This consolidated approach has transformed how we manage revenue operations, especially in the German and EU market. The automation Fortifi provides is genuinely deep and not just surface-level. I appreciate being able to build multi-step automations across billing, renewals, affiliate commissions, and customer notifications without relying on developers. Features like pro-rated upgrades/downgrades, automated dunning sequences, commission adjustments, and lifecycle emails work reliably out of the box, significantly reducing our finance and sales teams' manual work. While it handles standard billing and affiliate processes well, we often hit walls when trying to tailor it to our unique B2B workflows in Germany. Things like custom approval chains, specialized order types, or region-specific automations often require workarounds or support tickets instead of being self-service. The initial setup of Fortifi was functional but not simple—it’s definitely an enterprise-grade implementation, not a plug-and-play tool, especially for our B2B operations in Germany and the EU.
