What do you like best about G&A Partner Services?

G&A customer service is by far the best ever, they are friendly and very helpful always and the want my business and they show me all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering G&A Partner Services:

i have been with G&A for 7 years and i will never leave. payroll is all online and the website is very easy to navigate. The time, money and BRAIN DAMAGE they save me has no price. Its tremendous, it takes me 10-15 minutes to do payroll bi-monthly and that's with me taking a break between completing and accepting. LOL The program is easy and the amount of time and money it cost to do payroll for 10 people is crazy compared to logging in and clicking some buttons. Kathy Ranker is my day-to-day support and she is amazing i could not do it without her she is truly wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is G&A Partner Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

if i ever have an issue or my employees they are on it and the issue is resolved in minutes or hours depending on the complexity of the issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about G&A Partners?

What do you dislike about G&A Partners?

I wish G&A would do more in terms of being able to send emails to those employees who need to approve timesheets/expense reimbursements in a timely manner. The other downside is that we use ExpensePath through G&A, and that is by far the worst expense reimbursement platform I've ever worked with, very limited system. I have been working closely with a G&A representative that has been assisting me in getting the Payroll GL Files to come out in the format that works best for importing into our accounting software, and overall it has been a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
