What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

All aspects work very well when out at retail. Ease of use, finding broad range of retailers is helpful given the number of accounts that I track. I have multiple in store opportunities to add detailed notes, which assist with recaps to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Since our adoption of FORM Market X (formally GoSpotCheck) a few years ago, our retail structure has improved significantly. We have increased productivity during our store visits by providing our teams with the necessary tools to complete tasks 73% faster than previously collected. Because of this, we have also averaged over the last 5 years, an increase of 13% annually of more activity from in-store execution year over year.

What do you dislike about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Honestly, I can say, after 5 years with both GoSpotCheck and FORM Market X, there is very little I dislike. Working with them you feel like a true partner. They are by far the best in the industry when it comes to mobile data collection, and this allows us to be super-efficient with our time in the store, and with our clients. Its ease of use is something truly remarkable, the fact that it can perform any task in a simple and practical way is something of great utility to speed up my tasks quite quickly, the fact that it allows me to manage our services in a very simple way is quite useful to improve my company in a much simpler and easier way, the fact that it is useful for improving the marketing of my company is also very practical when wanting to increase our sales. It doesn't work well on mobile phones, so it's necessary to have a computer at all times to review this application, and if we consider that society is evolving more and more, it's a shame that this application remains stuck in only using desktop equipment. What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Our company uses GoSpotCheck to focus on specific operational issues. The goal is to show operators what they are doing correctly as well as what they need to turn their focus on. It is a quick and easy tool that gathers a lot of information very quickly. I like the apps ability to incorporate photos into the process.

On the website, I'm able to run some reports that give me a better picture of how my district group of locations is doing overall. I can spot trends and direct my focus where needed the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

I did have an issue with the photos not showing up in the pdf file that I receive. I brought this to the attention of GoSpotCheck and their Team jumped on it right away and corrected the problem.

The questions that you ask can shape so many things within your organization. You can get distribution, pricing, set sizes, competitive data.....and so many more data pieces. What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Go Spot Check is SO simple and easy to use both on the app while collecting data as well as on the back end creating missions and reviewing data. It's easy to customize your questions to get exactly what intel back you are looking for. The camera option and other quick buttons make it fast to fill out the mission while in the field. I also love the customization of alerts you can set for yourself as the admin if you need to take immediate action on certain items. Great platform overall! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

I would say the ONLY thing that wasn't as user friendly as I would have liked was the way you have to re-order questions when building a mission on the website. I wanted to be able to drag and drop a little easier to rearrange questions. There also seem to be a lot of updates that would cause some problems for my team, but once they all set their apps to update automatically it helped with these problems.
