We send a large volume of emails every month but never faced a problem in delivery. It's smooth. Now, we have also started to manage our facebook and twitter accounts on FirstHive. Will recommend it to all. **What do you dislike about FirstHive?** at this point, i do not find any issues with this platform. **Recommendations to others considering FirstHive:** I would recommend this product to anyone who solve the complex issues of customer tracking and behavior by using this simple platform. it also helps in email and sms campaign management. **What problems is FirstHive solving and how is that benefiting you?** tracking and managing customer and lead behavior, i am able to understand customers needs and get a lot of insights on customers requirement. ### 3. The monitoring of interactions and the management of campaigns is very simple. Data Segmentation is very easy. Within few clicks, one could launch EDM and SMS campaigns. **What do you dislike about FirstHive?** Integration is a bit complicated part, but the First Hive team had helped us always to overcome the issues. **What problems is FirstHive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data Security, Data need not to be uploaded or downloaded for inbound marketing campaigns. Customised personal communication with our influencers had been an important challenge for us which FirstHive was able to solve and automate for us. We are able to respond to changes in market conditions with the help of the customised campaigns which we are able to create and communicate instantly with our influencers.
