## Fluent Order Management Reviews
  ### 1. Our Omni-channel strategy enabler

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

As one of the key enablers of omni-channel implementation journey, Fluent OMS has approved itself as the most innovative and game-changing product within our enterprise that expediting the progress of fulfilling business strategies, and also expanding more e-business capabilities that are keep up closely with the increasing customer demands. Thanks to the SAAS platform which offers strong scalability and new features released from time to time, our team is able to quickly scale up/down the system capability in response to the campaign, and adept even more omni-channel features/solutions to meet our business expectation.

Highlighting OMS features we like:
  Omni-channel ready and future-proof solution
  Lightweight and modular
Flexible and adaptive to new business processes without heavily change of coding
Modern and innovative UI design (comparing with conventional ERP)

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

The out-of-box design of dashboards is stylish and innovative but to some extend also loses some key elements on the layout such as multiple data filter and data row count, making it sometimes hard to search and operate orders in a batch.

Also I assume due to the increasing security concern, some existing features (plug-in) is no longer available in the new release, our team has to opt for 3rd party solution out of Fluent.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluent OMS streamlines the connection among multiple company e-touchpoints making the business ambition of omni-channel roadmap achievable.

  ### 2. Process Flow and Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

I am a digital delivery manager in retail.
I work with our retail team closely to ensure a smooth process of our orders' flow.
And Fluent OMS has enabled me to manage this duty of mine with no complexity.
Fluent Commerce workflows fully fit in our custom operational needs and our recommended partner delivers our inquiries on time and budget.
In Retail Stores' point of view, the system provides a user-friendly dashboard which also enables me to support them easy and effective.
Fluent OMS has really helped our business and so we are looking into enhancing our ecommerce & retail processes by using its capability more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

Global Platform Upgrade, Timeframe and communication.
As a delivery manager, I need to now about any upgrade in advance.
I would rather the upgrade can be planned and executed as per our time zone (AEST) and out of normal business hours if any outage is estimated.I need the context of email notification about such planning to clealy based on our time zone (AEST).

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sue Fluent OMS for our "Ship from Store" order management. The workflow is simple to understand and enable us to manage it with our partner in an effective way.

  ### 3. Streamline your Order Management operations effortlessly with Fluent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

Fluent provides businesses with the flexibility to easily customize their order management workflows according to their unique needs. Configuring workflows, automating processes, and setting up business rules is straightforward, ensuring the platform is adaptable to the unique business scenarios.

Another area to highlight is Fluent’s Omnichannel orchestration. It seamlessly manage orders and inventory across multiple channels. For our customer it's online, in-store, and a drop-ship network, Fluent's platform ensures consistent and efficient order orchestration for a superior omnichannel experience.

As a Consultant, Fluent also provides good support and has a team of experts who are always available. Their expert team helps our development team quickly resolve any issues or queries, minimizing disruptions and maximizing the platform's potential.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

While the platform's flexibility is an advantage, it may be overwhelming for businesses without dedicated resources or extensive technical expertise. The abundance of customization options can sometimes lead to confusion or difficulties in finding the right balance for some users.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a consultant implementing Fluent Order Management, I have witnessed the transformative impact it brings to businesses.
It has resulted in reduced customer service involvement, prevented overselling, and provided a centralized view of inventory for expanded sales channels. These benefits have led to streamlined operations, improved customer satisfaction, and the ability to confidently scale business activities.

  ### 4. Omni channel OMS project for international retail luxury group

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boris B. | Order Management Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

My team is responsible for global and international Fluent Commerce implementation and deployment. This included the eCommerce channel and all store channels. Covering several regions in the world for a brand in the luxury retail business.

Before we implemented Fluent Order Management, our biggest challenges were the inability to offer new cross-channel customer journeys, personalization, and mutualizing stock positions to leverage cross-channel capabilities.

Within/At Capgemini Digital Customer Experience, we have had a great
experience with Fluent Commerce. The most significant benefits have been the implementation of several new customer journeys and high personalization offering capabilities. This is for all regions around the world. In the USA and APAC, business rules and customer behavior are quite different from Europe.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

There is nothing right now I have any significant concerns with. Not everything is available out of the Box, but you can extend it. The old Store module and Ux/UI were not very efficient and usable. This is not the case with the new module and interfaces.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Fluent Commerce, Ecom Teams and flow integrations teams, we’ve achieved all of this and more. Fluent Commerce has allowed us to build workflows around our customer's needs, creating massive value for our business overall. Has enabled us to create the best end-end customer experience with its highly extendable and flexible platform.

  ### 5. The Next Generation OMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith G. | Enterprise Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

Fluent OMS provides the features and functions required to meet all your customer fulfillment needs. Out of the box, it supports Direct to Consumer, Click & Collect, Vendor Drop Ship, Global Inventory visibility and Customer Order history. Couple all of these functions with scalability to meet and exceed your peak volumes and Fluent OMS has the solution for any size B2C or B2B organization.

As an enterprise architect, I appreciate the ease of how Fluent gracefully fits numerous business models across differing sectors. I have implemented Fluent for large-scale international retailers, regional pure play ecomm stores, and manufacturing/distribution orgs. While Fluent delivers the requisite OMS services, it also integrates with enterprise services ensuring seamless delivery of your end to end processes.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

I have been in the world of delivering and supporting OMS solutions for 25 years. During that time I have seen highly custom OMS solutions and bare bones OMS capabilities. The largest problem faced by any organization using an OMS is understanding what an OMS 'is' and what an OMS 'isn't'. Fluent will provide all the native features of an OMS, but it will not gracefully meet requirements that are not intended for an OMS.

One example would be organizations that assume OMS is their Call Center solution. They want to be able to modify addresses, change items, add or remove quantity, change payment types, apply promotions, etc. While Fluent can expose an order for modification, pushing all the services needed to validate an order during modification is something a Call Center system or your web platform should do.

When you use Fluent, remain within the guardrails and keep non-OMS requirements where they should live.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The largest benefit I see for organizations that implement Fluent is speed to market and ROI. I've delivered multi-year, waterfall, monolith OMS solutions in the past. The ease and speed that Fluent can be configured and running for an organization are truly refreshing to see.

In addition, the ability for Fluent to be delivered quickly provides quick-hit solutions that some may take for granted. Recently, my team delivered Fluent to a retailer that could not conduct Click & Collect and had to ship everything to the store if a customer wanted to do BOPIS. The process to notify and close the order out as picked up was completely manual for them in a book kept under the customer service counter. Once Fluent Store was implemented, the ease of completing orders and marking them fulfilled removed hours of manual follow-up and monitoring across this retailer's 480 stores.

  ### 6. Flexibility to make Agile changes and deal with complex requirements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

As a team leader for Fulfilment Operations, our OMS is a crucial piece of technology. Our OmniChannel approach utilises micro-fulfillment centres all around Australia, with close to 40 locations processing both Home Delivery and Click + Collect fulfilments daily. Fluent has been instrumental in tailoring our fulfilment operation, particularly inventory management. We have made several changes to order routing and fulfilment logic that would be extremely difficult without a flexible platform like Fluent. Interim data from these changes indicate that it will be an effective change for our business. Fluent has proven to be an agile piece of software that allows us to pivot when business needs change, and I would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

One of the more challenging parts of updating systems is integrating new software with legacy programs. It is something that we struggle with. However, this is not a reflection of Fluent as an OMS, but rather a struggle that I am sure many can empathize with.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluent OMS is providing us with a solution for the complexities of micro-fulfilment. It allows us to understand how our stock moves and make this more efficient. This is an integral part of running a successful fulfilment operation.

  ### 7. Fluent Commerce is a great modern OMS that enables speed to market and early business value release

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon M. | Head of Technology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

Great support from Fluent Commerce, an awesome product that makes it easy to integrate and functionalities that are unrivaled make Fluent an obvious choice.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

We have yet to find any cons of using Fluent, and have been able to do everything the business requires.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our two biggest use cases we needed to address were Order Sourcing and fulfillment from store, and Fluent enabled us to do both relatively quickly. This has resulted in the organisations seeing measurable business value being released quickly.

  ### 8. Fluent is a mature, flexible product and leads the way in Cloud OMS backed by a fantastic team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | Technical Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

As Technical Director an important part of my role is ensuring we utilise the right products and services to facilitate our customers digital transformation aspirations. Fluent solves this problem by being a no-brainer for us in the OMS space.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

There is nothing right now I have any major concern with.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today business agility and time to market are paramount. Fluent has provided us with a product which not only enables our mission towards the composable enterprise, where we look to migrate away from slow and cumbersome monolithic services but also actively helps us get there. Fluent is a mature offering, providing vast capability for us to leverage out of the box but allows us to extend capabilities to meet evolving business requirements. It has exceeded our expectations of a mature cloud-based managed service and ticks every box – thank you team and keep up the good work!

  ### 9. Fluent has enabled us to deliver efficient order fulfillment powered by enhanced inventory data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leila S. | eCommerce Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

As a platform agnostic agency, we only recommend the best-of-breed technology to our clients. The Fluent account managers are knowledgeable and extremely supportive throughout the implementation process, and Fluent’s ability to integrate with existing systems means our clients don’t have to take a big bang approach and can transition to an optimized OMS gradually without a large disruption to their existing business processes. Overall, our experience implementing Fluent Commerce has been extremely positive, and we look forward to transitioning more clients to the headless, highly customizable platform.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

We have no negative feedback to provide.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluent Commerce’s ability to handle multi-market, business-specific order management requirements through its flexible API architecture and pre-built workflows enables us to rapidly deliver scalable order management solutions, ultimately enabling us to set our clients up for efficient order fulfillment powered by enhanced inventory data and management tools.

  ### 10. Fluent offer the most compelling value proposition for OMS that I have seen for a number of years!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun B. | VP Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

Fluent are flexible and agile, they deliver near term value with a delivery model designed to provide an MVP rapidly and then iterate thereafter.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

Historically, their focus has been Enterprise, my view is that there is a gap in the mid market for a proposition such as this.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a ISV partner of Fluent, our propositions and ethos / philosophy are wholly aligned. There is little or no functional overlap and in combination 1+1=3

  ### 11. Great Tech, Great Team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabrina T. | Head of Delivery, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

Fluent has an extremely knowledgeable and helpful team they also make continuous updates to the platform that is relevant to retail trends.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

nothing that I dislike they take feedback seriously and have always addressed any suggestions i have made.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluent help's in several ways, key areas include improving inventory visibility to facilitate both online Click & Collect + Home Delivery orders as well as In-Store (DC > Customer + Vendor > Store/Customer) Delivery & Assembly orders and In-store fulfilment efficiencies.

  ### 12. Highly configurable, massively flexible OMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

Whilst some OMS solutions offer add-ons and modules to cover all requirements, the Fluent solution is a complete package right out of the box. The SDKs and tools give you flexibility to customise the workflows to your requirements, and the event-based architecture fits well with wider MACH-enabled solutions.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

Not necessarily a downside, but with Fluent you're buying a toolbox, rather than a complete solution - this gives it its huge flexibility, but can mean a bit more configuration upfront than some packages which would give you an out-of-the-box workflow (whether that OOTB workflow is exactly what you need or something you can fit your requirements to, is up to customers to understand).

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to intelligently determine optimal order fulfilment locations in a low-cost & efficient manner, and to orchestrate the shipping of those orders to customers.

  ### 13. One of the best ones out there...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

The composable nature of the whole platform makes it easy to integrate. Plays well with plenty of traditional and modern commerce platforms.
You have order management, store fulfillment, global inventory monitoring, and warehouse management are some of the use cases that have been simplified with Fluent Commerce.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

I have to find something that i really dislike here but maybe making academy material to train new resources can be made a bit more accessible and courses tailored towards non tech users is a good add on.

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings in a high degree of composability to the ecosystem. Also making life simpler for brands and end users when it comes to order management and fulfillment, inventory tracking and BOPIS made easy for the post pandemic shopping experiences. Multi brand experience is seamless and it is enabling a lot more of unified commerce experience.

  ### 14. Its made life easier and workflow more effecient.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** keagan g. | customer service agent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Fluent Order Management?**

I like that it helps manage order accross locations making it easier to track orders and makes interaction between multiple sites synchronised which makes it more effecient when processing orders

**What do you dislike about Fluent Order Management?**

There is nothing really that I dislike personally about the platform; the only thing is that you can try to make the platform more user friendly so that first time users can interact without having to struggle to navigate, so I added tips on how to do certain things when using it for the first time perhaps like pop up tutorials would also benefit the platform

**What problems is Fluent Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving mismanagement of orders increased our productivity, making it awesome and improving our rating when it comes to being on top with deliveries and orders management
