As Service Managers we have full plates. We had a need for marketing in our shops in two locations across the nation. We found Dieselmatic through Fullbay and gave it a try. It is 60 days in and we have a higher than industry standard conversion rate as well as increased phone volume! Our shops are busy which is great! The best thing though is the call recordings/reviews in the Dieselmatic Google Analytics Dashboard you get access to. When we run low on the clients that we already have, dieselmatics comes through for us, generating new clients daily to keep us busy non-stop. Every month since we've started with them, the quality of the phone calls we get from new clients is more appropriately targeted to the type of problems and vehicles we work on. I like the ease of use and the constant follow-up. The staff at Dieselmatic are always trying to improve the performance of our website.
