I wasn't actively searching for new freelancer software, but Fugoya immediately caught my eye thanks to its extensive feature set, user-friendly interface, and impressive UX/UI design. When I had a few specific questions at the start, the founder of Fugoya personally responded within minutes, which was incredibly helpful. One feature that really impresses me is the automatic time tracking system. It monitors all the different software I use, giving me a detailed breakdown of how much time I spend on each task and with which application. In my previous freelance software, I missed having a solid project management feature. Fugoya addresses this need, and I especially appreciate being able to track time for individual tasks, which is perfect for clients who require detailed reports. Although I've only been using Fugoya for a few weeks (although every day), I already can't imagine working without it. I'm genuinely excited about this software! **What do you dislike about Fugoya?** So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about Fugoya. **What problems is Fugoya solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software offers features such as time tracking, project management, client management, and billing. I find these tools useful for organizing my work and keeping track of important tasks and deadlines. The ability to manage clients and handle billing within the same platform also helps streamline my workflow. ### 2. Honestly it's just gorgeous. I feel like I'm using something more often if it looks and feels good and in Fugoya every click feels sooooo smooth und powerful and I get things done very quickly. **What do you dislike about Fugoya?** The current lack of deeper documentation and/or guidance how I should work with Fugoya. By now I figured everything out (big shout out to Tom from their super friendly customer service), but I feel like I could have been on-board quicker. That being said they said in the last newsletter that it's expected to arrive fairly soon, so I'm excited! **What problems is Fugoya solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a great tool for shuffling tasks around in the upcoming days. In my job very often things with high urgency pop up and being able to quickly figure out how to plan my resources for the next days really helps me manage my workload. ### 3. Selecting one project and creating an invoice with all checked hours in just one click is really convenient. Even when not working on an hourly-based rate, Fugoya got you covered as well. Timesheets become only a details, and you can focus on what matters. Exciting product with much potential to run a full scale freelancer's business. **What do you dislike about Fugoya?** Much informations for newcomers, it can seem overwhelming at first as there are many features. The learning curve of all the possibilities is a step by step process. The product cannot yet be linked to a bank or business account, but this is already on the roadmap. **What problems is Fugoya solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fugoya gives me a better overview of where I'm standing rather than its competitors, either about unbilled hours or weekly worked hours. I can easily have a good overview of where I'm standing in terms of workload, cash-flow and tasks. Therefore I feel less in the doubt, but more in full control of my business. ### 4. Besides time tracking, this is my most appreciated feature. It's great to have an overview of all your work and be able to go deep into the planning of a project to monitor and document every step of the way. **What do you dislike about Fugoya?** There is currently no mobile app of Fugoya, but it's coming at some point in the future. Since I need my tasks available on my phone, I'm not using the whole task feature of fugoya at all right now. **What problems is Fugoya solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an all-in-one-system so I don't need several apps for billing, time tracking, project management, tasks, etc. but have it all in one place. I love the overview functions and statistical graphics it shows me when I look at my finances. ### 5. Since I have to switch between different projects quite often during some weeks and working alternately remote and in the office (so from different devices), automatic time tracking helps me a lot in keeping an overview of the various time expenditures and in considering this for ongoing and future budgeting. **What do you dislike about Fugoya?** On my agenda is also using the quotation and invoicing tools. I was able to create my previous InDesign template 1:1 in Fugoya, it's crazy. Now I can finally use automation like reminders without giving up my beloved custom designed template ughh **What do you dislike about Fugoya?** At first was I a little shook about how many different features it offered that I thought I don't need. But then I saw how cheap it was and now I'm slowly adopting time tracking as well – it's great how nicely it plays together. **What problems is Fugoya solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are not lying: It really takes very little effort to send out proposals and invoices and then they also look good since I can really fully customize them to a standard that I'm used to from graphic design programs. Lowers the mental barrier to send out a proposal when I'm done that quickly. Honest fan! ### 7.
