I don't like the UX. 'Explore Spaces' is too far on the left hand side - the first thing I want to do when I open Gable is search for a co-working spot near me. There should be a more clear search bar in the upper right. Also, I wish that past co-working spaces I've booked were suggested at the top to quickly and easily rebook. Right now the advertising for where my coworkers have booked spaces takes a lot of room at the top of the screen, but that info isn't relevant for my Gable needs. I find the website very difficult to navigate. It's difficult to find what I need, and it's unclear how to get to the map of desks so I can select a desk to book. I click on "explore Gable spaces" which I would think would take you to the map of desks, but it doesn't, it takes you to a map of Chicago with Gable locations. I think the website could be more user-friendly. I am often looking for spaces that are close to a specific address- i.e I want to work close to a friend's office, or near my Doctor's office because I have an appointment that afternoon. For some time meeting room bookings were enabled, which conflicted with Google calendar and removed meetings, this was later fixed. Also bookings were removed when not checked-in on time, and the check-in deadline was off our timezone (at 6 am), but this was also fixed. Gable makes it easy to find and book on-demand workspaces, which is perfect for me given that I work remotely (not in a city with an office) and still love to have a place to go into and meet with local coworkers. The platform is user-friendly, with clear pricing and availability, so I always know what to expect before booking.

I appreciate the variety of workspaces available, from quiet private offices to more collaborative coworking spaces, like WeWork. I even booked a space for an offsite of 25 people on Gable. Gable does not always work perfectly with smaller co-working spaces. I've been to several smaller, independent co-working spaces who had not heard of Gable and because Gable is really just a single-day booking, it was hard to move around the space because I did not have a keycard to get back in.

As an administrator, it would be great if Gable had more robust/detailed reporting tools. They've already come a long way since we first began working with them, but I'd love to have the ability to export reports to share them with our finance folks. It would also be great to be able to expand the departmental information in the bottom of the booking and budget reports so that you can see more detail in one list, instead of clicking on individual data points on the graph.
