ARC is very easy to use, takes virtually no set-up, other than transferring your current book of business to the database. They even helped us import and set up our client database, though, so there was very little work on our part for that. The company is very responsive to suggested changes, and implements really quickly. They're also very personable, and the owner is right out front engaging with agents. Pricing is great compared to similar systems, which charge more for less, and most aren't industry-specific.
