For years, my white whale has been finding an account/lead scoring vendor that's actually suited my business.
I've seen what's possible when you get access to in-house data scientists to build an account scoring model for your ICP in RevOps—unfortunatley it's hard justify that kind of support from your data science team, so we turn to vendors.
Most of the out of the box vendors I've dealt with are totally opaque and score leads/accounts like "FOUR OUT OF FIVE FIREBALLS!" Why? It doesn't really say, or if does, it's clear that the tool is mostly a CYA exercise for the CMO's marketing spend.
Forwrd's different—you can wire up and join your data from pretty much any source, include only the factors that matter to you, spell out the success/failure criterias you have, and select your audience for analysis.
It tells you how correlated or not each factor for your given success/failure criteria is, helping you to decide what to include in your model. It even warns you if there's biases for a given parameter and helps you handle inconsitently filled or range fields with a range of options, including stock fills and synthetic data.
I feel like I have a full time data scientist working for me and keep coming up with cool use cases to use like churn/expand scores, territory cutting, account selection for enrichment, and much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
