## FuseBase Reviews
  ### 1. Customize Client Portal for Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick J. | Owner / Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

What I find most useful is the sleek style and use of the client portals. It is web based, and operates almost like a personalized website with a login. That is just the client facing portal. It also has a admin and user backend with granular user rights. The backend is a workspace for admin/user and teams. This is where you store uploaded files, add tasks, and even embeds. Then you can choose to link these, or show these on the customer facing portal. The plan I have allows for multiple client facing portals, and multiple workspaces. This allows for flexibility in customizing multiple portals, for different purposes. Set-up and implementation was easy. Customer support has always been responsive. I have contacted support multiple times throughout the year, and always received a quick and professional response. I will definitely recommend FuseBase, for any of my mentioned uses, and many other uses, as it is quite versatile.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Some of the downside would be learning and using of all the features is offers. Basic set up and use was quite easy. Although, I have been using it for a little over a year, and I am still finding and learning new features.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusebase has solved my search for finding a customizable Digital Sales Room. It has also provided a spot for employee onboarding, training, and dashboard.

  ### 2. One place for internal and external communications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

FuseBase is one of the few software solutions that truly feels like a Swiss Army knife. It serves as both an internal and external knowledge base, a CRM, a communication hub, and a client portal. You can also use it for collecting e-signatures, sharing files, and leveraging AI agents, all of which help you create a comprehensive all-in-one platform.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The speed of the platform is good, though I wouldn't say it's the best.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like many other agencies, we experimented with various tools and faced the common challenge of needing multiple platforms for different tasks. This not only complicated our workflow but also increased our costs significantly. When we discovered this tool, we decided to give it a try for a few months. Our team was pleased to have everything consolidated in one place. Additionally, knowing that the company has been established in the industry for a long time gave us confidence in their reliability.

Another positive experience was when we onboarded a B2B client using FuseBase. They were so impressed with the platform that they adopted it for their own needs as well.

  ### 3. Super Versitile Notepad App with AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark D. | Business Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2025

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

What started as a notepad app has quickly evolved into a brilliant product with client portals and AI agents. They've also introduced a couple of brilliant chrome extensions that give you access to your AI agents on whatever page you're browsing, and so you can easily capture information and add it to your workspace.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The new AI agents are brilliant, but the workflows need more integrations. e.g. being able to output information to a Google sheet.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FuseBase started as my central knowledge base, it's where I'd keep my notes, swype files etc. But with the recent addition of AI and the ability to make your own AI chatbots that can reference all your notes it's become a super charged powerhouse of an app that helps my productivity.

  ### 4. Lightweight, flexible, and powerful for technical teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

How flexible and reliable Fusebase is, especially for onboarding. My team provides tailored assistance for large companies and they all have different needs. So we looked for something that lets us work our way without any friction. Even after onboarding, the same portal helps us stay aligned with the clients. And we finally tried out the AI agents, which are more adaptable than expected. We use them for onboarding and they adjust easily to guide clients through every stage.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The only real limitation I've run into is search. It works well within a workspace, but my team works across several workspaces, so we'd love to have a global search.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It deals with sensitive data, so secure and organized onboarding was non-negotiable. Fusebase gave us a setup that feels like a private space, not just a shared folder. And with the agents handling client questions and follow-ups, the process is simplified without added risk.

  ### 5. Best workflow upgrade for 2025

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** IRYNA F. | Head of Digital Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

My team has a dedicated internal space with PM tools and a document editor, and our clients have a personalized portal with an AI assistant.FuseBase handles data seamlessly, allowing our sales and onboarding teams to focus more on building relationships than dealing with administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

There isn’t much to complain about. The only thing I would love to see is a mobile app. FuseBase already has automated notifications for events in the workspace and portals, so I think adding a mobile app would be the next great step to enhance accessibility and convenience.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the challenges we were facing in managing our sales and client onboarding processes. Onboarding clients was particularly time-consuming because we had to handle a ton of info manually. Now, we set up onboarding flows, and they show up automatically for new clients in their deal rooms.

  ### 6. Significantly reduces time spent sharing documents with clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yelyzaveta P. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

FuseBase has a powerful document editor combined with website-like portals. Nice option for reducing client onboarding time as we have centralised our training and guides. We are still learning and improving our wiki as the tool gets updates and new features every month. So far, so good - automated task reminders & step-by-step workflow editor are my favourites for now.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Waiting for the dark theme from their roadmap. But all in all, everything is great.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We decided to look for a solution because we were storing our documents in one place and our clients in another. FuseBase provides a separate space for the team, from which all the necessary information can be streamed to the client portal. This way, our clients get all our services in one place and can see how everything's going. The app also has notifications. Clients can comment, edit and suggest changes to their pages with tasks, spreadsheets and videos. I like this collaborative approach, and it works really well.

  ### 7. Keep your client experience simple and customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent D. | Distribution Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

My favorite part is the CSS/HTML customization and white labeling. It allows us to provide a personalized experience that matches clients' vision. Giving them clarity and control is a must in our case; a platform that adapts to your brand is key to building trust and transparency. This is why I chose FuseBase as my project management tool and platform to deliver our services

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

No complaints. We can use custom styles or widgets if we need changes. All good.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using FuseBase in our workflow has been a huge help to my teams on their cybersecurity projects. As anyone in management knows, it can be difficult to keep track of everything from task processing to customer updates in real time. We've solved the multitasking challenge with this platform, and I'd say it saves us about half our time.
I'd also like to mention the customer support. They show you how to manage everything and deliver to clients. Even if we have additional questions, we can check their wiki first, so we got the portal up and running pretty quickly.

  ### 8. All tools together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasiia S. | Marketing manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

What I like most about Fusebase is how simple it is to use. You can set up your business in one place, exactly how you want it, thanks to the white label option and CSS customization capabilities. For me, connecting my team with clients and storing their documents in a structured way is especially useful.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

We haven't encountered any issues thus far - Fusebase is an amazing tool for our current needs.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The client portal has all the features I need and a simple registration process. It's really important for our projects. In the past, most clients didn't want to register, create new passwords, etc. Now we create a portal for each client and team and send them an invite link. It automatically redirects them to the right portal without any registrations or searches, which makes it easier for us to manage all projects. It's also great for creating wikis or other asset libraries for internal use.

  ### 9. Good for managing clients and projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

My team uses FuseBase as a project management tool. I have introduced new clients to the client portal and knowledge base for one of our main consulting areas and noticed the improvement we did not expect - we've done away with all those confusing links. I think their unified link for client portals is a must have for startups and I would recommend this tool to anyone who needs a scalable and user friendly tool

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I was looking for personalization, scalability, and security. I got it. Nothing to complain about

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FuseBase is an easy to navigate platform that helps us teach and organize different types of users within multiple portals - me, my team and clients can easily access prepared interactive project documents within the knowledge base and leave feedback on details on the same page. And then be notified when changes are made. Cool

  ### 10. My top choice for a team and project management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Svietailo A. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Features. I love a lot of features! I think that's why this tool fits perfectly into my workflow and allowed me to automate recruiting new employees to outsource. Onboarding is also easy for them because we were able to create an information wiki based on FuseBase with portals for each project. They have also recently added support for AI, which makes it much easier to find the guides we need.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

FuseBase is a very powerful platform. We had no problems with it, even when we were learning it.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I usually hate product setup, especially when it's the same for every project. Luckily, the support and implementation team helped us avoid that. They did everything right and fast, and they also taught me how to duplicate folders and portals. All in all I'm happy with the service and the product

  ### 11. I am impressed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna R. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

This tool offers a range of internal document organization features and extensive integration with other services. Our process has transitioned from a search-centric format to an integrated, centralized solution. Most notably, we have introduced client portals, providing personalized assistance to our customers.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

It has a lot of features I don't need, but I like that it's still simple and easy to use. Like, I can just not use some client portal functionality and not fall back in the user experience.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I spent a lot of time looking for a solution to my problem of organizing a large flow of customer requests and feedback. In the beginning, we used simple google spreadsheets, but the amount of information was too large to be easily managed and analyzed by multiple departments. FuseBase allowed us to modify and edit information for each department at the same time, so that everyone, both us and the customers, received news and updates at the same time. I'm glad that I don't have to check every source of information to find the right version, which makes our collaboration much more open and efficient than I expected.

  ### 12. I liked them as nimbus. They changed. I canceled. now Fraud!! won't pay me back or respond at all.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Founder, Chemicals, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Good UI. Not confusing. Fit my needs well.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I liked them as nimbus. Then they changed their direction and it did not serve me well any longer. I canceled my account. The billed me again. I requested reimbursement. They have not responded to ANY of my communication. Fraud!@!

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

notes, brain storming, organizing my thoughts and info.

  ### 13. Fantastic for project management!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artyom S. | Content Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

With FuseBase, we have a platform that allows us to work directly with our customers, but still with separate internal team documentation. It's very easy to use and flexible, thanks to a full range of integrations. I love the fact that the FuseBase team keeps improving the product every month, and right now I can't wait to see the upcoming manual sorting of the pages in the internal space.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I haven't found any downsides whatsoever.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use FuseBase to create projects and tasks; it helps us a lot and provides stability to our workflow. In particular, after the calendar update, my team can see the complete picture of all our monthly tasks on one page.

  ### 14. Nice portals, looking for more

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexey S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

The client portals in FuseBase have been a significant asset for our operations. Their streamlined design makes it easy for clients to access and interact with the information they need. I particularly appreciate how these portals facilitate clear and organized communication, allowing us to share project updates and documents efficiently. The user-friendly interface is a big plus, making it accessible even for our less tech-savvy clients.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

While the portals are generally effective, looking forward to seeing all the features implemented from their roadmap.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My experience with FuseBase has been quite positive. The client portals have simplified the way we manage client interactions, making our processes more efficient and client-friendly. The portals have fundamentally supported our goal of providing clear and professional communication with our clients. They've been a valuable tool in maintaining organized and effective client relationships.

  ### 15. My review on FuseBase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexey K. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

FuseBase's client engagement tracking has been quite beneficial. It allows us to see how clients interact with the content we create, providing valuable insights into their preferences and behaviors. The platform's ability to handle campaign feedback and revisions in one centralized location has also been a major plus, saving us time and effort in coordinating with clients. Additionally, the ease of sharing campaign analytics and reports directly with clients through the portal has enhanced our transparency and accountability.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Actually all work pretty great, I like the way the platform is flexible, so nothing to worry about or complain

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FuseBase has been instrumental in improving how we track and manage client engagement. By providing a clear view of client interactions and feedback, it has helped us tailor our strategies more effectively. The platform has also made the process of sharing campaign results with clients more straightforward and transparent. FuseBase has overall made our client management and campaign analysis more organized and insightful.

  ### 16. FuseBase starts a new era of billing and connectivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artem H. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

FuseBase has facilitated organizing analytical services, sharing knowledge and ideas, and coordinating events within our community. As a result, our workflow evolved to automated communication and forged lasting client relationships.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

One thing I dislike in digital tools is when they have a steep learning curve or are overly complex to use. However, the FuseBase interface is user-friendly and intuitive, so there's nothing to complain about.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The FuseBase portal allows seamless sharing of resources such as billing notes, invoices, and contacts. It ensures that clients have access to all relevant materials needed, fostering a more immersive and engaging experience.

  ### 17. Best Not taking app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhu G. | Consumer Services Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

FuseBase (formerly Nimbus) is a game-changer in the world of note-taking and organization. The web capture feature is amazing and the client portals provide practicality for daily usage, making it a valuable tool for managing work and communication within a team. I mostly use Nimbus note by using clipper and also I like AI Assistant.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

One area that could be improved is the speed, as it previously hindered usability.

They recently rebranded and learning curve is really very when using new features like client portal.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I bought Nimbusweb through appsumo and recently I try to use client portal. It looks good but it takes huge amount of time to learn them. And also they need to improve loading speed of the app.

  ### 18. A Major Improvement for Client Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serhii I. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

What I like most about this tool how the client portals enable seamless collaboration. They provide clients their own hub to conveniently access everything project-related in one place. This eliminates the email overload and confusion of piecing together information from various tools. The portals have been a huge time-saver and reduced client frustration.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Most updates appear first in the web version. However, it's not a dealbreaker for me.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has significantly enhanced our client services process. The multitude of disjointed tools we previously used led to miscommunication, delays, and administrative headaches. By centralizing project management, communication, and content sharing into an intuitive client portal, it has greatly streamlined our workflows. Clients now have the transparency and organization they want. Our team can work more efficiently. And we've demonstrated our expertise by providing such a premium collaborative experience. I'd enthusiastically recommend this tool to any agency or service provider focused on client work.

  ### 19. Simplifying Agency Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta K. | marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

What I appreciate most about this tool is the way it brings together all our client collaboration and project management into one centralized platform. Having everything integrated in one place eliminates the constant back and forth between disjointed apps that we dealt with previously. The consolidated hub and client portals make coordinating with clients smoother and more transparent.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Adopting any new platform requires a transition period. But the simplicity and intuitiveness of this tool made the learning curve manageable.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me remove cross-channel fragmentation from our client engagements. The unified system gives me oversight to better coordinate resources, track progress, and deliver exceptional service.

The biggest problems it solves are eliminating wasted time from siloed tools and providing transparency into client work. Our team is able to work more efficiently on substantive projects rather than administrative tasks. And clients have real-time visibility that builds trust and satisfaction. For an agency, consolidating collaboration and communication is a huge advantage.

  ### 20. Rocket fuel for our growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Максим . | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Few SaaS solutions impress me anymore. But FuseBase stands out for its extraordinarily clean consolidation of all our disjointed systems into unified hubs. The interconnected platforms for client deliverables, communication, and project management are remarkably seamless.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Nothing much, waiting for new versions!!

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Previously, managing workflows across our matrixed structure gave me migraines. With it, I finally have real-time visibility into team productivity, resource allocation, and budgets. This insight allows me to make optimal data-driven decisions about strategy, operations and costs.

Even more impressive is the feedback from clients. They like working via portals. It seems easier for them and for us too to have such a channel for collaboration and communication. "

  ### 21. I'm glad that I chose FuseBase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2024

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

FuseBase's client portal is a valuable asset for our business. The ability to share project updates and documents in a secure, branded space is fantastic. It keeps everything organized and looks professional. There is also a feature for threads and comments, which made client communication easy and more collaborative. I also appreciate the easy-to-use interface (a hit with our clients), allows them to engage with us and access the information they need.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Not sure which version of the platform I want to continue with. Also think there could be more templates.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep organized and have all our documents in one place. Saves us tims, and also seems to help our client relationships by providing a more engaging and organized way to collaborate.

  ### 22. The Missing Link for Client Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryna B. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

What I appreciate most about this tool is the client portals and how they bridge internal and external workflow. The portals give clients a personalized hub to access project information, while syncing with the internal backoffice system. This connectivity provides true transparency and alignment for both parties.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I'd like to have more advanced tables, you know, like Excel tables with all those formulas.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've seen firsthand how fragmented tools and email-driven processes cripple collaboration. This tool solves these problems by combining robust project management with simple client portals. Rather than forcing clients to learn new software, the tool meets them where they are. The result is streamlined collaboration, deeper client relationships, and less wasted time.

It allows service teams to work more efficiently while providing clients with real-time transparency. By bridging internal and external workflows, this tool delivers seamless end-to-end collaboration. I highly recommend it for any client-focused business ready to transform their process.

  ### 23. My genuine recommendation

**Reviewed by:** Elen U. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

The client portal has been pretty handy. It's great for showing off our project ideas in a neat way, and getting quick feedback from clients has sped up our work. The discussion areas are a hit too – they make chatting with clients more lively and fun.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I like everything, nothing to complain about atm.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FuseBase has made our client chats and project tracking a lot easier, which is a big deal in the busy marketing world. Sharing our work and getting thoughts back from clients is simpler and quicker now. It's also given our agency a more polished look.

  ### 24. Helpful tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew P. | CEO at ASO.Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I appreciate how FuseBase keeps our projects in line. It's user-friendly, which is a big plus for our team. The ability to tweak it to our needs is really useful. Plus, I feel confident about the security, especially when handling sensitive client data.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Waiting for the dark mode in the new version

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FuseBase has definitely made managing our projects and deadlines smoother. We're more organized, and it's streamlined how we handle our workload. While it's not without its flaws, it's been a useful tool in our day-to-day operations, particularly in managing tasks related to our clients.

  ### 25. No more email ping-pong

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuliia S. | Brand Marketing & Communications Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

What I love about this tool is the availability of client portals. They create a centralized place for clients to access everything they need - project updates, files, conversations. For me, it means no more email overload.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The mobile experience could be better. However, it's not a deal-breaker for me

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I harness this tool daily to partner with clients on campaigns and creative endeavors.

The client portals remedy our greatest frustration - email ping-pong for feedback and sign-off. I can directly share assets in the portal and maintain a threaded dialogue. It's tremendously more effective than emails bouncing around aimlessly. Clients can seamlessly review, remark, and greenlight right within the portal.

This liberates me from hours of email management every week. I have complete visibility into the status of client requests. The portals construct structured workflows to obtain client sign-off. Our entire team is collaborating better with clients. I'd enthusiastically endorse the tool to any agency struggling with chaotic client collaboration.

  ### 26. Making me a PRO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

It has been invaluable for helping me deliver a professional service. The ability to give each client a branded portal for their program materials, exercises, messaging, and tracking has leveled up their experience tremendously.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Working on small projects, I don't need so wide functionality the tool offers. But ignoring what I don't use, the core features I leverage daily have been great.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the professional portals has grown my credibility that's invaluable for me. I never realized how much branded presentation impacts perceived competence, until this tool helped me level up my delivery.

What I love most about this tool is the ability to handle every client touchpoint in one place. In my work, client communication and project management are everything. It allows me to share files, give status updates, track tasks, and get approvals through integrated portals tailored to each client. No more hopping between platforms.

This tool solves my biggest problem - streamlining collaboration. Having one hub to manage each engagement enhances my productivity and oversight tremendously. I can progress work more quickly, provide transparency to clients, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

What I love about this tool is how it finally consolidated the mass of fragmented tools our teams relied on into one wonderfully simple platform. Having centralized hubs for each client engagement makes collaborating and accessing projects a breeze compared to the past chaos of toggling between siloed apps and channels.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

There's nothing I really dislike about it.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves my perpetual stress around coordinating resources across functions and providing visibility into budgets, timelines, roadblocks and productivity. ### 30. Client portals are simply the best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia K. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

The biggest benefit I’ve gotten from this tool is the ability to provide a customized, professional portal for each of my consulting clients. Having a branded hub for each client engagement makes me look and feel more like an established agency. The tailored portals are a game changer.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I wouldn’t say there are aspects I dislike

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to give each client a customized portal with my brand elevated the experience to the next level. It provides transparency that large firms deliver. Transitioning all client collaborations into branded portals has truly leveled up my consultancy. I couldn't imagine going back to a scattered system after seeing the immense benefits of an integrated one.

  ### 31. Client Portals are a discovery of the year!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I can't help but admire client portals powered by Nimbus. It's a fantastic continuation of what the Nimbus team has already offered. I have already set up two client portals for each of my clients. It's a good solution if you have two or more projects simultaneously. I focus my clients on the relevant information without overwhelming them with our internal team data. For example, for one of my clients, I added to a portal our roadmap, connected Nimbus pages (that's what I like the most, portals are based on Nimbus pages) and integrated Calendly if they feel like they need to discuss things synchronically. Meanwhile, I can efficiently work on this project inside the Nimbus workspace with my team, giving them tasks and discussing everything via comments or chats.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I get many notifications about tasks, summary emails and so on, but I need to figure out how to turn them all off. Apart from this, everything is excellent.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a couple of projects to manage simultaneously in Nimbus.

  ### 32. A breath of fresh air for me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valeriia K. | Chief Business Development Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Using Nimbus Note with my team and clients has been a breath of fresh air. That internal workhub? Perfect for keeping everyone on the same page. And the client portals? Clients love it! It's like having a personalized dashboard for each client. No more endless email chains or lost files - everything's right there.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I've stumbled across a few minor bugs here and there. Nothing show-stopping or super huge, just small annoyances.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In simple terms, Nimbus Note took our scattered, chaotic way of working with clients and turned it into something streamlined and organized. It's made my life - and my clients' lives - easier. We're all more in sync, everything's in one place, and it feels like we're really working together. For me, that's a big win.

  ### 33. Tool that worked for me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria f. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Keeping clients in the loop is so critical yet so challenging with traditional tools. I love how this solution makes it easy with client portals tailored to each client. It's a centralized place to provide updates, share files, post tasks and bring all communication together. Clients love the transparency too!

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Honestly, nothing major. The platform is intuitive and has improved our efficiency substantially. Occasionally notifications can be delayed but it's a minor issue.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest benefit is how this tool eliminates the chaos of emailing clients constantly. I can provide real-time updates, and clients don't have to dig through inboxes. Approvals are streamlined. Plus internal workspaces help our team stay organized. Overall, the tool gives me back time, reduces stress and makes our clients so much happier. Highly recommend!

On top of that, it requires no technical background, which allowed us to create an organized repository of information accessible to the entire team.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Nothing that I can remember of. Nimbus Note has been a reliable tool for our team, and any minor bugs have been easily overshadowed by its overall functionality and effectiveness.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimbus Note is addressing our longstanding problem of scattered information. With its knowledge base feature, it has allowed us to centralize all vital information in one place, thus reducing the time spent on hunting down details and increasing our efficiency.

It's a one-stop solution for all our internal needs. However, the true gem is the Client Portal. Its user-friendly microsites make it incredibly easy for our clients to access project updates, files, meeting notes, and even create tasks.

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The updates are really slow. I think the fusbase has the potential that it hasn't reached yet.

  ### 39. Our Powerhouse for Client Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander B. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

All the different tasks and processes we were juggling separately have come together beautifully. Particularly impressive is the Client Portal. It's easy to use, uncluttered, and our clients find it very intuitive, which has made a world of difference.

  ### 40. Nimbus Note is the one of the best collab software on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danila P. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Very user-friendly interface, quick access to the most popular notes features, quick share, and reliable cloud connection!

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

So far, so good! Sometimes Grammarly integration works wonky

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, we collaborated on marketing content using Google Docs, but it had limitations when it came to visualizing ideas. Luckily, with Nimbus Note, this is no longer a problem. You can easily add images, links, embed videos, and so much more to enhance your content!

  ### 41. Gets my tasks in order

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandr S. | Product Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I am really impressed by how far Nimbus advanced with project management features. I like the task feature that helps me to assign my team tasks, set deadlines and labels. Furthermore, I see that they also added task descriptions and task comments. That's awesome. It'll replace Jira for me and help manage my projects where I store information about it.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Sometimes it takes time to load the page with lots of content. But I didn't notice any deal-breaking issues.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it mainly as a knowledge base for my projects, but now that they have tasks, I used it also as a project management tool. I've invited my team to the workspace and collaborated with them there.

  ### 42. The best tool for team organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2023

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Granular permission, that's what I waited for! They are great. Now I can invite all my team to the workspaces and give them access only to the folders they need to see. It is very convenient in terms of information filtering. My team members work and discuss things in the dedicated folders. As a result, they are not overwhelmed with excessive information and can focus more on their work. Even better, there are multiple instruments for collaboration inside those folders. We can easily exchange feedback by commenting on the text, picture, or other information.

Apart from granular permissions, I'd like to highlight Nimbus's objects for more accessible page organization (toggles, collapsible headings, buttons, hints). They help me to make important information more vivid and catchy

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I am waiting for more integrations in Nimbus. They already have a lot of them, but I need to have other specific tools as well

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork, information organization

  ### 43. Nimbus Completes Me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Director of Digital Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

The best part of Nimbus Notes is that the platform is constantly evolving and improving. I'm pretty spread out in terms of my commitments (digital marketing 9-5 job, three side hustles & currently wrapping up my MBA) and Nimbus provides more than adequate structure/organization and helps me make sense of everything in my life.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The only downside that comes to mind really isn't a downside, but the platform has so much to offer - it's like the Salesforce of notes, such that if you can dream it you can do it with Nimbus!

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimbus provides an excellent way for me to keep my automotive dealership clients up-to-speed with the flurry of ideas that I have in terms of improving their digital presence.

  ### 44. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY, due to its lousy customer service.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert S. | Formador en Desarrollo Personal y Emprendimiento Online | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Similar to evernote. A lot of features, clean interface, and positive expectation about how to use.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

One day I wanted to purchase a monthly plan and when making the payment via Paypal it was changed to an annual plan and they charged me for the entire year. I immediately, I repeat, IMMEDIATELY contacted support to fix that bug. The answer was INDIFFERENCE. They didn't fix anything and they kept my money.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY, due to its lousy customer service.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It had a lot of features. Also clean interface, and positive expectation about how to use.

  ### 45. Versatile tool for GTD, 2nd brain, and KANBAN Project management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

It keeps adding in great features. Recently added portals and not long before that chat across a workspace.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

There are some reliability issues and speed issues that need to be addressed. Some requests that customers have made regarding bugs or updates have been in the pipeline for months.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm currently using it as a GTD system but am wanting to convert this to a 2nd brain implementation. Is helps me in incubating ideas and is becoming more useful in sharing ideas. The task list and ability to create a custom KANBAN is really great.

  ### 46. Easy Yet Powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob Y. | Sr Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Flexible enough for customized organization of notes
Very large selection of formats for my notes
Easy learning curve
Integrations
Frequent updates and feature additions

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Occasionally I have trouble locating the note I am searching for. Though, to be honest, that is caused by my poor organizational skills. If they could just add an ESP module to automagically find what I'm thinking about that would help us more "mature" types that can't remember a damn thing anymore.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Easy to learn. Powerful to use.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My memory is crap. Always has been and I don't hold on to the fantasy that someday it will get better. All the sticky notes, all the notebooks from two years ago, all the one-line WORD documents, are gone with their condensed contents living happily in Notes.

  ### 47. Getting our Small Business Organized!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon W. | President; Your PEOPLE Development Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

There are so many things I love about NimbusNote!! I love how we can easily created new Workspaces and give permissions to people internal or external to our organization for collaboration. At the same time, we each have our Personal space as well. It is quickly becoming our knowledge base and a helpful project management tool and repository. I love how quickly they are developing and adding additional features, making the tool more useful all the time. Nimbus is quickly becoming on of the most important business tools we use to be productive and stay organized!
We no longer use (and lose) Google docs as much because it is so much easier to use Nimbus Note - and it is so much easier to find what we are looking for!
Hands down Nimbus beats One Note and Evernote. I really tried to use One Note but I always found it terribly clunky and challenging. I didn't like the price of Evernote, especially to get business functionality. Nimbus exceeded my expectations!

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

There are a few minor development requests I wish they'd get to quicker. Overall, though, I really love this tool.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Integrate Nimbus Note into your tech stack as soon as possible! It beats One Note and Evernote hands down!

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Nimbus as our main knowledge base for products, processes, reference information, prospect and client conversations, templates, and so much more. We link the note to wherever else it needs to be in our ecosystem (CRM, calendar appointment, workflow planner, website, and more.
Nimbus has been essential to our website redesign project. We've been able to keep task lists in there, gather information about SEO, competitor sites, design ideas, and all aspects to make the process flow smoother.
We have a template for our weekly staff meeting and use it to create each week's agenda. We capture our action items in the same document. This has helped keep us focused on strategic work and on track with our follow-through.

  ### 48. Everyday Go To Software for Cloud Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa F. | Graphic and web designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Nimbus Note goes far beyond the name. It is a suite of products that have become a part of my daily workflow.

The " Note" part is a robust cloud document creation and storage solution that I can access from the desktop, or app on the go. I love the clean UI for creating notes and the variety of options for sharing. Nimbus Note also gives the user multiple options to protect shared files and restrict who can see them, and when.

There is a lot of organizational flexibility within the workspace filing structure. Under one account you can have both a personal workspace and business workspace(s). I really like the custom branding options for a totally professional look.

Nimbus Note provides a large assortment of very nicely designed templates for various categories. If you opt to start from scratch, the rich text editor delivers with Headings, tables, checklists, bullet lists, etc. One could easily compose blog posts within the editor. Videos can be embedded. Titles can be color coded and include emojis.

Chrome Extensions:

Nimbus Note has a corresponding Chrome Extension called Web Clipper. It rivals other well established similar products on the market. Options include full page, article, fragment, images and bookmark. The clipped docs are fully editable.

The second Chrome Extension, called Nimbus Screenshot and Screen Recorder, does what it's name says...and VERY well. This extension alone is worth the cost. I use it every day, several times a day. The screenshots can be annotated before being sent via one click to a cloud folder of choice.

The screen recorder is pure gold. Very customizable. It even features crop, trim, and saving in several file formats.

Both extensions have options to save to the cloud, download or share to social networks, email, custom link, etc.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

When I first started using Nimbus Note, I had come from another well-known product in the same space and was used to the way that software worked. At first I thought Nimbus Note did not measure up, but now I am extremely satisfied with it. The creators seem to constantly be improving the product.

I would love to be able to select text on a web page and right click to save to Nimbus Note.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

If you are familiar with Evernote, there is a bit of getting used to Nimbus Note, but the value and functionality Nimbus offers is fantastic and you won't look back.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a graphic and web designer, the Nimbus screen capture Chrome extension comes in very handy to make videos of the desktop or browser tab to document technical support issues with various software I use. I could also use the same extension to incorporate my webcam to make instructional videos.

The Note storage is great for collecting interesting articles around the web, or partial notes for later reference.

  ### 49. Product is Designed to Trap You in without any possibility of leaving - very under handed approach

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zane M. | Principal, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I switched over to Nimbus notes from Evernote about a year ago. I liked it "OK," but the search function just was not consitently finding notes. It was frustrating to look for something using a word and know the note is in there and not have it appear in my search. It also lacked a few features I wanted, and I decided to look around for another option.

My first stop was Evernote, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much the platform had been upgraded since I left. OK... let me give it a closer look.

I upgraded to the Evernote plan and went to export my notes out of Nimbus Notes.

Uh-oh. Bad news

You can export your stuff out from Evernote. You can export it to a lot of different programs, including Nimbus. Nimbus was pretty quick in building in the compatibility to bring the Evernote import in, but not in allowing you to export anything out

Your only export options are PDF and HTML. PDF is not an option. The HTML option gives you individual zip files. Unbeliveable! So I can spend days pulling this out one by one and cut and paste each item into Evernote. Or could I hire someone to do this?

Very sketchy approach here. Unethical - designed to trap you permanently. Once Nimbus traps you in, there's no need for them to keep up with their competitors. Evernote is a far superior platform now. I guess I will pay my VA to transfer the notes one by one, accept that I made a mistake by using Nimbus at all and move on. Evernote allows you to move your information in or out easily, which says a lot about the underlying platform and the people behind it. Nimbus notes traps your data, which in turn conveys a lot about them.

Hey, it's my information. It's pretty crappy that you trap it away from me.

They say it's on their "roadmap". Yeah, sure it is.

Don't do it. Nimbus Notes' business model is unethical.

I don't do many reviews, but I am making an exception here as these guys and their organizational software end up hurting me financially.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this platform.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The sea4rch function does not perform up to par, and they trap you in by not giving you a workable solution to export information out

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to get a simple way to store and access various notes and information. Ultimately I have been disappointed with the performance of the platform, primarily the search function and the lack of a workable export function.

  ### 50. My database for once and for all

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taras F. | Mentor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Tables! They are incredible. There are different options for tracking and labelling information. I can also add dates and upload files there. It's amazing for structuring different data. I also like their power editor. No problem with highlighting text or adding links there. On top of this, Nimbus has lots of objects which you can use on your page. For example, the Toggle object hides all additional information and doesn't make my pages look like a mess.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

In general, I'm quite satisfied. There are some bugs sometimes but the support team handles them pretty fast.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating databases for my company that's the first thing I use Nimbus for. I also like their CTA elements like buttons on pages and videos. They help me increase my conversion and improve navigation within the page.
