I use Fortifi for Customer Relationship Management and appreciate the consolidation of all features into one platform. The centralized customer-data and accessibility to all customer interactions help us offer personalized service to our customers. I like how Fortifi provides a clear overview of all customer-related issues, manages support tickets, and lets us see data like customer interactions and concerns at a glance.
