**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

TL;DR:  this is like having a personal data scientist on staff, amazing stuff.

For years, my white whale has been finding an account/lead scoring vendor that's actually suited my business.

I've seen what's possible when you get access to in-house data scientists to build an account scoring model for your ICP in RevOps—unfortunatley it's hard justify that kind of support from your data science team, so we turn to vendors.

Most of the out of the box vendors I've dealt with are totally opaque and score leads/accounts like "FOUR OUT OF FIVE FIREBALLS!" Why? It doesn't really say, or if does, it's clear that the tool is mostly a CYA exercise for the CMO's marketing spend.

Forwrd's different—you can wire up and join your data from pretty much any source, include only the factors that matter to you, spell out the success/failure criterias you have, and select your audience for analysis.

It tells you how correlated or not each factor for your given success/failure criteria is, helping you to decide what to include in your model.  It even warns you if there's biases for a given parameter and helps you handle inconsitently filled or range fields with a range of options, including stock fills and synthetic data.

I feel like I have a full time data scientist working for me and keep coming up with cool use cases to use like churn/expand scores, territory cutting, account selection for enrichment, and much more.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

Mostly just the classic symptions that come with a younger company and newer product.  Forwrd more than makes up for with a really attentive technical and support team.

**What problems is Forwrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Account Scoring (particularly trying to select for accounts with a propensity to be large initial spenders with us).

- Lead scoring, which we leveage in our lead routing flows.

- Upsell propensity, out of renewal cycle (ingesting product data as well)

- Territory cutting/account distribution

- Account selection for account enrichment (them ZoomInfo credits ain't cheap)

**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

I've really enjoyed working with Forwrd so far. We've engaged in the sign-on and onboarding process the last couple months, and the sales team was extremely engaged with us--working on our timeline and helping us to find the combination of solutions that was genuinely best for our situation.

Onboarding was the same -- we had technical experts meeting with us frequently to assess our data quality, model outcomes, and assisting with best practices for model configuration.

As someone who has built ML models, I was very happy to see how easy they make it to dig into data quality, unique values, data ranges, fill rate of data across the entire data set, easy search across our hundreds of predictors, etc. Furthermore, their intuitive dashboard allows for easy iteration of the data models, and they give us all of the quality assessments you would expect with a ML, not masking anything from the customer.

Integration was easy, implementation was as straightforward as you could expect, and customer support was off the charts.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

We haven't had the models in use by our team long enough to speak to the results yet, but we have high hopes! The team has been great to work with so far and honestly I have no qualms with our experience with Forwrd up to this point.

**What problems is Forwrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a glut of marketing data as an organization, and this is helping us use that data to score leads from an overwhelmingly large pot of marketing leads, many of which are poor in quality.

While the technology and product are extremely powerful its the team that are the most valuable as their detailed onboarding process really helps you get the best out of the tool. Itai and Eyal were extremely supportive during both the pre and post sales process.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

It took us a little bit of time to configure our setup and model, I wouldnt say this is a dislike rather something that you need to consider as you want to ensure you are feeding the correct data into the tool/model.

Forwrd help scores both new and existing accounts, and highlight their probablity of converting or churning.

Forwrd.ai is an extremelly easy tool to use, the customer support has been amazing! I have been suitablty wowd by the results & the accuracy of the results. The integration was extremelly easy to set up.

It's quite expensive for custom set ups, factoring in the basic objects in the system shouldn't be added into the custom set up. Going forward it would be amazing if there would be an opportunity to do this all self-serve and not rely on the team so much.

From the moment we began our journey with  Forwrd.ai, their professionalism and expertise have been evident. Their sales representative, account manager/onboarding specialist have been particularly outstanding, demonstrating an understanding of the product and providing unparalleled customer support.

Their ability to listen to our specific business needs and tailor their approach to maximize the utility of the tool has been impressive. Onboarding has been great and the Forwrd team have been a great help in assisting and workimg with us to complie our first model.  They have listened to feedback and even got their product team involved to accomodate some of our setup quirks!  Initial results are positive and looking forward to working with the team to refine even further.

Minor quirk but would like more informaton on automation emails  on companies chaning status.  This has been feed back to the product team so hopeful this can be included in the roadmap

Algorithmic lead scoring that keeps learning and improving continuously.

The Forwrd team, spearheaded by Kobi, has been nothing short of fantastic during the onboarding process and always available for quick questions or more in-depth deep dives.

Building our first model was a breeze, and we were able to get up and running within a few weeks. Flawless integration into our CRM (HubSpot), and we have yet to even scratch the surface of some of the included features. Amazing product!

Haven't found a single thing to improve on yet :)

We needed a way to get smarter about how we looked at our existing pipeline - and everything new coming in. Traditional lead scoring is plagued with all sorts of pitfalls that Forwrd solves effortlessly by harnessing machine learning and AI. As your pipeline's behavior changes, so does your Forwrd scoring model automatically, so it gets "smarter" and more accurate the more time goes along.

It may look like simple stuff but in the backed they are automating complex data anlysis and prediction models to make easy for the users to take action on their data.
The process for implementations and the integration with widely used tools make it easy to use, specially if your company is on the Hubspot acosystem.

Some advanced but great features are kind of hidden.

It helped us bring our lead scoring to a whole new level. Our lead scoring was made through educated guesses, which were ok, but I was skeptical of their validity. After using Forwrd, we created a scoring system using the correlation of events into a specific goal, which allow us to predict with a decent level of accuracy the users that are going to meet that goal.

**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

It helps you make sense of your data and compile thousands of different data points into an easy to grasp score that can then be further looked at to better understand why this score was given. That combined with their AI powered predictions makes the data more relevant than any data scientist looking at a bunch of data to then make conclusions.

- Ease of use: 8/10 (some areas could be made easier for the user to see. For example performance and prediction report are quite hidden but super powerful tools that you should take a look at on an ongoing basis to see how your model is doing)

- Ease of implementation: 9/10 (super easy to connect your database to it. However, I could imagine that some people might struggle with setting the metrics in a meaningful way for their business)

- Customer Support: 10/10 (Kobi is the one of a kind founder that every company should have. Super knowledgeble and hands on with his support and recommendations so you get more out of the tool)

- Frequency of Use: Daily

- Number of Features: No features were missing that I wish it had

Nothing comes to my mind expect that I wish I knew earlier about it. Would have made it a ton easier to distribute resources in a more efficient way.

Forwrd.ai is very simple to implement and to use, makes our life much easier with building machine learning models that are already in use in our +1000 employees company, to increase customer's retention and flag for risks the earliest possible in our customers' life time.
The Forwrd.ai CEO and team are always available for questions and consultancy, ask for feedback and open to add any additional features that can improve our benefits from the tool.

**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

I love that with Forwrd, you can easily build a machine learning model with absolutely no code! I am a data scientist who uses the tool to make my job easier. It allows me to quickly iterate and analyze new fields to build models way faster. Not only was the software easy to use, but the results it provided were incredibly accurate and efficient. It was able to quickly process data without sacrificing on quality, allowing me to get through my tasks faster than ever before.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

There are very few downsides that I have found so far. When I started using it, I wanted a feature to allow me to create computed fields, but they have since made that feature.

I am using Forwrd to build a churn model. The benefits of using it are that I can quickly iterate and report results as I make progress on my model. The tool has allowed us to identify causes of churn much earlier than before.

**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

The use of existing data of how our target audience interacts with our brand to determine what leads are most likely to convert. Most of the times, we create scoring from our own thoughts on what defines a qualified lead but every busineess may have varying audience behavioral. Forwrd made it such that the scoring works for us and uniquely us.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike about it per say. The only thing to note is that we'll need 2 scoring still - 1 that is from Forwrd and the another 1 that is triggered via form submissions since Forwrd doesn't sync leads 24/7 consistently.

We adopted Forwrd to improve our lead scoring process that aims to increase MQL volume.

We use Forwrd as a lead, deal, and churn scoring system so we have full insight into our lead, purchased and renewal cycle. We use this to tell our teams where to focus and it makes them significantly more efficient.

You need to have large amounts of clean data to use Forwrd but that wasn't a problem for us. I'm not sure how you improve that because and AI requires a large data set.

We needed to know where to focus our limited resources to drive maximum impact. Using the scoring system that we built with Forwrd we save countless hours and stop wasting time on prospects that won't convert and clients who will churn even if we put in maximum effort.

**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

Compared to other predictive analytics solutions I’ve tried, this one is really quick to set up. Right off the bat we could see the biggest factors leading to churn.

We built a churn model based on the results and let it learn for a few days. I was impressed with the insights, some of them were obvious and confirmed the accuracy of the system, but other insights were not exactly on our radar, so that was very valuable and eye-opening!

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

At first, the metric builder was not so clear to me. Like, I didn’t understand the system’s internal definitions, but after I worked with my CSM I figured it out. They said they will create tutorial videos to make this more clear.

**What problems is Forwrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a few cases where customers churned out of the blue, so we made it a top priority to identify churn signals early in the game. We started off focusing on a few metrics that we thought mattered but quickly realized that there might be factors that we don’t think about.

With Forwrd, their AI is crawling through our customer data + their engagement with our product, and then it finds correlations with customers that churned in the past. This allows us to detect these signals early and address issues, before our customers get frustrated and look for a different solution.

**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

Forwrd is an incredible product to help you optimize your sales funnel. The design is simple and easy to use, and the insights are powerful. Above this, the founder, Kobi, and the Forwrd team are exceptionally dedicated to helping new customers onboard successfully and get the full value out of the tool. Forwrd is the type of tool I would bring with me to any future organization.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

The only thing I dislike about Forwrd is that it can take time to properly calibrate the model to get the results you're looking for. Your model is only as intelligent as the quality of your data. That being said, the Forwrd team is very hands-on in helping you identify the optimal model. Once your model is good to go, Forwrd's AI will automatically update your model on future user actions tracked in your CRM. It only took a few iterations to get there and is well worth the time working with the Forwrd team

I love the simplicity of Forwrd. I was able to connect our Hubspot instance super easily and get AI suggestions on lead scoring quickly.

No complaints so far, I can tell it's an early product/service that's still being developed but it works like a charm!

Forwrd helps us solve lead scoring by using AI to assign lead scores. We love the ease and saves us a ton of time from setting up manual automation workflows that assign lead score!

Kobi has been great to work with from start to finish. The team at Forwrd understands what fellow startups need to be able to maximize their focus on the part of the pipeline that actually matters....the part that will CONVERT!

To be able to have a smart tool that takes the emotion out of the process is fantastic. It allows the user to know if they are kidding themselves, or if they should be confident in their pipeline.

The team at Forwrd quickly honed in on what we should be tracking, and delivered quick results using our existing tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

I have no real dislikes. The service can't tell me with absolute certainty that a cold lead will actually pick up the phone, only if they have a likely profile to buy.

**What problems is Forwrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can show me which active deals in the pipeline are most likely to convert based on data gathered from other similar accounts that closed or didn't close.

I have used similar ai based tools that take CRM date and try to give score for if it will close or not.
Forward goes a step further and tells you when it will close which makes it more usable for Forecasting use cases

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

Nothing major, I am relatively new with it. Like all ai tools the value of the predictions is directly proportional to the quality and recency of the data you have.

we are trying to better judge which deals are quality and realistic to close when doing quarterly forecasting. The Ai prediction is also good to compare to what we are saying internally.

We've been using Forwrd for a few months now, and it's already beginning to show its potential in optimizing our go-to-market strategy. The no-code platform is user-friendly, and it allows us to create predictive models for account, lead, and customer scoring without any hassle. Forwrd has been addressing some crucial aspects of our revenue operations and go-to-market strategy since we started using it a few months ago. We're beginning to see the benefits in the following areas:

Prioritizing leads and accounts: Forwrd's AI-powered predictive models are helping us identify and focus on high-impact leads, accounts, and customers. As a result, our sales and marketing teams can allocate their time and resources more effectively.

Streamlining lead qualification: We've started to notice a decrease in lead qualification time, thanks to Forwrd's predictive lead scoring. Our sales development representatives (SDRs) can now engage with more prospects in a shorter amount of time.

Enhancing customer retention: Although we're still exploring this aspect, Forwrd seems to provide valuable insights into customer behavior and factors that contribute to churn. **What do you like best about Forwrd?**

Forwrd helps us to score freemium users based on their activity, firmographics, and demographics, allowing SDRs to prioritize the most qualified users.

This is saving SDRs hours upon hours, as they don’t need to qualify leads manually, and it helps them improve their conversion rate and performance. 

It’s a must-have for companies with high-volume freemium users.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

I’m not gonna lie, it took me a little while to understand how to set up all the definitions for our model. Even though it’s a no-code tool, it still has some learning curve for folks like me who are not data scientists.

**What problems is Forwrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was very hard for us to score and qualify leads, especially when our product goes through many updates, which makes it difficult to understand which user journeys imply a user is qualified and which journeys don’t. It’s impossible to perform the type of deep scoring the Forwrd does, without leveraging AI models. I’m never going back to manual scoring.

**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

My team has been challenged to build a churn prediction model in-house. After 2 months of work, we heard of Forwrd and decided to try the no-code approach.

Building the model was very fast, in a matter of hours, and after a few days of model training, it was ready to go in production, and as I write this review the model accuracy is phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

I tried building everything on my own, but some of the definition weren’t entirely clear to me, so I had to wait for a CSM (in this case it was Forwrd CEO!) to help me out. After he explained the flow to me, I’m now able to build additional models end-to-end.

**What problems is Forwrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Answering tough questions about why customers churn, in a very rapidly changing environment, is a massive challenge.
All along the process of building and deploying the model, we were finding awesome data nuggets that would take us so long to figure out, but with forwrd it was remarkably simple, even in the analysis stage, before even deploying the model.

**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

Forwrd simplifies an extremely cumbersome process that we attempted to perform in-house: building a churn prediction model that considers data coming from different data sources. 

The ability for someone without technical expertise to whip this up in just a few hours is a complete paradigm shift that changes everything for non-techies who had to previously rely on data scientists to build predictive models.

Being able to almost spoon-feed the CS team with risk signals, helps the team to address issues early, and ultimately retain critical accounts.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

The first time I ran an analysis, a lot of the factors were obvious to me. I had to tweak the metric section to really get the Forwrd engine to find deep, non-obvious correlations.

If you’re implementing the tool, be sure to spend time understanding the metric definition section.

**What problems is Forwrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NRR is one of those metrics that keep my team up at night. We had an in-house model in place, that attempted to identify bad customer health, or customers at risk.

And still, many times, this model didn’t alert us on time, leaving us wondering "whoa, what has just happened?"

We then experimented with a number of tools that claimed to uncover churn signals before they blindside us again. Forwrd went all Sherlock Holmes on our customer data and their product engagement, and compared this data with past churned customers.

This helped us spot those early indicators for churn early on, so we can mitigate them and prevent customers from getting all frustrated.

**What do you like best about Forwrd?**

Our team built a model in minutes that had jaw-dropping prediction accuracy. 

The "explain" feature is also super helpful to give our Customer Success team actionable takeaways to increase the health of our customers. Kobi and his team are also unbelievably present and helpful throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Forwrd?**

Initially, parts of the software were not intuitive, and I would have appreciated a guide online or on their site to walk me through how each field or rule I was setting impacted the model. I leaned on the Forwrd team to understand how to set up our model well initially (though they were always very eager to help, so that was not a big problem). I also would love some white papers or blogs from Forwrd that give a high-level overview of what differentiates their models and how they come to their conclusions.

**What problems is Forwrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to understand what drove customers to stay longer than others, and using Forwrd, we built a predictive model at lightning speed that gave us precisely the guidelines we were looking for.

The Forwrd team is very responsive. Forwrd develops and builds new features all the time; during the implementation process, they adjusted the model to meet our requirements.

Lack of documentation about the different features and the analysis tool. Having said that, they explained everything, sometimes more than once, with patience.

We use Forwrd to predict which of our inbound leads have more likelihood to convert to SQL. Forwrd scores our inbound leads, and we prioritize the leads to the SDR team based on this.
