**What do you like best about FirstCRM?**

Good in organizing lead data in one place and providing valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about FirstCRM?**

When I initially started using it, the tool seemed to lack a lot of features, seemed limiting.

**What problems is FirstCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is effective in consolidating leads from various sources, including offline channels, and helping in subsequent marketing efforts. Additionally, improvements keep happening on the platform, which is good.

the interface is quite intuitive, the insights dashboard is very useful

**What do you dislike about FirstCRM?**

there is to improve the integration part with external tools. for now for several functions I had to use paid third-party connectors

helped me centralize the customer journey part, allowing me and the team to go faster
