To say 'dislike' is unfair. They are very open to suggestions and improvements, and no software is ever perfect but there are features that I'd love to see rolled out. Land Gorilla has a great number of features to utilize for construction to operate efficiently, with more updates to steadily improve the process of construction inspections and draw requests. The Mastermind Forum, which happens twice per year, is outstanding. Knowledge, ideas, and wisdom of how other credit unions operate is very informative. I love how easy it is to use. It is very user friendly if you need to make any changes or input any borrower information that comes up after the loan has been onboarded. And the support team is very responsive, Cecily Cole has been more than helpful anytime a question has come up. We can get an answer very quickly, and get most of our needs resolved. Dislike is a little strong and not how I feel. However, many features are advance and thorough, there are some features that I feel need an update such as doc builder and the document center.
