wish there were a few more spaces to pick from in specific areas.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to easily book spaces locally or across the US. It takes the guesswork out of reservations and booking. It’s easy to coordinate invites with my team, and the check-in process is smooth for both users and hosts.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, Evan. Great to hear Gable is making it easy to book and coordinate across local meetings, team gatherings, and offsites, and that our support team has been responsive on new space requests.

On wanting more options in specific areas, fair call. We're continuously expanding the network, and your specific area requests directly help us prioritize. Feel free to us a line with the cities / neighborhoods that matter most.

 ### 19. Great floorplan booking, but confusing split search between top and side panels

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

The floorplan view helps me visualize exactly where I want to book desks or rooms, and I really like that I can see on the floorplan where other people are sitting.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

the search experience at the top of the window and at the left-hand side of the window don't talk to each other perfectly when looking to book a desk or a meeting room. I'd like the floorplan view to update to the floor I want to look at whether I use the top or the left. I'm still confused as to when to use which one.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

reservation of space for in-office time when I travel to company headquarters. it's enabling me to connect with colleagues as use valuable in-person time effectively.

 ### 20. Intuitive UI and a Smooth, Stress-Free Booking Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prateek M. | Staff Consultant, Professional Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I’m a big fan of the Gable platform. The UI is intuitive, and the booking flow feels genuinely user-friendly. The clean, straightforward interface makes it easy to navigate, and the booking process is consistently smooth from start to finish. It’s refreshing to use an app that works exactly the way you expect it to, without any extra friction. Overall, it makes finding a productive place to work completely stress-free.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

The workplaces I usually book have a 4 PM local-time cut-off for reserving a spot for the next day, which can be annoying at times, especially when I’m trying to make a last-minute booking.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a full-time work-from-home employee, Gable gives me the flexibility to move from my home office to a shared workspace at one of its accessible locations whenever I want a change of scenery.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Prateek. Glad the UI and booking flow are making it stress-free to find a spot when you want a change of scenery.

On the 4 PM local-time cut-off for next-day bookings, fair call. Those cut-offs are set by individual hosts in our network, but we're continuously working with them to expand availability and reduce last-minute friction.

 ### 21. Honestly great platform and alternative to others just one minor tweak

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yohance C. | Workplace Experience Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

The interface is very user friendly, and I really enjoy the real time updates because they make it easier to track data. I also love how quickly Gable rolls out new features. Another new addition to what I like would be how you can adjust desk release times.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

It’s still being worked on within gable, but right now our employees don’t like that they have to log into Gable just to check in to their desk. It feels like an extra step in the process, and it makes checking in less convenient than it should be.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was answered in the last question but the fact that our employees have to go through another extra manual step to get checked in

 ### 22. Reliable Coworking Space Booking with Flexible Admin Controls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I manage access to Gable for remote employees at my company, so I’m both a user and an administrator. I’ve been very pleased with Gable from both perspectives. The UX is intuitive, and as a user I’ve found the booking process straightforward and simple. The platform's performance has proven to be very reliable with no outages or downtime in the 1+ year I've been using it.

From an administrative point of view, the platform has been a real help to our employees and has greatly simplified the process of giving remote employees access to coworking spaces while still allowing the company to maintain control on spend. The pricing structure feels fair, and Gable does what they can to work with coworking space hosts to keep daily booking rates reasonable for users.

The biggest value Gable has provided to my company, though, is their willingness to work with us on custom applications of the platform to fit our needs. We have certain teams that are entirely remote and needed a way to provide them with a separate budget. The Gable team has been dedicated to finding a solution that works for our requirements, which I really appreciate. I’m not sure how we would have achieved this without their assistance, so I definitely recommend the Premium Customer Success rep option if you’re an enterprise-level customer.

A lot of this work is based on HRIS data integrations that were already built into the platform, which made things even easier. They’ve also recently rolled out some AI features, and those have made generating reports much simpler and faster.

Overall, I definitely recommend Gable to anyone looking for a solid coworking booking solution, whether you’re an individual, a small business, or an enterprise-level organization.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Gable partners with existing coworking spaces, and those hosts set their own daily rates. While Gable works with these providers to keep rates low, some hosts may list their spaces at a higher price on Gable than they would for a direct booking. I don’t see this as a negative reflection of Gable, since they’re clearly invested in keeping rates affordable, but ultimately it’s outside their control. I can understand how some people might view this as a drawback; still, I think Gable is doing about as much as they realistically can to keep prices reasonable.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Gable, we partnered with WeWork. That setup worked, but it was expensive and, more importantly, it limited our remote employees’ access to coworking spaces to only the cities where WeWork has locations. As a result, a large portion of our remote team was effectively excluded from using the program on a regular basis. Gable has addressed this by aggregating a wide range of coworking spaces across the globe. They also advocate for users who request that a nearby space be onboarded, which means their catalog of available spaces stays dynamic.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks so much for the detailed review, really appreciate you taking the time to share this.

Great to hear Gable’s been working well for you on both sides, as an admin and an end user. Making booking simple, reliable, and flexible (while still giving teams control over spend) is exactly what we’re going for, so it’s awesome to hear that coming through.

Also really appreciate the shoutout on the custom setup and partnership. Glad we could help make the remote team budgets work, and that the HRIS integrations + new AI reporting features are pulling their weight.

On pricing, totally fair callout. Since hosts set their own rates, there can be some variation, but we’re constantly working with partners to keep pricing competitive and transparent across the board.

Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback, means a lot!

 ### 23. One Dashboard, Single Source of Truth for Our Global Desk Booking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura R. | Real Estate & Workplace Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

Having our HQ desk booking and our Global Coworking network in one dashboard is a massive operational win. It gives us a "Single Source of Truth" for our entire global footprint

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

The non-instant bookings on Gable On Demand can be frustrating for some users, specially when there are few options available and comes as a last minute request.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interactive floor plan and Slack integrations show exactly who is sitting where in real-time. It turns the office into a destination for collaboration. Also, being able to control and customize the spend allow admins to focus on the high-level strategy of our program.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Laura. Great to hear Gable is delivering a true single source of truth across Office desk booking and your global coworking network, and that the floor plans, Slack integrations, and spend controls are turning the office into a real collaboration destination.

On non-instant bookings on Gable On Demand, fair call, especially for last-minute requests. Network expansion is an ongoing focus for us across three fronts: volume, quality, and real-time availability, so you'll see instant-book coverage continue to grow.

 ### 24. Effortlessly Enhances Workplace Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I love how Gable serves as a company-wide coworking space benefit, allowing employees to change their work environment or work in person with local colleagues. It's also great for booking all our meeting spaces for meetings and offsites. I like the additional perk it provides to employees to switch their scenery and have an office when traveling. The ease of use with Gable is fantastic, especially for booking meeting spaces for our executive team. Another big plus was the ability to add more locations with Gable, which was a significant factor in our decision to switch from WeWork.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

For the most part no complaints, I do wish they offered more "training room" style rooms for our larger offsites, but thats more on the vendors they currently have in the system.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Gable as a company-wide benefit for our employees, providing them with a change of scenery and office spaces while traveling; as well as a space to gather with local colleagues. It also simplifies booking when it comes to meetings & offsites.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Katie.

Love hearing that Gable is working as a company-wide benefit, for everyday coworking, traveling employees, and exec meetings alike. Great to know the expanded location coverage was an important factor in your decision.

On training-room style spaces for larger offsites, good call, we're actively working with our host network to expand that inventory.

 ### 25. Facilitates Remote Team Connection with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tess R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable for coworking and external meetings. It helps our fully remote company bring people together and fosters employee connection, and it provides a professional meeting space for external parties. I really appreciate the ease of use; it's easy to view the spaces on Gable and sign up. The availability of pictures, maps, and details about the space helps in deciding which place would be best. The filters and reviews available make it even easier to narrow down search options. I also like how I can see details about location, aesthetics, computer setups, meeting spaces, and even amenities like whether it's dog-friendly or what type of coffee they have.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Sign in - at some locations it wasn't clear where to enter or sign in. Sometimes there isn't anyone working at the front desk so it makes it challenging to know what is needed. Parking at the Venice Blankspaces location is also very difficult. There is no way to enter the garage unless you pay a 'parking fee' but there is no way to pay it upfront. Provide an easy to use pay for parking option. When I tried to scan the QR code provided, it did not provide me with any sort of entry or access to the parking lot. I paid and still had to call to have someone let me in.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable helps our fully remote company come together and build employee connections. It also provides professional meeting spaces for external parties.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the detailed review, Tess. Super helpful.

Glad the filters, space details, and reviews are making it easy to find the right spot, and that Gable is helping your remote team come together and host external meetings.

On sign-in confusion and the parking situation at Venice Blankspaces, that's frustrating and totally fair feedback. These are things we'll work on with our host network to smooth out, clearer arrival instructions and parking info especially. We'de love to follow up to dig into the Venice experience specifically so we can flag it directly with the host. Feel free to drop us a line at support@gable.to

 ### 26. Essential for Desk Management in High-Capacity Offices

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like that I can see where everybody is sitting, so I know where I'm sitting for the day and also know where my coworkers are sitting. It also provides a map of our office space, which helps me a lot. This is nice for collaboration because it allows me to know where my coworkers are sitting and helps me understand the space around me and know the environment for the day. The map feature is also helpful when booking rooms through Google Calendar, making it easy to get a mapping of where I will be without needing to check a physical map.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I think if I could book the same desk for each day, in a bulk add, that would be really awesome. The checking in each day is also a little bit of a hassle, but I can see the purpose behind it.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable ensures I have a seat at our high-capacity office, helping me stay organized by booking desks in advance and checking in each morning.

 ### 27. Exceptional Support and Creative Solutions from the Gable Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom v. | Workplace & Operations Manager, Global lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

What i like best about Gable is the collaboration with the Gable team. They are always so helpfull to accompany our company's custom and specific needs. They really think with us, always go above and beyond to think of creative solutions for the company specific needs we have!

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Pricing in certain regions can be a little high, compared to local bookings made directly with a vendor, for example in India.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Gable, we had multiple memberships with different vendors. This caused so much administrative tasks, and made it almost impossible for us to manage. We had no insights in usage data, there was little to no flexibility in terms of users and contracts, and we were dealing with multiple vendors, contracts, unlimited amount of payment flows, no way to manage usage or initiate approval processes and a poor user experience. Gable is solving all of this by having everything in one platform, where it's easy to manage, there is loads of flexibility, we can set up custum approval processses, we have insight in our data, usage, trends and more!

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review. Great to hear Gable replaced the chaos of multiple vendors, contracts, and payment flows with a single platform, and that the flexibility, custom approvals, and usage insights are delivering real value, exactly the all-in-one experience we're building toward!

 ### 28. Easy Space Management with a Clear Visual Map and Flexible Bookings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Delilah J. | Workplace & Employee Experience Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like that I can have a visual map of the space I'm looking at and where my colleagues sit. I like that I can name the booking and do it for certain hours.
As an admin, it's really easy to manage spaces and mark things.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

There's a ton of marketing emails that I don't usually need, and I don't like that you need to check in everyday per booking - I woudl rather an email go out to to confirm you no longer need the desk if you made a reservation and didn't check in like an hour or so later.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the current issue of too many people, not enough desks. We're also looking into using the visitor management system that Gable has, which looks to be super helpful so that when we don't have a receiptionist sitting at the front desk, there's some coverage.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, Delilah.

Glad the visual maps, booking flexibility, and admin tools are working well for you, and great to hear you're exploring visitor management too.

On marketing emails, fair call, you should have more control over what you receive, we'll make sure email preferences are easier to manage.

On daily check-ins, we actually have an auto-release feature that frees the desk if no check-in happens within a set window, sounds like exactly what you're after. Are you using it today? Happy to walk you through the setup if not, feel free to drop us a line at support@gable.to

 ### 29. Effortless Coworking Access with Gable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like how easy it is to book with Gable. I just go into the app, type the location I want, and book it for one, two, or three days. I can coordinate with other team members if they're in the office. I really enjoy how easy it is to find and book new locations. I also really liked being able to select multiple days at once in the app and seeing the amenities and pictures of different locations. It's great to be able to see what my coworkers are doing, like if they're booking a location in a different part of town. The ability to collaborate and see what others are doing is really valuable. Gable is awesome—it's easy to use and has a ton of really awesome locations, especially in Austin. It's a great benefit to have access to different coworking spaces, and I find it the best product out there for trying out different workspaces.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Sometimes the process for the folks managing the coworking space can be a little bit difficult. They might not know that you're coming, and there's a lack of coordination between the places that you book with and me. I've come into places where they've had no idea what Gable is, which maybe is because they weren't the ones who set it up. So I think that coordination could be improved.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable for on-demand coworking space access, which helps me be more productive. It provides spaces where I can focus away from home and meet with coworkers. It's also a great way to explore different places and coordinate work days with my team.

 ### 30. User-Friendly, Easy-to-Navigate Platform That Boosts Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bree P. | Senior Facilities Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like that Gable is very user-friendly. The interface is clear and easy to navigate, so it doesn't take long to learn how to use the platform. This makes it easier to complete tasks efficiently without needing alot of training.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

there isnt much i dislike about Gable, but one improvement could be making the booking process a bit quicker by adding clearer filters when searching for meeting rooms.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable makes it easy to find and book available meeting rooms quickly. Rather than checking multiple calendars or asking colleagues which rooms are free, I can see room availability in one place and reserve a room right away. It saves time and helps me organize meetings more smoothly, without the usual confusion.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, Bree. Glad Gable is user-friendly and making meeting room booking quick and confusion-free.

On clearer filters for meeting rooms, fair call, tightening up search and filter UX is something we can improve.

 ### 31. Easy Desk and Room Booking with Clear Availability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paige B. | Associate Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

It’s easy to see which spaces are available and book them, whether it’s a desk or a conference room.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I find the connection to Zoom/ google calendar difficult to navigate. This is especially true if I book the room after the original meeting invite.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to book spaces and know what they look like before booking. Ensures I know what space I'm getting and that it will fit my needs.

 ### 32. Convenient Workspace Booking, Needs Faster Confirmations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel B. | Operations Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable for booking coworking spaces when I don't want to commute to the office or work from home. Gable solves the problem of providing a workspace close to home, making me more productive since I'm not working from home. I like that it's easy to use, and I appreciate the filters it has, plus the ability to book conference rooms. The initial setup was very easy, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Sometimes it takes a while for my spot to be confirmed, and I'm not sure if I have one or not.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable provides me with a coworking space close to home, reducing my commute and boosting my productivity. It's easy to use and has helpful filters, and I can book conference rooms too.

 ### 33. Great Ease of Use, But Needs Customization Improvements

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Balazs K. | Strategic Value Engagements Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like the ease of use of Gable. It makes managing invites and customer visits straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I cannot customize invitation emails. I cannot create templates that will allow me to have customer groups. The bulk upload is very peculiar with the upload format (need to manually separate first and last names). Visit date alone should be sufficient. PNG logo automatically turns into JPEG making logos look off. Firewalls consider invite emails as spam or promotion. The registration page is built for mobile without any real indication that some people may open it on desktop. I can't add someone else as host.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to manage invites and customer visits, making it easy to send bulk invitations. It simplifies email management, allowing bulk invites, ensuring customers are informed and preregister, speeding up their registration upon arrival.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the detailed review, Balazs. Glad the core flow for managing invites and customer visits is working for you.

On the dislikes, a lot of it is concrete, actionable feedback. We take all of this seriously and I would love to dig in directly. Please drop me a line at itamar@gable.to so we can walk through your specific use case and prioritize the right fixes.

 ### 34. Effortlessly Find Quality Workspaces Anywhere

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason M. | Senior Sales Engineering Manager - Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable to find coworking spaces in other cities, and I really like the quick access to high-quality workspaces it provides. What stands out most to me is the ability to search by geo-location and type of venue, which is super helpful. I can find a space close to a specific address, and Gable lets me zoom in and out to locate these spaces. Plus, I can specify the size and type of spaces needed, giving me exactly what I need. It meets all of my needs effortlessly. Switching from WeWork to Gable was a good decision for its broader choice of properties, and the initial setup was simple.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

Nothing at the moment

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable for quick access to high-quality coworking spaces, specifically finding spaces near a location, with choices based on venue type and size. It offers a broader choice than WeWork.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, JAson. Great to hear the geo-search, venue filters, and broader space variety are working well for you, and that the switch has been worthwhile.

 ### 35. Easy Layout and Hassle-Free Room Booking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bala R. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

It’s easy to view the layout, quickly find my team area or the right conference room, and create my booking without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I currently wish it would let me create multi-day bookings in one go. For example, if I want to book Monday through Thursday, I still have to create each day individually.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to book meeting rooms and team spaces for work on office days.

 ### 36. User-Friendly with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonas L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I found the interface of Gable very simple to use, which was crucial when I had to quickly learn the system as a Global Admin for our co-working program. The UI/UX is very easy to navigate, and I appreciated the intuitive nature of the filters, options, and map view. The settings for restrictions and admin controls in the backend are also very user-friendly. Additionally, our CSMs and Account Managers have always been super responsive and supportive, ensuring we're using Gable to its full potential and keeping us in the loop with recurring meetings to answer any questions.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

The option to approve bookings from mobile is not currently available. This feature is especially important for admins who are on the go and don't always have their laptops with them.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Gable's UI/UX easy to navigate, filtering and map views simple, and admin controls intuitive. The team communication facilitated by our Account Managers and CSMs keeps us informed and supported.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Jonas. Great to hear the UI, admin controls, and our CSM / AM team are landing well, exactly the kind of end-to-end experience we're aiming for.

On approving bookings from mobile, good news, we recently released the ability to approve on the go from both Gable mobile app and Slack. Would love to walk you through it if helpful, feel free to drop us a line at support@gable.to

 ### 37. Flexible Workspace Options Everywhere, Backed by Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

Offers a lot of options for work spaces. In terms of locations, size, budget level, pet policies. We're a varied organisation of remote workers so the fact that regardless of where we're settled we can find a workspace has been very useful. The customer service team has also been incredibly helpful whenever we've faced any issues, and they've even offered new locations when one wasn't available outside of London.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

This is a minor thing but there were some situations where a workplace had requirements for entry that hadn't been communicated to us via the Gable sign up sheet, but this has been amended since!

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since our office shut down we needed a way to find work spaces for days when we as coworkers needed to have in-person catch ups, and Gable offered us options and convenience. We can find spaces at a distance that works for all of us, if there's a location we don't like we're not bound to it by contracts, we can just relocate through Gable. We also have a platform we can use to find each other without needing to keep a separate work group to share where we're working from each day.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review. Great to hear Gable is covering your varied remote team across locations, sizes, budgets, and even pet policies, and that our CS team has been responsive with new location requests.

 ### 38. Easy Setup and a Promising Space Marketplace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pei Ren T. | IT - Engagement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

Easy to use and quick to set up. I like the idea of a space marketplace, and I think it could be adopted more broadly so it’s easier to find a wider range of interesting vacant spaces for events.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

It would be nice if you could speed things up and bring more content to the platform.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable provides alternative workspace options for our employees if we ever decide to give up our office in that specific city. In the scenario where our office is over capacity, employees can work elsewhere to be productive.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, Pei. Glad the marketplace concept is resonating, and great to hear it's giving your team flexible options when offices are over capacity or in transition. On bringing more content and spaces to the platform faster, fair call. Network expansion is an ongoing focus for us across three fronts: volume, quality, and real-time availability.

 ### 39. Streamlined Virtual Workforce Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corinne G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I really appreciate that Gable provides equity across geographies by delivering a consistent workplace benefit to employees all over the United States, whether they're in metro or rural areas. I like that we can set up a budget for policy reinforcement without micromanaging, and enjoy a hands-off approach. It's great that we avoid the chaos of reimbursements, making it easier for managers, employees, finance, HR, and other departments to enjoy the benefits internally. We have significantly reduced operational lift with Gable, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

It'd be interesting to know how long it takes from when an employee submits an added location in Gable and if Gable actually adds it or not and what timeframe that happens in.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable provides consistent workplace benefits across all 50 states, removing the operational lift significantly. It allows setting up budgets for policy without micromanaging and eliminates reimbursement chaos for managers, employees, finance, and HR.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Corinne. Great to hear Gable is delivering equitable access across geographies and cutting out the reimbursement chaos, exactly the operational lift we're built to reduce.

On visibility into new location requests, fair call, employees and admins should have a clear view of status and timing. Improving transparency on that flow is something we can tighten up. In the meantime, if you ever want to check on a specific request, feel free to drop us a line.

 ### 40. Great for Finding Colleagues and Rooms

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like being able to see where my colleagues are sitting, and it’s an easy tool to point employees to when they’re unsure where to find a meeting room or another office amenity.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I don’t like how slow the mobile app is. I also wish some fairly basic features that my team has requested could be implemented a bit more quickly.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us solve our capacity issues by making sure employees have a seat when they arrive at the office. It also works as an all-in-one map of our space, so it’s easy to understand the layout and find where to go.

 ### 41. Great variety of spaces

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like Gable for its easy initial setup and its many different options to choose from in NYC, which allows me to try out different places to see which works best for my needs. As a remote employee, I find it's a valuable company perk to be able to occasionally work with colleagues and have a change in scenery. I'm very likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I would like if the search results were sortable by ratings, and if I had the ability to hide spaces that I disliked. Also, it would be nice to be able to see which spaces offer events and when, as well as how many phone booths are available.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to book common spaces in NYC, which lets me work with colleagues and enjoy a change of scenery. The platform's variety in options allows me to try different places to find what suits my needs best.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the great feedback, Melissa. Glad the NYC variety and easy setup are making the remote perk work for you.

On sorting by ratings, hiding spaces you don't love, and showing events plus phone booth counts, all great ideas. Richer filtering and space detail is an area we're actively improving.

 ### 42. Fast Seat Map and Handy Calendar Integrations, but the Daily View Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like the birds eye view of the seats, and I can sit next to my favorite people. It allows me to orient myself in the office really quickly, because I sometimes forget the names of meeting rooms.

I enjoy the calendar integrations, although sometimes inaccurate. It's speedy, and I can quickly find what I need.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

The calendar integrations aren't the best! I really really need to see the daily calendar in a better way

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me coordinate with coworkers for internal meetings, and also helps me plan my day to find quiet rooms for customer calls

 ### 43. Easy Visibility into Who’s in the Office and Where They Are

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin S. | Software Engineer Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like that I can see who is in office and where they are.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

It took me a while to realize how to navigate between floors. When I look for someone I should be able to see on the map exactly where they are sitting.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to see who is in office and where they are.

 ### 44. Clean, Reliable Coworking Spaces with Easy Setup Across Cities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A James M. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I love the availability, quality and overall ease of use. I've used in Rio de Janeiro, New York City, Barcelona, Denver, Boston and Salt Lake City and each time the coworking spaces have been clean, reliable and easy to get set up.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

A few times there wasn't availability in new cities, but the team was responsive about getting me into new places.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable ensure that I have reliable wifi and workspace no matter where I am in the world. This has been helpful in a number of deals during my time with my current employer.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review. Great to hear Gable has been reliable across Rio, NYC, Barcelona, Denver, Boston, and Salt Lake City, exactly the kind of global consistency we're aiming for.

On availability in new cities, fair call. We're continuously expanding the network, and glad the team has been responsive when gaps come up.

 ### 45. Flexible and Efficient for Remote Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aya T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable for co-working and it really helps me maximize my independent work. Gable is also very flexible on booking, allowing me to book some of the sites on the day or even 24 hours before, which helps me plan my days accordingly. The check-in process is very easy, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Plus, the Wi-Fi access is super fast, helping me get my work done efficiently. The setup of Gable was easy, a 10 out of 10 experience.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I would like to request more sites, especially in urban areas or the countryside. Most of the Gable offices are based in the city center. It would be really nice to have options outside of the city.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to maximize co-working with my team from different regions, enabling us to gather and share time together. It also supports my independent work by providing a flexible and easy booking system, fast Wi-Fi, and friendly hosts for focused productivity.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, Aya. Great to hear the flexible same-day bookings, easy check-in, and fast Wi-Fi are maximizing your focus time, and that our hosts have been friendly and helpful.

On more sites outside of city centers, fair call. We're continuously expanding the network, and specific location requests directly help us prioritize.

 ### 46. Quick and Intuitive Desk Reservation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron S. | SEM, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I use Gable for reserving a desk to work in my office. Gable makes it easy to find availability and reserve a desk. It is quick and intuitive to use, which means I don't need to spend a lot of time reserving my desk, allowing me to get back to value-added effort. The initial setup of Gable was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I wish the mobile web experience was more optimized (not the app). Since Gable isn't optimized for mobile web it is clunky to use in a mobile browser. I prefer using websites when possible vs. installing apps.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gable makes it easy to find availability and reserve a desk, being quick and intuitive to use. It saves me time reserving a desk, allowing me to focus on more valuable efforts.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, Aaron. Glad Gable is quick and intuitive for your daily desk booking.

On the mobile web experience, fair call, the gap between app and mobile web is real. Optimizing the mobile web flow is on our radar, totally hear the preference for not installing another app.

In the meantime, does your company use Slack? If so, you can book directly from Slack via our integration, might be a smoother on-the-go option than mobile web. Happy to point you to the setup if helpful.

 ### 47. Streamlined Workspace Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenna W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I find Gable to be a valuable addition to our tech stack at New Relic. I use it to manage workspaces for team members, coordinating office access and streamlining workspace logistics. I like its ease of use, time savings, and flexibility, and appreciate how it offers convenience, reliability, and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I don't like the search and filter limitations, which can be frustrating. There are integration gaps that we face, which could definitely be improved. Sometimes, the customer support responsiveness can be lacking. Also, it's limited in smaller markets, and the experience can vary based on location. It would be great if there were more advanced filters available.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to manage workspaces, coordinate office access, and streamline logistics, solving fragmented booking and time-consuming logistics issues.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Kenna. Really appreciate you sharing this.

Glad to hear Gable’s helping your team save time and simplify workspace logistics, which is exactly what we’re aiming for.

On the gaps you called out: fair points. Search and filtering, integrations, and support responsiveness are all areas we’re actively working on improving. And expanding coverage in smaller markets is a big focus for us as we continue to grow the network .

We’ll follow up directly as well. Would love to dig into your use case and make sure we’re addressing what matters most to your team.

Thanks again for the candid feedback!

 ### 48. Easy to Use, with Helpful Online Photos for Previewing Spaces

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like its ease of use. I also appreciate that you can view photos online, so you can see the space you’re booking ahead of time.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I haven’t had any issues with Gable. A while back, it was hard to find my company’s office in the app, but since then there’s been an update and now I can find it easily.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to book a desk at the office and see where everyone else is sitting. Once I’ve booked, it makes it much easier to go into the office and quickly find a place to sit. Having a slack integration also makes it much easier to confirm and book

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, really appreciate it!
Glad the ease of use and photo previews are working well for you, knowing what the space looks like before booking makes a real difference, especially for in-office days. Also great to hear the office discovery issue got resolved on your end. We're constantly tuning the experience to make it easier to find the right space, so it's awesome to see that update landing.
And love that the desk booking + Slack integration is helping you actually get into the office and find your spot faster. That's exactly the kind of hybrid coordination we're trying to make seamless. Thanks again for sharing!

 ### 49. Effortless Office Booking with Instant Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nurmira Z. | Auth0 DSA, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I like Gable for its instant book feature, which is super helpful since I often decide to book an office on the same day, and Gable makes it easy to do so. The clean UI on the website is another aspect I appreciate. I also discovered a new feature where I can request to add new offices in other countries, something I'm curious to try while being in Kyrgyzstan. The initial setup of Gable was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

filtering offices that cannot be booked on the same day

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to book an office effectively. I like its instant book feature and clean UI, making it easy to book on the same day. I also appreciate the feature to request adding new offices in other countries.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, Nurmira. Glad instant book, the clean UI, and the office request feature are landing well.

On filtering out offices that can't be booked same-day, are you using the "Available spaces" filter? That should exclude spaces not available for the day you're searching. Happy to walk through it if helpful, feel free to drop us a line at support@gable.to

 ### 50. Streamlined Booking for Coworking Spaces

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry Z.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Gable?**

I love how Gable streamlines the entire experience for me, from booking to checking in and leaving a review, all in one place. I really find it useful to conveniently view spaces close to me and compare them based on amenities, locations, and ratings. It's great being able to check check-in instructions on my phone with their app, and sending out invites to my coworkers directly from their UI. The initial setup was quite easy too because we used SSO, so there wasn't much needed on my end.

**What do you dislike about Gable?**

I wish they could expand their footprint by onboarding more coworking spaces to their platform - I live in a suburb area in LA metro and the closest space available is still a few cities away and requires 20min+ driving.

**What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gable to conveniently view and compare coworking spaces nearby, streamline booking and check-in processes, access check-in instructions via the app, and send invites directly from their UI.

**Official Response from Itamar Orgad:**

> Thanks for the review, Harry. Great to hear the end-to-end flow, booking, check-in, reviews, inviting coworkers, is all coming together smoothly for you. On expanding coverage in the LA metro suburbs, fair call. We're continuously growing the network, and specific area requests directly help us prioritize.
