We are a re-marketing company, we needed clients to book our services which include, marketing, social media optimization, SEO and websites developing and designing, Bookly had been good for us to meet our customers through bookings. The customer receives Text whenever they book and we confirm their booking with us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bookly?

The software is easy to be integrated within WordPress and start collecting bookings, I like the fact that you have SMS confirmation within the software to update clients booking statuses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bookly?

Have been communicating with RACHEAL over the issue where text cannot be delivered on other networks like MTN UGANDA numbers can't receive a text once they book. However, the bookly will chop SMS free which wasn't delivered to the client and once I contacted, Racheal said to fix such but has taken more than two weeks when it is not fixed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bookly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Bookly to receive bookings and since it has now integrated stripe payment, we can now collect payments for the booking from clients using stripe payment which has increased our revenue and sales Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bookly offer Basic features All as separate payed Addons"

I work 100% online for over 5 years, and all my client's bookings are done directly at my site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bookly?

I like how it looks in the front end, it has a nice design for the client looking to book. It's for Wordpress, that is a platform i use a lot, so this was good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bookly?

Bookly presents itself as a complete plugin, but when you buy it you realize that it does very little, unless you buy dozens of paid extensions. They advertise the plugin as the best one, then you see there is a PRO version and pay to get it, thinking it will give the expected main things a booking plugin should have. But then to have these features you still need to pay extra for things that are a must in ANY good booking system. Even acquiring the "Pro" version, still lacks the basic things a booking plugin should have. Paypal integration? Addon. Stripe? Addon. Woocommerce? Addon. Want the client to upload a file? Addon. Want to add a custom field? Addon. They have over 40! paid addons. So comparing to other booking plugins i tested and used, you will get complete solutions, with clear communication on what is offered for their price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I gave up using it after seeing I had to pay to have all the features they advertise. Even PayPal integration, that was available when i got it, was deprecated and instead of updating it, they offer now as an addon... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
