Nothing that I like. It's suitable only for one thing "Low price" for some of the services **What do you dislike about Hibu?** Customer services. Nobody calls you after promising to find the issue and fix it. Problems were fixed after about 3 months. It took me to call and send many emails to fix the errors. They always wait till end of the contract to fix errors **Recommendations to others considering Hibu:** Be very careful and ask everything. Do not choose Hibu just from sales pitch and false promises of sales oersons. **What problems is Hibu solving and how is that benefiting you?** They build websites a little well. They updated our outdated website and organized our customer calls from our website. Apparently they fo better than their competitors. **What do you dislike about Hibu?** I Dis like how expensive it is and when you decide to leave or close account, all of our customers and info stays with them. Not too much that I do not like about Hibu. **Recommendations to others considering Hibu:** Be sure to have pictures ready that you want to use. **What problems is Hibu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to keep track of our leads and clean up our company website. Basic website designs. Better alternatives are available for website building (Squarespace, wix), SEO services, and other marketing services (Mailchimp, sprout social etc). **Recommendations to others considering Hibu:** If you are a small biz owner looking to establish an online presence with advertising and a website to start out, give Hibu a try. Beats all competition. **What do you dislike about Hibu?** I just didn't like that if you don't keep making payments to them and continue contract, they can take your website and everything built before them.
