"Outstanding Customer Service and Powerful AI Tool"

What do you like best about FLOWIT?

One aspect of FLOWIT I want to mention is their super fast service and excellent customer support not to forget the helpfull KI which generates pain points and derives measures from the pain points. The tool itself faces our requirements and helps us to automate specific processes with utilizing artificial intelligence to extract meaningful insights from qualitative data, which allows us to make more specific decisions based on our KPI's. With flow it we have another and more specific way to make different evaluations simply using AI. For example, correlation analyses, sentiment analyses, benchmakr comparisons and it is also very helpful for us as a decentralized company that we can easily divide the data into predefined groups thanks to the interface connection.

Further we get a suggestion of further survey questions based on the analysis. This capability has significantly enhanced our data evaluation process, allowing us to choose our KPI's and Actions Points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLOWIT?

We are still in the process of optimizing some of the processes. One is to get a smooth login-process for our employees when signing into FLOWIT and also to specify our needed metrics and have them shown on our dashboard. At the moment our employees have to use 2 new tools (JobDone & FlowIt) to get to survey tool, which is currently a hurdle and we are in the process of training our employees on the benefits of the survey tool. This process takes some time as it involves multiple factors and other third-party providers (JobDone), not just FLOWIT. However, we are sure that these challenges will be resolved with continued collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FLOWIT solving and how is that benefiting you?

FLOWIT is helping us to create surveys and analyze the qualitative data on a different level than we used to have it before. Before we tried to make our survey as simple as possible and and only used multiple choice or single choice questions. However, this has given us less insight into the actual state of the employees than now with Flow it and the qualitative data, we receive specific answers that were formulated directly by the employees & are not predetermined by us. Flowit is also automatically available in different languages. As we have over 70 nationalities in our company, this helps our employees to better understand the question & then answer in their own language. :) The AI-driven insights allow us to identify key trends and sentiments among our employees, enabling us to take needed actions to improve overall satisfaction. By providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations, FLOWIT will help us to improve our decision-making processes and help us to create a nice atmosphere for our employees, that keeps them motivated. What do you like best about FLOWIT?

I really like the Flowit because it helps me to manage the onboarding of new employees and and track their perfomance. Flowit is easy to use application and very easy to implement. I am using Flowit frequently of daily basis to track the employees performance. Flowit also have multiple of features to improve the performance of employees. "super convenient survey app"
