&lt;p&gt;I’d put more weight on how the platform performs once staff depend on it every day. Strong implementation can get a team comfortable initially, but trust builds when intake, eligibility, patient communication, and other routine workflows keep working reliably during busy periods. I’d also watch support responsiveness after go-live, since that’s when the implementation team is no longer there to smooth over problems.&lt;/p&gt;
