The account management and customer relationships are valuable to me, and I find the service itself very functional in terms of the value it brings. I love their AI video component because sending AI app avatar videos via SMS leads to extremely high open rates. This means our clients actually watch the videos and take action, resulting in a high conversion rate into reviews. Their personalized service and attention to detail, particularly the ongoing support from Pierre, make me feel heard and ensure we have everything we need. Once a week I just drag and drop a csv file into my account “upload” page and the campaign fires off. I don’t have to be a tech wizard to use it. It’s simple and my customers love the personalized videos. It’s super effective **What do you dislike about FuguTech?** I really need to take the next steps with them and link them up with my POS provider. Then I wouldn’t have to even think about it. **Recommendations to others considering FuguTech:** These guys are half the price of birdeye with better customer service. Adorable and effective. **What problems is FuguTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m the owner of Irvine Village Flowers and I discovered that reviews (Google and Yelp) by far are the most effective way to grow my business. I tried digital ads which work but are expensive. I tried out FuguTech and grew my Google business reviews by 20% the first month alone! I couldn’t believe how well it worked. ### 6.
