What I like most is the interface part because it was super simple. It has very basic UI features and it's really intuitive, I can just put the URL I need and hit the save button. Simplicity is divine. It simplified the integration very much because they did the aggregation and we didn't need to integrate APIs on our own. At that time the fee for integration was super reasonable. We followed a lot of places sharing their own events on Instagram and Facebook feeds, and Flockler aggregated all that data for us. We only had to make the Flockler processor instead of making processors for everything specific in all the social media platforms, so it saved us a lot of dev effort, and it was working reliably. My biggest hangup with Flockler is its limitation with social platform search. With Instagram, it only allows you to search content posted within the past 24 hours, and only by hashtag. Why doesn't Flockler allow you to publish posts by pasting a URL like it allows you to do with other social platforms? Very disappointing.

I find it unfortunate that in an Instagram carousel, only the first image can always be displayed and not another one. If you have multiple languages, you always have to create separate content for each language so that you can embed the correct language link everywhere. It would be easier if you only had to create the social media link once and then only maintain all the product links for all languages once. It would also be great if you could, for example, simply duplicate displays or sections so that you don't have to create them multiple times, which would certainly be time-saving.
