It has very basic UI features and it's really intuitive, I can just put the URL I need and hit the save button. Simplicity is divine. It simplified the integration very much because they did the aggregation and we didn't need to integrate APIs on our own. At that time the fee for integration was super reasonable. We followed a lot of places sharing their own events on Instagram and Facebook feeds, and Flockler aggregated all that data for us. We only had to make the Flockler processor instead of making processors for everything specific in all the social media platforms, so it saved us a lot of dev effort, and it was working reliably. The initial setup was super easy and not complicated. **What do you dislike about Flockler?** {"Pricing is something that is the main reason that we are not using Flockler as much as we did initially. So if the pricing policy changes, I think we would use it more, and that's the improvement that I'm looking for."} **What problems is Flockler solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flockler simplified the integration a lot because they did the aggregation, so we didn't need to integrate APIs on our own. If you have multiple languages, you always have to create separate content for each language so that you can embed the correct language link everywhere. It would be easier if you only had to create the social media link once and then only maintain all the product links for all languages once. It would also be great if you could, for example, simply duplicate displays or sections so that you don't have to create them multiple times, which would certainly be time-saving. **What problems is Flockler solving and how is that benefiting you?** One can simply show more application images of our customers with our products. **Official Response from Stephanie Mack:** > Thank you for the detailed feedback and for taking the time to share it. The price-performance ratio is very good and the operation. **What do you dislike about Flockler?** One must get used to the system with the Automated Feeds, where you are guided through the process by questions for the integration of new feeds. **What problems is Flockler solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can integrate the code into any of our portals, which makes the whole process very easy.
