**What do you like best about Fund Control?**

I enjoy the third party involvement of plans, payment, and services. It's a great feeling knowing that your plans are on schedule, contractors are paid and the job completion is backed by security.

**What do you dislike about Fund Control?**

The only downside I e experienced with Fund Control is the flexibility of change. There are times when gathering information regarding estimates required for a specific project, the funds given are much less than provided. It's almost embarrassing as an experienced project manager or estimator who is responsible for playing the middle man, so to speak, of explaining this process to contractors that expected one thing but are receiving another.

**What problems is Fund Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure that all parties involved knows the Fund Control process and how it works. In that case there's no surprises or problems and contractor aren't waiting around due to cash being held up.
