What do you like best about Fortifi?

I like that Fortifi is a true all-in-one platform, combining subscription billing, CRM, payment automation, and affiliate/performance marketing into one system, which eliminates the need for multiple disjointed tools. This consolidated approach has transformed how we manage revenue operations, especially in the German and EU market. The automation Fortifi provides is genuinely deep and not just surface-level. I appreciate being able to build multi-step automations across billing, renewals, affiliate commissions, and customer notifications without relying on developers. Features like pro-rated upgrades/downgrades, automated dunning sequences, commission adjustments, and lifecycle emails work reliably out of the box, significantly reducing our finance and sales teams' manual work. What do you dislike about Fortifi?

While it handles standard billing and affiliate processes well, we often hit walls when trying to tailor it to our unique B2B workflows in Germany. Things like custom approval chains, specialized order types, or region-specific automations often require workarounds or support tickets instead of being self-service. The initial setup of Fortifi was functional but not simple—it’s definitely an enterprise-grade implementation, not a plug-and-play tool, especially for our B2B operations in Germany and the EU. What do you like best about Fortifi?

I really like that Fortifi is a genuine all-in-one platform, unifying subscription billing, payments, CRM, and compliance in one place instead of being a bunch of disconnected tools patched together. I appreciate how it reduces operational work while keeping us stable and GDPR-compliant in the German market. The automated dunning, renewal management, and invoice workflows save us hours every week and directly recover revenue we used to lose to failed payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fortifi?

I find Fortifi's reporting and custom analytics to be somewhat rigid. We get standard metrics on revenue, churn, and payments, but building custom dashboards or digging deep into cohort analysis isn't intuitive. We often end up exporting data to analyze it properly instead of getting clear insights inside the platform. The custom report builder feels too basic. We can't easily build fully custom reports by combining customer segments, subscription plan types, billing regions, churn reasons, and marketing campaign sources. We really need a drag-and-drop custom report builder where we can pick any data field, filter it, group it, and save it as a reusable dashboard because it's limited to pre-built templates right now. Additionally, there's no real cohort analysis and retention tracking. We can't properly track things like monthly or quarterly cohorts by signup date, revenue retention by cohort, or how different plans or acquisition channels perform long-term. This is critical for subscription businesses, but Fortifi only shows overall churn rate, not breakdowns by group. Also, the initial setup of Fortifi was functional but not one of the quickest tools we’ve implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fortifi?

I use Fortifi for Customer Relationship Management and appreciate the consolidation of all features into one platform. The centralized customer-data and accessibility to all customer interactions help us offer personalized service to our customers. I like how Fortifi provides a clear overview of all customer-related issues, manages support tickets, and lets us see data like customer interactions and concerns at a glance. I dislike how there is some ease of life features that arent baked into the SLA agreements. For example if at the weekend we still had a ticket open the timer would still count down and that SLA wont be met if left for too long Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fortifi?

Fortifi is great as a cloud-based platform and an all-in-one place to go for your business's needs. I really like that there are so many things built into the platform which leads to fewer integrations and charges from other vendors. The software seems like it would do a great job scaling from small businesses all the way up to larger-sized companies. Whether you only need a small set of features or every single one, the tools are there for you to be able to take advantage of. The software allows for super simple and incredibly complex tasks to be automated which is a huge time-saver. What do you dislike about Fortifi?

I have not had any issues with Fortifi that I would bring up here. I have not used the software for very long and from everything I have experienced first-hand I haven't noticed any issues that would need to be corrected or fixed. What is most helpful about Fortifi is that the application is very much easy to use. The software allows persons to have all in one feature where one can integrate other applications into it.
