I do not often write reviews, but I have had one of the worst experiences with FlowRoute. We had been a customer since 2014, things started to get bad in 2023 shortly after BCM one acquired FlowRoute. The support is about as bad is it gets under BCM One, our customers had network issues and call drops which they blamed our infrastructure. We spent weeks wasting time with their support, only to find out it was a issue with AWS and overloaded load balancers on their end. Decided to fire them only to find the porting process and communication was even worse than the VoIP service issues. It took over three weeks to get all the customers moved over to Voxtelesys, because of the games that the FlowRoute porting folks were playing. Avoid Flowroute, avoid BCM One!
