## Financial Services Software Reviews
  ### 1. Crypto Payments Without the Headaches!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Financial Services Software?**

INXY's auto-conversion feature is a game-changer. Last year, we experimented with accepting crypto payments (thanks to our crypto-enthusiast sysadmin), but the volatility wreaked havoc on our accounting. After implementing INXY, every crypto payment—whether it's Bitcoin, Ethereum, or even Dogecoin—is instantly converted into USDC at the time of the transaction. Our finance system only sees stable, predictable values, and we don’t have to worry about market dips affecting revenue reports.

**What do you dislike about Financial Services Software?**

So far, nothing major. The onboarding was smooth, and support has been responsive. If anything, we'd love to see more options for analytics and reporting around crypto payment trends in future updates.

**What problems is Financial Services Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core issue we solved was crypto payment volatility. Before INXY, we had clients paying large invoices in Bitcoin or Ethereum. One day the balance showed €15,000; the next, it dipped to €12,000. It created major confusion for our finance team and made quarterly reporting a nightmare. INXY eliminated that problem entirely by locking in the value at payment time. Now, we get the flexibility of accepting crypto with the stability of fiat-equivalent stablecoins.

  ### 3. As Close to an All-In-One System for Life and Health Agents as You Can Find

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Financial Services Software?**

It's helped us consolidate our communication and management to a single application, rather than having multiple systems for multiple things. One of the things I like best is the prospecting database. It saves me from buying data lists, and my agents always have calling and marketing lists to work with, that they can get on their own without me distributing anything. ARC is very easy to use, takes virtually no set-up, other than transferring your current book of business to the database. They even helped us import and set up our client database, though, so there was very little work on our part for that. The company is very responsive to suggested changes, and implements really quickly. They're also very personable, and the owner is right out front engaging with agents. Pricing is great compared to similar systems, which charge more for less, and most aren't industry-specific.

**What do you dislike about Financial Services Software?**

There's some manual entry of commission data, but that seems to be the case with every system. There's no direct Outlook integration right now, but there is Google, which is what we use.

**Recommendations to others considering Financial Services Software:**

It's free to try, so do the free or basic plan and see if it's the right fit for you. If you have suggestions, the company is very quick to respond.

**What problems is Financial Services Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced cost was a big one. We reduced our monthly subscription price dramatically over another system we were using. We also saved by not having to purchase data lists. My agents can pull any data they want, and use it, rather than coming to me for it. It's been phenomenal for keeping tabs on agent activity, since I can see all of my downline's clients, prospects, leads, apps, policies, etc, all in one place. The Agency Central feature also makes engagement and communication with everyone fun and easy. Our new agent training is more efficient, thanks to the virtual agent, and the database of sales tools, too.
