One aspect of FLOWIT I want to mention is their super fast service and excellent customer support not to forget the helpfull KI which generates pain points and derives measures from the pain points. The tool itself faces our requirements and helps us to automate specific processes with utilizing artificial intelligence to extract meaningful insights from qualitative data, which allows us to make more specific decisions based on our KPI's. With flow it we have another and more specific way to make different evaluations simply using AI. For example, correlation analyses, sentiment analyses, benchmakr comparisons and it is also very helpful for us as a decentralized company that we can easily divide the data into predefined groups thanks to the interface connection.
Further we get a suggestion of further survey questions based on the analysis. This capability has significantly enhanced our data evaluation process, allowing us to choose our KPI's and Actions Points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are still in the process of optimizing some of the processes. One is to get a smooth login-process for our employees when signing into FLOWIT and also to specify our needed metrics and have them shown on our dashboard. At the moment our employees have to use 2 new tools (JobDone & FlowIt) to get to survey tool, which is currently a hurdle and we are in the process of training our employees on the benefits of the survey tool. This process takes some time as it involves multiple factors and other third-party providers (JobDone), not just FLOWIT.
