I wanted to add certain accounts to Chart of Accounts to customize my expense reporting and it was very easy to do. Other solutions, like QuickBooks, don't provide that option unless you're buying a much more expensive plan. Secondly, I like the simplicity of the user interface. It's very easy to navigate and find what you need. Adding expenses and running reports is very easy. Lastly, it is a perfect match for functionality and price. I have all of the functions plus flexibility at a very good price. **What do you dislike about FreshBooks?** One suggestion is to improve customer service accessibility. It's also very helpful to have an easier to use Time Tracking setup, when I'm at on-site appointments. ### 41.
