**What do you like best about Form-Wizard?**

The construction of basic forms with different types of questions was simple and took very little time. When it comes to basic registration forms or surveys, I find it rather easy to use. The feature of accepting the online payment also makes it easier to charge fees for events or subscriptions.

**What do you dislike about Form-Wizard?**

They are unable to fully customize the appearance of the form in a manner that suits the end user. Customers who seek branded forms or forms that need certain designs, probably might find Form-Wizard lacking in flexibility.

**What problems is Form-Wizard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If a user requires simple forms to be designed and built in the shortest time possible, then Form-Wizard is the best way to go. This avoids having to use the time honoured method of manually issuing invoices which is always a plus.
