**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

I appreciate that setting up a workflow on Copy.ai is relatively simple. Despite the technical challenges, the platform potentially aids in content creation and management across multiple platforms. I also see value in its intent to support marketers, even though it needs some expansions.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

I find Copy.ai challenging due to its lack of out-of-the-box integrations, which complicate the setup process and demand technical knowledge that not all marketers possess. This limitation makes it difficult to connect with existing tools and hinders workflow automation. The absence of an external trigger options in workflow management reduces its flexibility, forcing users to work only within the platform. Furthermore, the inability to integrate properly with my current ecosystem detracts from its usefulness, as it doesn't accommodate a full marketing stack effectively, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) lacking technical resources.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

I would be hard pressed to come up with a software vendor that I have had a better customer success experience with. Both of the CSM's that have been assigned to our account have been absolutely amazing. Any questions or edits that we have had are always delt with super quickly and our rep Jason is extremely knowledgable with options for whatever business case we bring him. The platform is easy to navigate and straight forward to learn.

N/A, any problems we have had are quickly resolved by the Fullcast team, I cant recommend them enough

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

I like the dashboards to use as Weekly Expectations for the team, also helps with Pipeline Hygiene, see where your untouched opps are.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

In order to scrape the activity it needs the end user email alias, but we work through the channel, so a better way to lock the activity to the correct opportunity to get the credit for the meeting or activity.  If the end user isn't on the email or meeting it can't find the opp.  So if there was a way to go back to associate or true up activities somehow, it's a big ask, brought it up in the beginning may not be possible.  Another thing that I would fix is when looking at the Poor opps the account/opp owner isn't there, you have to drill into each one to see who owns the account.

Gives a general KPI overview and also shows opps that might be stuck.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

Atrium has genuinely simplified my day-to-day work as a sales manager. I love how easy it is to get a clear view of everything I need about my team—no digging around required. The graphs are intuitive and let me see where everyone stands at a glance. Plus, I can quickly adjust filters to look at specific areas, which is perfect for switching up perspectives on the fly. It’s a tool I rely on daily, and it makes a big difference in how smoothly I can run things.  ***And bonus points to Atrium for their team being so helpful!

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

My one wish is for Atrium to have the ability to manage Salesforce cases as seamlessly as I can manage opportunities. Adding this functionality would make an already excellent tool even better!

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

I have been using Atrium for a few years now and as a sales leader, it is indispensable to me. The data visualization provides me instant feedback on what is happening and the AI Sales Coach offers insightful context to help guide the team members towards an accelerated sales cycle. It is one of the few applications that I reference multiple times daily. 

The application saves me hours each week and helps me frame my one-on-one coaching sessions with more targeted and meaningful data. I am also able to easily use the charts and graphs in my operational reviews with senior leaders, highlighting quickly our successes and opportunities for improvement.

I also greatly appreciated the initial onboarding experience, getting up and running in minutes not days! Connecting to our instance of Salesforce and GMail was as effortless on our end as imaginable, and did not require additional resources from our IT group. 

The Customer Success team is A1, with ongoing support and scheduled meetings at a frequency that matches our requirements and availability.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

It is tough to find anything to dislike. A small improvement I'd like to see would be the ability to customize the chart color palettes a little so that there is less of the blues and I could call out specific values with conditional colors.

**What problems is Fullcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to understand and address sales behaviors that may impact sales success is a top priority. Atrium allows me to see and coach to these bahaviors with data that can be segmented over time or by action type or by almost any other measure.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

Atrium is a great tool for sales leaders to use to monitor sales activities, train on sales skills and make informed decisions on sales strategies at both a team and individual level daily. Atrium makes digesting hundreds of data points easy with metric cards for all levels. The user interface is simple and includes metric charts that are great for many different levels of presentations and/or discussion. The goals page is great for 1 on 1 discussions with sellers to performance manage before issues arrise. Insights are spot on and provide actionable points.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

Atrium is only as good as the data you feed to it. If you don't have great salesforce hygiene, it may be difficult to identify trends.

**What problems is Fullcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Atrium to track and report on our executive level KPIs daily; to manage sales team preformance from both an effort and skill level; to identify industry/performance trends.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

The idea of Atrium - conceptually - is cool. Look! -- AI can make a sales manager more productive by providing valuable insights to help coach reps!

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

It's not just that Atrium is a bad piece of software (it is - in my opinion). If you were a sales manager and actively used the insights Atrium gave you and relied on them as the gospel to coach your reps, you would actually make your reps worse than if you were to manage them without Atrium. 

The "insights" that it generates are complete noise. For example, I received a message this week, "Outstanding Prospecting Activity! Hats off for securing a 40% increase in accounts touched for prospecting this this month." In my current sales role, I do not do any prospecting. Zero. I have no idea where this data is coming from, but this is a good example of the majority of insights that they produce. Sure, you can just ignore it, which we do at my company, but if you actually are relying on this software your management team is going to be so distracted with these fake insights that they won't be able to actually diagnose their rep's needs on their own. A good sales manager should be able to sit on a call with their reps (or in today's age, watch a recording) and be able to discern why they are doing well or what they need to work on. Of course - data is a piece of that, but the data Atrium puts out is not helpful and I wouldn't recommend.

**What problems is Fullcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Atrium is providing insights that in theory, could be used for coaching, if they were not garbage.

First, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive an insight that didn’t align with your role or responsibilities. Atrium’s automated sales coaching is built to provide statistically driven insights based on Salesforce data. If there’s a discrepancy in the insights, it’s often worth double-checking how data is mapped in Atrium or the underlying data hygiene in Salesforce. We’ve seen that this can sometimes be a struggle for many teams, and we’d be happy to support your RevOps or sales leadership team to troubleshoot and get things working properly.

Also, the goals - i.e. your prospecting goal - in Atrium are chosen in one of two ways, 1. your leadership team directly tell us what they want monitored from a KPI perspective or, 2. we deploy the standard Atrium KPI playbook if your leadership team wants to start with the basics - in both of these scenarios AE prospecting activity is a fairly common KPI. 

You’re not wrong that Atrium is only as effective as the data that powers it. However, when everything is dialed in, our customers report that the insights help their managers coach more effectively and hold reps accountable in a scalable, data-driven way. My favorite thing about Atrium is how easy it is to pull analytics. Often I need to pull reports quickly that would be difficult to do in salesforce. I can easily build reports in Atrium without having to go to SOPs for help.

I also love the sales coach feature. It is great to get insights one each member of my team - it is something I look at every day!

Sometimes if you need a custom metric it can be a little bit difficult to figure out.

Being able to see what everyone is at for contacts connected per account.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

It's not terrible but i find there's soo much clutter that it's hard to navigate. The numbers are ones i can find on salesforce, and i find the training isn't super helpful. At first I thought it was great, then it became repetitive and obsolete to use. Not sure if everything is fair because it shows where everyone is at in comparision but some people have a different amount of teammembers. It doesn't take into account the holidays so it keeps the same targets. This is annoying. It's not easy to use, and too many steps to create something easy that i can create in 5 seconds in salesforce.

**What problems is Fullcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not? I'm not seeing anything on there other than contacts contacted per account. Other than that, everything else i can find through salesforce. I don't use the coaching - i did but i found it stated the obvious.

Atrium is an exceptionally accessible analytics tool. Its UI is intuitive and easy to pick up within a few days, but the tool is still able to provide strong insights. It's easy to put together dashboards that I can show reps and managers alike to help drive change based on actionable insights. The Atrium team also has done an incredible job helping me set up the platform to meet the unique needs of my org.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

Nothing really to dislike about the tool, but there are some realities of using a platform like this. With a low-code, no-code analytics tool like this with a limited number of custom metrics, it's tough to get the exact insight that I need, but the metrics I have access to give me a phenomenal indicator of where I need to dig deeper.

Atrium works to give me at-a-glance insight into how my reps are performing, our pipelines, and what we can focus on as a team to improve. As I mentioned earlier in my review of the platform, it gives me the ability to get instant high-level understanding that gives me the guidance I need to dig deeper into key performance areas.

Attrium helps me track my teams progress against their quota, pipeline and meeting goals. They have easy to use dashboards that make it easy for my team to see how they are tracking for goals, and leverage AI to provide helpful tips on how to improve if you are falling behind. They also make it easy to identify opportunities that may need additional touches to advance it through our pipeline. No longer are the days that you have to manually enter every meeting that you have in your CRM. Attrium connects to your calendar and automatically pulls the data into Attrium so you can quantify and track the number of meetins each, week, month and quarter. Finally, their customer support team is super helpful and willing to train our teams on how to use their tools.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

I haven't found any downsides yet! I have been using the tool for 5 months.

**What problems is Fullcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a fast growing company and building our pipeline is extremely important. This tool helps me measure where we are at towards our pipeline goals and helps me hold the team accountable.

I absolutely love the new goals functionality and I use the sales coach on a daily basis.
Love the fact that you can creat different views based on every individual and set goals. I use it during my 1:1's for coaching and I use it on a daily basis to keep a close eye on our metrics :)

I do not dislike anything about the system. I find it extremely helpful and insightful!

I would say it's the most time saving system that I've used. By one click I can access all of the information that I need to run my 1:1's and present during my team's meeting.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

The extensibility of Copy.ai is my favorite part, as well as the integrations.
From a sales perspective, I'm able to orchestrate workflows to enrich data on prospects, accounts, and more, enabling us to personalize automated inbound emails. We can also equip our SDRs with highly specific research that's relevant to our market, so they don't have to start from scratch when researching new accounts.
From a marketing perspective, there's an opportunity for us to build a repeatable content engine from sales/solutions calls which I'm excited to dive deeper into.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

There is a learning curve involved, but that's to be expected for the extensibility and power you get with the platform. They're constantly shipping quality of life improvements, so I imagine it will only get easier to use from here. In the meantime, their support has been impeccable.

**What problems is Fullcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling GTM with a lean team. We're producing the same outputs with 1/3 the team today because we're able to personalize emails at scale, and streamline a lot of the manual processes for our SDR team. There's so much additional surface area we plan to cover as well, especially on the marketing side.

Its data-driven insights allow me to be proactive rather than reactive in coaching my reps, thanks to its clear, real-time visibility into metrics like activity, pipeline health, and goal attainment. Atrium breaks down complex sales data into actionable insights that are easy to interpret, making it simple to track progress, pinpoint bottlenecks, and guide my team with targeted feedback.

It would be excellent to see the next level of AI sales data with an integration into Gong so pipeline reviews can be done in a one-stop shop.

Atrium is solving several key challenges for me as a sales manager, mainly around visibility, consistency, and accountability. Before using Atrium, it was difficult to get a holistic, real-time view of each rep’s performance metrics and pipeline health without spending hours manually piecing together data.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

Fullcast is an easy-to-use tool that will transform your GTM and territory planning cycle.  The tools syncs with your CRM and takes the Ops team out of spreadsheets for a more thoughtful, accurate and thoughtful process.  The tool also meaningfully transforms the way sales leadership engages during fiscal planning, providing them with an intuitive environment for them to provide feedback and refine territories.  

Post fiscal planning, Fullcast also provides a seamless avenue to make adjustments to territories in year.  

Last but not least, Fullcast has an amazing support team lead by the inimitable Tyler Simons.  Fiscal planning can be a frenetic and stressful time, so I really appreciated the degree of responsiveness, creativity and flexibility in helping us troubleshoot various technical issues that invariably arise during the deployment of a new technology. 

To my mind, very clear ROI here as there is no chance this tool goes unused.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

Like any technology, there is some devil in the detail when you deploy.  In particular, Fullcast has powerful automation but you need to be cautious to ensure that you don't create a situation where accounts move inadvertently or inexplicably.

**What problems is Fullcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fullcast provides an easy to navigate environment to design your sales coverage model and build fair and equitable territories.  Pulling directly from the CRM, Fullcast takes the Ops team and Sales Leaders out of spreadsheets.  In a typical fiscal planning cycle, Ops can leverage Fullcast to build a 'by-the-numbers' first pass at territories, and then provide access to sales leaders to log in and review and refine those territories on their own time. 

Benefits:
  - Huge time saver for Ops 
  - Allows much deeper engagement in the process from Sales Leaders
  - Results in a more thoughtful and accurate deployment of territories on Day 1 of the new fiscal

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

We broke up with Clari because they no longer paid attention to us and stopped keeping their promises. Peter sold us on the vision of how Atrium could provide AI driven insights and coaching to our Sales Leaders. Then Deb, our master implementation specialist, went above and beyond in ways I couldn't have imagined! I never knew what a truly outstanding implementation looks like. I've been used to mediocre experiences with Sales Tools for so long, that I didn't realize how I SHOULD be treated. Maybe that's because Atrium isn't just a Tool, is Solution fueled by an energized team of people who actually care about you. Deb and Peter aren't just our partners, they're Tribe.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

Some of the best aspects of Atrium also come with some downsides. Atrium's focus on Pipeline Management and AI driven sales coaching has enabled them to build a world class tool that is so easy and intuitive that my sales leaders can't get enough of it! My most change adverse front line leaders are now building their own dashboards (something we in RevOps didn't have the time to support). That same focus means that Atrium cannot [yet] replace all of Clari's forecasting functionality. Therefore we paired Atrium with Salesforce's Forecast module which has led to better results, happier sales teams and a MUCH better customer support experience.

**What problems is Fullcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Atrium allows us in RevOps to do more with same. In any given week, we find ourselves consumed by high priority requests, fire drills, and large cross-functional projects, with little time left over for 'Run the business' activities. Thanks to our incredible onboarding and training program (led by the unbelievably amazing Deb), Atrium functions like another member of our team. Atrium delivers regular insights and reporting to our front line leaders to help them run their business and coach their reps. The BEST part of Atrium are the Stories it tells. Stories like "here are your top three reps this week who are creating new pipeline with larger deal values, AND who are advancing their current pipeline at a healthy pace." Stories like, "here are two reps who need help setting follow up meetings on late stage opportunities, which may explain why so many of their opps are getting stuck halfway through the funnel."  These stories are driving better pipeline hygiene because now reps have visibility into the percentage of their pipeline in 'Poor Health'  (FYI their health score is incredible because it's so robust AND it's easy to understand the Why behind each score). Finally, I love Atrium because every single person we've spoken with, from Peter in Sales and Deb in implementation all the way up their company founders Pete and Jason, truly listened to our needs. While they couldn't implement a few things we've asked for, they immediately actioned whatever they can and generously put our most important enhancement requests on their product roadmap. I'm not sure the connection to our CRM is immediate. Some graphs are not as accurate as what I see in Salesforce in relation to call/email volume. Those lagging metrics can make me need to open another screen in order to cross reference call/email volume before providing coaching to my team.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

1. Perhaps the best support out of any solution I have ever used
2. Pretty intuitive to create your own charts. Atrium allows sales managers to play with the data themselves without needing as much SFDC knowledge, with better and more customizable visualization than standard SFDC and better ease of use than a looker or tableau for no code.
3. AI features are good at pointing out things to pay attention to. It is a bit overly sensitive and will produce false positives in terms of not so important bullet points but I expect the quality to continue to improve on pace with the rest of AI.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

1. Heavy on API call usage within SFDC.
2. This is less of a dislike but more of a axiom with any tool. Garbage in Garbage out in terms of data and configuration. Atrium can only do so much out of the box. If internal definitions are tailored to your specific organization's needs it will require more work to get it working as intended.

Atrium's out of the box metrics provide a remarkable amount of information on sales rep performance. Before investing in Atrium our frontline leaders did not have the data they needed to properly coach up reps- now they do! Our managers are now logging into Atrium almost every day. 

Additionally, the Atrium team is extremely responsive and helpful. They've been willing to help us build things, have hopped on live calls with our leaders to train them up on the tool, and I've even spoken live with the CEO about what would make Atrium even more useful.

I would love to make the administration of users a bit easier- it's a lot of manual effort to add users/change hierarchy etc. Connections with Okta/SFDC to this end would be very helpful

If you've dealt with territory creation, lead routing, speed-to-lead tracking, account structures, account data cleansing, operational capacity planning - this is my go-to. Also, they offer a good partnership with a wealth of advice and best practices.

Nothing else really does this so it's hard to provide a relative critique. I think some usability updates would definitely help certainly. Exposing capabilities to sales/cs manager to self-manage would be interesting but you'd have to have lots of guardrails.

mapping accounts to our GTM (taking raw data from vendors, and organizing it with the way we structure our sales/cs teams)

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

My favorite thing about Atrium is that it can create meaningful insights from a number of different data sources which is important to measure the productivity of your sales reps.  Often times you are completely reliant on CRM data which can be problematic depending on the hygeine of your CRM.  Atrium integrates with gmail as well as other sources of relevant data to give you a more complete picture of how sales reps are doing.  In addition to that it allows much greater insight into the data at different points in time.  I can easily see metrics at various different time frames and it's super easy to access in a dashboard form.   I also really enjoy the functionality of being able to push notifications to slack channels and email for visibility.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

I love Atrium and the insight it gives you however there is a little bit of a barrier to entry to understand how it works.  Their support team has been great but usually you have a few users who really know what they are doing and they dictate what metrics are more seen but that is the case with most technology.  So atrium isn't much different in that regard.

For teams that need insights into X, Y, Z, Atrium is a great tool. It makes sense of data and visualise it in an easy-to-digest way. It clearly outlines the historic performance of reps, week by week, month by month and quarter by quarter, which is great. It was very easy to set up and the team has been very supportive.

The most helpful part of Atrium is that I can login and instantly see the metrics that we track. Bookings, Pipeline, Calls, Emails, Meetings, etc. The part that I enjoy is how quickly I can view the data in Atrium vs running reports in SFDC. The way the product allows me to quickly splice the data by month, quarter, year, last year, last quarter, etc is unlike any reporting system that I have used. I also appreciate the fact that is is customizable for the dashboards I need to use my day to day.

The downsides are convincing your revops team that you need a vendor to do this rather than. custom build from the ground up ;)

When i was starting out as a digital marketer, Copy.ai was my guide in writing and producing quality content. 

I find the tool's interface straightforward and user-friendly. I use Copy.ai for   social media posts and product descriptions, blog   intros and website copy.

What I love most about the  tool is the pricing plan to accomodate beginners who are just getting started in their career as a content marketer. They also have a very good support. I get email from them on how to use some of their latest features.

You need to be very careful when using Copy.ai. It should be used as a guide for content creation. This is because some of its content might be pulled out from webpages that are already published and this might be flagged as plagiarism. 

So when the AI generate a copy, you also need to put some of it in your won words. Or you can use the plagiarism checker to make sure your content are not plagiarized.

Atrium is easy to use and easy implement compared to a lot of sales managment/reporting softwares - I've used other competitors that feel like they require a team to run and set-up the software. Atrium comes very out of the box and self-serves for the most part after initial set-up, creating a great foundation to build on as time allows.

It has helped our sales managers have more effective and efficient 1:1s and diagnose issues and disparities earlier in the sales cycle. It helps our team hone in on data not as easily available in Salesforce around opportunity health, rep activity, and conversion rates. It's a great price point as well and a huge win for smaller companies. The customer support is also awesome and so responsive.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

Sometimes it is frustrating to not be able to filter on items I am able to filter on in Salesforce, in addition as reps move among different teams, I haven't found a good way to retain the data within the time period they ere on the specific team. The foldering system also feels a little messy/clunky to me.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

Data Insights and the coaching feature are the best. Allows me to see trends in my rep's day to day activities and act on them quickly and in real time. The coaching feature adds AI to the mix and helps me understand areas of improvement for my team too!

There are no downsides when you are getting the data you need to run your business effectively

The UI could use some simplifying, especially for when it comes time to collaborate with Sales Directors and above on territory assignments.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

Blog post generation is of very good quality. Best full generation service that I've seen so far.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

Customer Support is Nonexistent. There is a chat, but no one replies to that - I have messages that are as "read" and unansweared. I've sent also few e-mails that were without answear too.

I've tried joining their official group on facebook, but it seems no one manages that either and my invite is still pending.

There is very large gap between the pro plan and the higher plan than that and that is a very big issue, as you can't buy credits without upgrading your plan.

There are features that are written on the website that are not in the product.

Good product, but it seems that it was abandonned, not sure why.

Copy.ai is very good at generating blog posts that are of good quality, that include current knowledge, are written well and are seo optimized.

**What do you like best about Fullcast?**

I love Atrium. It has made managing my team so much easier. The ease of us and AI insights to Sales Management has increased the effieceny of my ability to work and coach my team. It's really easy to build reports and get meaningful insights.

**What do you dislike about Fullcast?**

The only thing I dislike is the UI and ho you drill into your cards, but its still world class.

**What problems is Fullcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get insights that would otherwise takes me hours to find in SFDC.
