It is very rare if you have a question it takes more than an hour or two to get a response. **What do you dislike about Dieselmatic?** We are 60 days in. I do not think there is anything I dislike currently. **Recommendations to others considering Dieselmatic:** Be sure you are serious and ready to try something new! If you start getting good traction and hits from the ads/campaigns it will cost money. Remember, you have to spend to make! If the ads are costing more than you thought it is because they are working! **What problems is Dieselmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** As Service Managers we have full plates. We had a need for marketing in our shops in two locations across the nation. We found Dieselmatic through Fullbay and gave it a try. It is 60 days in and we have a higher than industry standard conversion rate as well as increased phone volume! Our shops are busy which is great! The best thing though is the call recordings/reviews in the Dieselmatic Google Analytics Dashboard you get access to. Onboarding was great, the website setup was good, and ongoing customer service has been great too! They definitely understand the diesel shop world, and how to improve marketing for our company in this area. **What do you dislike about Dieselmatic?** I can't really think of anything that I dislike. One area where maybe they could improve a little is helping us increase our social media presence. But helping us set up our company social media was very smooth! **Recommendations to others considering Dieselmatic:** If you are a heavy duty diesel or light duty diesel shop, I would definitely look into Dieselmatic as your marketer. They are a great company, with great people who work there! They are friendly, smart, and they definitely understand marketing in the diesel world. Every month since we've started with them, the quality of the phone calls we get from new clients is more appropriately targeted to the type of problems and vehicles we work on. They listen in to the calls that work and those that don't and adjust keywords in our Google search to ensure we have the best coming. ### 4. With Dieselmatic, I list the services I offer, they send out a photographer, I review the website, and it's up. They are very responsive and people get back to me quickly. **What do you dislike about Dieselmatic?** Top level package seems a little expensive but it has been worth it. I have seen a real increase in the amount of calls and visits to my shop and I want to see how far that goes. **Recommendations to others considering Dieselmatic:** Digital agencies that know their clients' industries are 10x more effective than generalists. **What problems is Dieselmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracy has taken my complaints and used the Dieselmaatic digital marketing experts to get them resolved.
