**What do you like best about Flockler?**

Flockler is clearly designed. The visual representation of the feeds can be easily customized and allows you to create multiple display options smoothly with just a few clicks – including the moderation of the displayed content for your own websites.

**What do you dislike about Flockler?**

The analytics seem somewhat superficial to me, and the UI could use a small update in some areas. For example, it would be helpful to be able to group layouts instead of being shown an endless list of all layout designs ever created.

**What problems is Flockler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flockler helps us to quickly and easily integrate and customize various display options for our social media feeds on different digital touchpoints – even for employees without deep technical knowledge. This allows us to make changes to the display of the social feeds almost on the fly, which is particularly helpful in the context of, for example, a trade show or an event.

I like how Flockler makes everything so easy and how quick and efficient it is, which is great for our team. The automated features save us a lot of time in what would have to be manual work curating social posts. The user interface is very intuitive, and I also appreciate the excellent support from their team. It's really easy to use and I enjoy the interface.

Nothing that I've seen so far. Perhaps the addition of a mobile app would be a nice touch.

**What do you like best about Flockler?**

I like how we can segment our testimonial requests so we can have different pages for clients, brokers, or members. It makes it really easy to sort through. We've been using Flockler for about a year and a half, and it makes the process of getting testimonials so much easier. Flockler allows us to easily capture testimonials in a user-friendly and professional format. It helps manage testimonials in a great way and is easy to use. It's also user-friendly and makes any change or adjustment very easy.

**What do you dislike about Flockler?**

Sometimes it's tough when the inbox says that there is a testimonial received, and then we have to sort through our multiple inboxes to find the one we need. It might be nice if it showed me what box it was in from the get-go so I didn't have to search as much.

**What problems is Flockler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Flockler to easily capture testimonials in a user-friendly and professional format, replacing our tedious manual process and making it simple for us and our clients.

I really like the ease of use of Flockler. Being able to create multiple threads, or 'feeds' in English, is a real advantage for me. I also appreciate the simplicity of contacting customer service if needed. The integration on my brand's website is very simple, which makes management from the application easier. This helps my business by easily directing potential social media followers from my website to the brand's social media.

Sometimes, the module does not display on my computer, but this may be due to a problem with cookies or restrictions within my company.

I like how Flockler's feed is a live reflection of our social media channel, with no manual work needed. It gives me confidence that our content is being integrated properly onto our website and that the information is correct. It's completely automatic, so there's no further uploading required on our end. It's also user-friendly, and the initial setup was very easy and straightforward, even for someone who's not tech-savvy. I was able to install it without any problems.

I wish there was a way to adjust the preview of the thumbnail. Sometimes we post different sized content, and without being able to adjust the preview of our content, it sometimes gets cut off or cropped.

**What do you like best about Flockler?**

I really like how Flockler makes it incredibly easy to authenticate with a social provider and pull in posts very quickly. Their connection to the social providers allows a quick setup and a friendly way to configure social authentication. The guided process it offers to authenticate with different providers is hassle-free, eliminating the need to create applications yourself. I also appreciate that Flockler's API is incredibly easy to use, well documented, and allows us to focus on displaying posts rather than gathering them. Moreover, I found their customer support to be the best, and the user interface is the easiest I have encountered.   The initial setup with Flockler was incredibly easy, and we could implement a couple of social feeds and posts in just a matter of minutes.

**What do you dislike about Flockler?**

Because we manage all of our customers in Flockler, it can sometimes be difficult to manage who has access to which of our customers. However, with talking to our flockler success manager, we know these are features they are actively working to improve.

**What problems is Flockler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Flockler to centralize and integrate social media posts from various providers easily, without building separate applications, and manage permissions. It simplifies authentication, offers quick setup, and its API is user-friendly, allowing us to focus on managing social posts rather than fighting authentication and gathering feeds.

Filtering by keywords, social media channel etc. is no problem. And the support team is top notch! Every single question has been answered super fast and solved every issue that came up.

At first the range of possibilities may seem overwhelming. But the support documents and the support team guide you through every step if necessary.

A lot of social tools require constant upkeep, but what I like about Flocker is that it's a total set-up and forget about it kind of tool. Your social wall just stays updated.

If you don't post a lot of content on social, like our company, the wall doesn't really get updated too much.

It makes our website and embedded blog more engaging. Not sure about actual tangible benefits we've gotten though.
