Fugoya truly provides everything a freelancer might need, including features like QR invoices for Switzerland. I wasn't actively searching for new freelancer software, but Fugoya immediately caught my eye thanks to its extensive feature set, user-friendly interface, and impressive UX/UI design. When I had a few specific questions at the start, the founder of Fugoya personally responded within minutes, which was incredibly helpful.

One feature that really impresses me is the automatic time tracking system. It monitors all the different software I use, giving me a detailed breakdown of how much time I spend on each task and with which application.

In my previous freelance software, I missed having a solid project management feature. Fugoya addresses this need, and I especially appreciate being able to track time for individual tasks, which is perfect for clients who require detailed reports.

For me it's the UI. Honestly it's just gorgeous. I feel like I'm using something more often if it looks and feels good and in Fugoya every click feels sooooo smooth und powerful and I get things done very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The current lack of deeper documentation and/or guidance how I should work with Fugoya. By now I figured everything out (big shout out to Tom from their super friendly customer service), but I feel like I could have been on-board quicker. Selecting one project and creating an invoice with all checked hours in just one click is really convenient. Even when not working on an hourly-based rate, Fugoya got you covered as well.

Much informations for newcomers, it can seem overwhelming at first as there are many features. The learning curve of all the possibilities is a step by step process.

There is currently no mobile app of Fugoya, but it's coming at some point in the future. Since I need my tasks available on my phone, I'm not using the whole task feature of fugoya at all right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My daily companions are project overview, weekly planning, and time tracking.

Since I have to switch between different projects quite often during some weeks and working alternately remote and in the office (so from different devices), automatic time tracking helps me a lot in keeping an overview of the various time expenditures and in considering this for ongoing and future budgeting. Until now I used invoice templates made in InDesign since no tool really have me the ability to use custom fonts and to truly place custom textboxes to create nifty layouts. I was able to create my previous InDesign template 1:1 in Fugoya, it's crazy. At first was I a little shook about how many different features it offered that I thought I don't need. But then I saw how cheap it was and now I'm slowly adopting time tracking as well – it's great how nicely it plays together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having the best overview of all different aspects of my business – no matter if it's time-tracking, open tasks, financial goals or project timelines. It combines many tools I used separately before in one suite. As a designer, I also really enjoy how well the Template Editor is made, and how many design options I have.
