Update: I no longer have any complaints. FT took my concerns seriously and we worked together to find a solution.
Terrible customer service - actually none.
I’ve been an entrepreneur my entire life. Not only do I work as a sole proprietor on limited projects, I own 7 businesses (corporations so if which generate over a Ms per year )worldwide. Toward the end of last year I applied for invoice factoring for my self proprietorship. I was quickly approved and received the funds. Some invoices were immediately paid back and then my account stopped working. The web app would send an email saying the funds will arrive the next day. Nothing appeared. This happened four times. One day, I decided to visit their website from a desktop. I got a message stating that my account was under review because of a change in repayment. Let me guess? I’m not supposed to pay off the invoices? To date, I have made every payment on time and I have not asked to “skip.”
I reached out to customer service 5 times over the last 30 days. They refuse to respond. The demographic that would likely need their service would find themselves facing extra hardships with this behavior. I made business decisions based access to additional funds. That was a big mistake. Luckily, I had something to fall back on. FT gained over $500 in fees and I wasted my time. I do not recommend Fundthrough because they’re unreliable and inconsistent.
