## FuseBase Reviews
  ### 1. Great tool for organising information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya A. | Director of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

It has everything I need to organize information within my team: a perfect structure of notes and folders, an excellent editor, and good privacy settings.
I also like that Nimbus gets very nice product updates often and it's great to see the product evolve to make my work even more efficient.
Also great that you can insert the web clips, screenshots, and videos right into the pages and embed any tables (e.g., sheets), making the notes very interactive and allowing to collaborate in the team and have the knowledge base that is easy to navigate and update.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Currently, there is no way to do inline commenting on pages, and sometimes it's not that convenient to collaborate. However, I noticed this feature is coming soon. Can't wait!

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it primarily to gather and manage my projects -- we keep collections of user interfaces, interviews and internal product documentation in Nimbus.
It's very convenient for user and competitors research, and all things are kept in one place, very well organized and easy to find when we need them.
I also share Nimbus pages with my colleagues to stay on the same page.

  ### 2. The best note-taking and collaboration app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ihor P. | Head of PMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Firstly, I downloaded Nimbus Note on my phone and then ended up with a Business plan subscription for my all devices (laptop, iPad, phone). I like the comment option that helps me easily give feedback and easily discuss different topics. I've noticed that I sync with my team less after the appearance of comments. Which is great and saves me lots of time.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

There are some bugs, nobody is perfect but if compared with other apps Nimbus rocks

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration with team & clients, writing down notes and ideas

  ### 3. My working routine rocks with Nimbus Note!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugene M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

With Nimbus, I can easily stay organized. In my workspaces I keep everything: all the important details and files for my projects, as well as some todos for my personal life. Not only I can manage my projects and information, but also collaborate with my clients with shared Nimbus pages.

I started to use Nimbus Note a couple of years ago and I never regretted it. I like that the constant updates from the team, they do enlarge the app's functionality.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

There's nothing I really dislike. Just looking forward to comments on the web version (I do need them for better collaboration with my clients)

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy for me to find the information I need.
And it's easy to send it to my client with just one link. I find Nimbus very useful, it saves my time and my clients' time.

  ### 4. Harvesting my Thoughts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Organizing my thoughts in folders and subfolders. This app is an excellent system to manage everything on the fly with the iPhone App. This is similar to notes but on steriods.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

It can be buggy sometimes, but it doesn't stop me from using it because of its functionality. IT doesn't happen often, but every once and a great while.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are constantly improving and adding new apps to their company. All the LTD members are given access to those apps!

  ### 5. Easy to use and manage tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olenka K. | Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I like that I can create tasks, add assignees to them and mark their statuses. It helps me create a productive workflow for my projects. Thanks to tasks I've built a very effective workflow: get the order → write down ideas on the page → turn ideas into tasks → divide tasks between my team → ask them to update status and set deadlines. That's how we work now. Looks good.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Can't wait when they'll add task notifications. I really need them so as not to miss any deadlines

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management, working on the project, collaboration with my team

  ### 6. Amazing nimbus review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradlee S. | Self Employed Project Designer and Mentoring, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

The extremely wide variety of features continue to amaze me.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I didn't know about it earlier and I wish I did.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Try to explore all of its features regarding the text you enter. Paragraphs, links, code, headlines, outlines, table of contents, tables, etcetera...

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organizing notes and everything in a browser and on my phone very easily

  ### 7. Better than Notion.io

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimi H. | Ejer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

User Experience is just great. It's easy to work with. For example embeds are just fitting better right out of the box into the layout than it does on Notion. That means I don't have to spend time making adjustements. They constantly update this.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Not much. Sometimes the loadtime is a bit slow, but that's the same on all big sites. Even Google Ads and other softwares I use for work is often a little slow.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management, reporting, brainstorming

  ### 8. Every bit of SaaS I've ever bought has been preparing me for Nimbus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JD M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

White labelled freedom. Didn't have to spend the farm to get a custom domain!

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Bit glitchy with too many tabs open but not serious. It's a great platform

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So many I couldn't list here. I can now collaborate with colleagues and clients alike with ease, and under my own branding.

  ### 9. I enjoy this organizer, all the formatting options, accessibility and the ease of use. Thank You!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara B. | Executive Assistant to General Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

It's free, can be used on multiple devices, automatically saves and updates my data, has an option to make a list "read only" so I can share my notes with my friends and colleagues and not be afraid that something will be changed or deleted.
I enjoyed the "code format" which gives such a sweet flashback about my coding experience.

Also, the image resizes function works fantastic.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Nothing. It syncs with other devices and saves my changes even when I'm offline.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my ideas. I work for two companies and have my own projects. It would be impossible to keep all ideas in one place and separate and do not mess everything up.

  ### 10. Nimbus is more than just a note taking app

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan M. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

What I like most is the ability to quickly whip up notes and create live documents on my own domain name. This allows me to stay in communication with clients in a streamlined way. I've also been able to replace a number of screen capture apps I've been using.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Coming from Evernote, I had to adjust to the note hierarchy and how workplaces work but I'ev since adjusted to the workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

I would say take advantage of the mobile apps and their quick note features. They are very convenient.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it often for client projects, especially the note-sharing feature. It makes it easy to keep everyone on the same page since each note updates in real-time like a web page. This is important since I can send a client a number of tasks to complete along with an embedded video to help complete them. The note URL keeps it simple for them to refer to.

  ### 11. Great product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iaroslav K. | Software Development Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

It is great to use it as my landing page. Being able to add different controls and inputs, add content, and other elements makes my work with customers so much easier. Having the ability to incorporate different multimedia is also great! Video and image embeds nicely enrich the experience.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

It would be great to have Zappier integration. That will make easier automation and will allow an even richer experience. In all other matters, I am pretty happy with the functionality I have.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for the promo of my services mostly. Share pages with my customers and work with my team on projects.

  ### 12. Alternative to Evernote - Nimbus stands out

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

After a few months of using it alongside Evernote, Nimbus increasingly appears to be a solid alternative. The new features work, synchronization is fast, and the multiple issues of Evernote's version 10 do not affect Nimbus at all. Editing by "blocks" requires a bit of adaptation but turns out to be an excellent idea, making formatting much more powerful than Evernote's editor.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Three elements greatly hinder the use of Nimbus. The interface favors small fonts and pale tones, making visual navigation difficult. The handling of images is strangely unpredictable (some images will be in the wrong orientation by default). And above all, the export of notes is miles away from that of Evernote, which gives the very unpleasant impression that we are trapped in Nimbus. A very unpleasant feeling when using an electronic notebook.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synchronization is fast across all platforms. I can recommend it without hesitation to my colleagues without having to explain that the recent updates make the efficiency a bit unpredictable.

  ### 13. Great software to organize your notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2021

*Having the functionality of attaching documents or images
    * Having different note templates to reduce note-taking time
*Sharing notes with members in your organizations
*Having the functionality of syncing across different devices
     * Inviting your team onto Nimbus Note

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Nimbus Note meets my need. I can not think of any dislike right now.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

If you are a learner and play different roles in your life, you need Nimbus Note to help you organize your notes to reduce note-taking time.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimbus Note solves the following problems and provides the following benefits.

* Centralize my notes from different organizations and projects in one software
* Use the software anywhere with any devices
* Take notes from real life or online tutorials, classes, books, and documents
* Share my notes with others
* Do not need to carry papers or pens

  ### 14. The fastest way to delivery and collaborate anything in the web

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konstantin C. | Sperry IT Norway, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I like the functionality, integrations (embedding support) easy to use and access, easy sharing notes/content.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The items from the roadmap plan are slowly developed.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Nimbus note is an amazing product and notes could be made interactive if you embed Lottie's animations with mouse hover effect like any other website. Embedding interactive videos/photos or even 360 degree photos you can make fantastic guides/wiki pages with detailed and nice looking examples.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can do the following things with the Nimbus note:
* My blog;
* Easy and fast content sharing with automatic TOC created;
* Create a note as a website;

  ### 15. A great alternative to Evernote ... with potential

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank-Thomas N. | Owner and MD, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

The agile and flexible approach. The possibility to 'work' with documents and share them

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Very reliable and stable in the web; almost (but not yet as it should be) in the app (Mac OS)
Needs better/more export functions

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing project overview and project working documents

  ### 16. Better solution than Evernote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis J. | Director of Photography and Executive Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

It is a great replacement for Evernote in the basic functionality like note taking and organizing thoughts and details you want to save.
The app has ability to record audio, save photos, create tables and upload some documents for future reference.
It is better than Evernote in that the interface is cleaner and can easily go into distraction free mode for note taking.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I dislike that it doesn't automatically download the notes to my actual device - I have 500GB of storage in my phone and it should instantly load notes. But if I have poor internet connection - it takes forever to load.
Nimbus Note doesn't download notes and attachments locally to my device.
This makes for a slower interface and glitches / delays jumping between notes as it has to download while you're waiting.
This could be fixed by downloading all your notes in the background.
I realize the server load to download all updates to all devices could be huge - but maybe just have it download updates on devices that have been actively used in the past 7 days?
So active users - on their active devices - will see instantaneous notes locally on their device - updated every hour?

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking and saving notes - recording audio and capturing instructions are all easy in Nimbus.
Organizing thoughts - quick notes on the go - they're all time savers

  ### 17. Nimbus Note is fundamental for note-taking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Le Thanh C. | Chief Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I looked for a note-taking app to substitute for Evernote, so I found Nimbus Note.
I used it for my work and personal purposes day by day. Nimbus Note is perfect for everything I need, such as composing the text, attaching files, pasting pictures. Nimbus Team also improves this app frequently.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Sometimes, synchronization doesn't go well. Free is limited to 30 entries.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Nimbus Note is one of the top note-taking apps.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can present my idea to my colleagues by sharing my note as a web-view. I can modify and update that idea when receiving their feedbacks.

  ### 18. A gamechanger for our organisation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robbie F. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Ease of use for staff and customers, public pages, white-label branding.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

At times the load time has been slow, but it appears to be improving.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Use the public pages for information hubs. They are so easy to update and look great.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to create information hubs for clients on an entirely white-label basis and given our internal staff flexible workspaces to flesh out projects without the limitations of specific fields within a PM tool.

  ### 19. Very powerful and multipurpose software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre P. | Professor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

We can create a note with many different objects (text, tables, images, pdf) and then keep it as a reference note or publish it as an internet page with a password (or not). It is very powerful and useful software!

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Extensive notes could be slow to load... But Nimbus Note's new versions are significantly faster than before.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can replace Evernote to keep all my notes, create tables to add my students' grades, publish them easily on the internet... and much more.

  ### 20. My new swiss army knife!I

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hans N. | Software developer and MD, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Very powerful with many features and options, but still easy and fast to use!

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Sometimes it takes a bit too long, but things have improved a lot over the last couple of months.
It is (or was; I had to check again) difficult or almost impossible creating PDF copies of the complete workspace.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for many tasks like:
operator manual, documentation for my software
todo list
collection of links
brainstorm notes
bug lists
FAQ lists
product reviews and notes
list of articles
Feature lists

  ### 21. Great tool for capturing data from the web

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen A. | Senior Program Manager, Technology Projects and Programs at Tennessee Valley Authority, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Simplicity in the interface while having all of the expected features.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The limitations placed in the software don't seem to fit. (Don't limit the number of notes, limit the space used).

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

try it and you'll see how great it is

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Researching various topics, especially those involving images, is easier with Nimbus. Unfortunately, the limit to the number of notes allowed for the free version was a significant annoyance.

  ### 22. One Of my Favorite Note Taking App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ach H. | Freelance Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I love the way you can organise your notes and control the access you give to each person and the fact that you can share notes in public links and have a white label sittings :D

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Probably Sow and sometimes it can get buggy from time to time.

otherwise, this should work perfectly fine for most people.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organising my thought, keeping my workout plan and nutrition, Sharing the work with my clients, and so much more

  ### 23. Nimbus Note Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna Júlia X. | Professora de Ballet Infantil, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

there is some features that help character development; i can create sub-sections so i divide songs, poems, authorial, stories and academical stuff.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

seems like i can't record voice notes on the web version; idk if i can record them on a mobile version since i'm on low storage and can't download it.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the overall interface helps me with writer's block, also the features.

  ### 24. This is my main note software for managing SEO work.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark L. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I like the many features and reliability. One of my favorites is being able to quickly embed tables into notes and all of the table options. I have only scratched the surface of the endless features.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I wish they allowed global search between different spaces, though I understand why they would not allow for this.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Use the web version on desktop.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage SEO work with it.

  ### 25. Nimbus is my most important and most powerful and efficient tool for my work and life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reto R. | CEO and art director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

The ease and efficiency to organize my whole life, my existence and my professional work and collaboration. To have my compelete archive on the desktop and mobile.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

There is not much actually. There are some functions I still miss, but I can perfectly organize everything without them and will be patient until they're implemented as promised by the core team

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

None... Just try it out. Nimbus has the perfect price-performance ratio of all similar tools.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimbus gives me the pefect plattform to organize my whole business life, from collaboration within my team of freelancers and clients upto archiving all the documents and financial matters.

  ### 26. Good tool to write down ideas on the go

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleg S. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Sometimes I can get distracted and Nimbus Note helps me write down my ideas before I forget them. It's on all my devices: laptop, mobile, tablet. I like that they've added support for shortcuts on iOS. Looking forward to them adding more commands there.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The free version has lots of restrictions. I understand that they should earn money somehow but I wish I had more features for free. Still a Pro version is cool. I'm thinking about about buying a Business plan to use it with my team.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Write down my ideas before I forget them. Structure my information.

  ### 27. Everything in my life goes into Nimbus. My life is now saved

**Reviewed by:** Ian T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Completely flexible and conforms to my life and way of working, not the other way round

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

None that I can think of, apart from the fact that I find the web application more useful than the mobile app

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Just get it. It will organise your life, but at your direction.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of meetings and sessions, and what was discussed in them. I always refer to these when compiling my monthly report

  ### 28. Staying organized a challenge? Nimbus is a must. I'd recommend it for anyone not challenged also🤣

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ameer B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

It makes organization of brainstorming, intellectual property, meeting notes, sales scripts, etc. You name it.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

If staying organized is important to you, get it!

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization. Documentation. Respository. Doc sharing. Etc.

  ### 29. The best note-taking app

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I use it for my work stuff like writing and storing some records and reports and even scan documents via my phone. That's great because I don't like having lots of papers and when it's all in one place I can order information easily.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Lately I had troubles with a speed but now they seemed to fix it and international currency in tables works now!

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Store information in Nimbus now, not in my computer. It's not chaos anymore. Everything has a structure and it's easy to find what I need.

  ### 30. These guys gets what notes are about!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

It is a focused and intuitive application. I'm a long-time Evernote user; switching here was easy and, most importantly, productive. The periodic updates are spot on and keep improving. It has just the right bills and whistles, not basic and not overwhelming .. just right!

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I really can't think of any at this moment; I'm happy with my switch from Evernote, so I don't have much to say here.

  ### 34. A perfect mixture between the utility of Evernote and the free flow of Notion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2022

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Nimbus Notes managed to appeal to more than one demographic of users by simply mixing the traits of both traditional note-taking apps and modern databases like Notion.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The UI could use some improvements. I find the default colour to be harsh on the eyes and the dark mode colour to be even harsher.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nimbus both for personal use and business-related uses. It allows me to note down important information as a quick note or as a whole meeting agenda. It's been great for saving up papers and documents, too, as well as entire essays and studies I had to reference later on.

It has become a dependable note-taking partner with a good range of features.. i like that text can be converted into a task.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

It doesn't open up on the last piece of work or on a dashboard setting.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has replaced the note book or notepad , and is my go-to place for logging information and also to share a document , guide or proposal with someone else.

  ### 36. Efficiently organize, consolidate and collaborate all your files to a single storage place.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarunabh D. | Film Direction and Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Nimbus Note is a great solution, great UX and great value proposition. Over the last few months, Nimbus Note has drastically improved my content research. I've used a lot of writing apps since my grad school days and Nimbus Note has got to be one of the best. It's just the right blend of full-fledged research work and compilation, aided by Clipper & Capture Chrome extensions, and thereafter creating and organizing all my writings, notes and contents under one roof. For fast usage, Nimbus Note is good for jotting down quick thoughts in easy-to-read format, and I use it daily! If you are an individual, student, professional writer or a blogger and looking for a toolbox which could help you to manage all your data and contents, then this toll would be the best fit! Unlike other extension, it allows me to clip a whole webpage or just the text I want by using Clipper. It also enables me to quickly create notes from any web page by just selecting and then with each right click on the selected area, Clip and Capture takes place. Furthermore, even if I wish to find certain contents again and again, the amazing feature is that it permits Clipper & Capture to organize all my writings, notes and contents under one roof!

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

Nimbus Note tends to become slow to load, particularly when I compile lots of text within a single note file, or compile lots of Notes within a single folder/sub-folder. This prevents me from compiling large contents within a single note, and Nimbus Note is good only for contents of small size. Another disadvantage is that whenever I log in to my business account, the default workspace is my personal one, and not my professional one.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Nimbus Note app has made all my daily content writing and research tasks, and keeping track of all my notes easier. It has a friendly interface and is easy and simple to use. It's a great app that syncs all my notes, research work and data with all my connected devices, almost in real time, and it's very helpful in collaborating with other team or guest members. I also design micro landing pages with their own url, from inside Nimbus, and I can share those url with my clients just like a mini website, and also password protect the web pages.

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I was looking for a solution to organize my personal and professional information and links to be able to find them quickly and systematize them in a unique place. Excellent for research and teaching!!

I am very happy to discover Nimbus note. The note taking capabilities are amazing. In addition to that, you also get Nimbus Capture, which is so simple and easy to use. You'll be able to record your screen and webcam, and share within seconds. I love the way it is syncing everything between all my devices and how I can add images, to do lists and just general ideas on the fly.

I love the option to make notes publicly available as well. The team Pavel is super responsive and helpful as well . If you are looking for a note app this is it. 10/10 .
Thanks a lot for this great software.

  ### 48. Great for staying on top of documentation and organization!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oguzhan G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2020

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

I am a small business owner who has been using many different platforms to stay organized, whether its paper work or client management.

It is a great tool if you have trouble staying on top of your organization while communicating your team and clients. Nimbus has been really helping me for the past 4 months I have been using it.

There are four things that really stand out to me with Nimbus:
- Custom Branding: Nimbus lets you have custom branding for each organization on your account, as if white-labeling and this makes my clients more welcome to using the product. This helps me communicate better with them and the projects are seeming to flow much better.
- JS/HTML injection: Being a programmer who knows JS and HTML, I love that I can inject a bit of code and make the notes customized to how I want it.
- Dark Theme: Nimbus allows you to use Dark Theme if you want, I personally enjoy it when I am working in the evenings!
- Mention feature: When creating a note, you can link notes to each other or other people. So you can always cross-reference if needed, while making team members aware of things.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I haven't ran into any trouble with Nimbus at the moment, if in the future I come across something that bothers me I will update.

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Try the trial period (its free), and start off with one of their pre-made templates. After a day or two of playing with it, you'll see if Nimbus fits your use case.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Nimbus for project development, client communication, and accounting.

For Project Development - The mention feature, along with tagging helps my team communicate. I love how its simply just notes, but you can really pour all your ideas into it. It's great as if we ever need to go back, we can always refer to our notes and see why we made the choices...

For Client Communication - The custom branding is great, makes my customers feel valued. Also makes them more likely to use Nimbus, better than using Google Sheets to manage ideas or emailing each other (as they always get lost!)

For Accounting - You can also embed PDF documents, so I usually make a note and add the Invoices for each customer there as PDF. I feel much safer using Nimbus (its on the cloud) rather than storing the invoices on my own laptop incase something happens to it.

**Official Response from Paul Sher:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Oguzhan! We are working hard to meet your expectation with our product.

  ### 49. Not an Evernote alternative

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2021

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Similar to Evernote. No need to change the way of working.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

I had looked around for an Evernote alternative and subscribed to a paid version. The application is: Slow, does not contain the promised functions, the upload is significantly lower than with Evernote. Not suitable as an Evernote replacement.

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing solved. Just an Evernote clone.

  ### 50. Nimbus note is amazing!! Better than Evernote hands down!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2020

**What do you like best about FuseBase?**

Nimbus is packed with features and very well organized you can upload files to your notes like (pdfs) or other files embed or bookmark videos directly into your notes create check list different workspaces, customize all typography, include images, search with tags so your will never loose a note.

One of the things I like best about Nimbus has to be their support there are so many options I seem to get lost. This is by far the quickest and friendliest support I have ever seen with any Company, the software does so much that it cant get a little overwhelming (in a good way) but when I get stuck and reach out and if it is a simple problem they never make me feel like it is unimportant or I am stupid.

I feel their a large competitor to the ever so well know crappy old Evernote. I was with Evernote for YEARS at first I thought it was good but after looking at many other options (but opting to go with Nimbus) you see how far behind the goal Evernote is even worse if you need help with something their lead time for support is 21 days!! Not kidding if you currently have Evernote write in a support ticket and see what happens its comical....anyways I am sure they have their pluses but not for me I have made the switch exported all my docs from Evernote right into Nimbus and away we go!

If your on the fence I would encourage you to test the waters but I am trying to save you some time and trust me cut through all the games and give Nimbus a try you wont be disappointed and if you are (there is something wrong with you) just kidding!! Lol

At the end of the day find what works for you but definitely give Nimbus a go.

**What do you dislike about FuseBase?**

The only thing I dont like about Nimbus is it's a little confusing in the beginning knowing the differences between organizations and workspaces but once you get it...NO COMPLIANTS

**Recommendations to others considering FuseBase:**

Dont get frustrated at first write into support they will help you! I felt dumb for figuring out simple things but they helped me when stuck everytime

**What problems is FuseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is easier and more organized whether I am on desktop or mobile it is so convenient and ties everything together
