I like how easy it was to set up and use PayTraQer. It's a big help because it makes my job a lot easier. I use PayTraQer for integrating QuickBooks with credit card payments from PayPal and Stripe, which is very convenient. The specific feature of QuickBooks integration is actually why I signed up, and using PayTraQer has improved our workflow significantly compared to doing things manually. I can't think of much to complain about, but if I were to nitpick, I'd say the chat platform could use some improvement because it sometimes freezes. Luckily, they also follow up with emails. I use PayTraQer for accounting automation, and I really like the ability to automate. It increases efficiency and keeps another thing from falling on our plates, or at least reduces the work. We've hit several bugs or unclear steps during setup. Nothing that breaks using the system. Support does a great job, though it often takes a day or two to reach resolution. Customization rules, transactions not matching rules despite being classified, and a few system stops, where we are unable to set up a particular detail the way we want. There are limited plan options and the platform no longer allows us to purchase one-time credit bundles. There is currently not a plan that best suits us, and we recently found out that we have been overpaying for the plan we are currently on. The rules-based sync does not work. I love that PayTraQer saves me a significant amount of time by automatically syncing transactions with QuickBooks Online (QBO) which eliminates the need for manual data entry. The support team is exceptionally kind and patient, making themselves easily available to address all my questions, which I find immensely valuable. Additionally, PayTraQer's ability to connect with multiple platforms enhances my efficiency even further, as it seamlessly integrates various data sources. The White Glove Onboarding service offered was very easy to use, streamlining the initial setup process. I use PayTraQer to sync my transactions with QuickBooks, and it did a fantastic job helping me automate the syncing process by helping me to create relevant categories for my products and services. Most recent error was harder for me to recognize without additional tech support. Tech Support came through with an answer and said the issue should not occur again. Pooja Permanand did what they said they would do and followed up to make sure issue was corrected. Once completed, made sure that we re-enabled the auto sync. The solution has enabled me to finally link my Stripe data directly with Quickbooks. I have been manually settling for years, thousands of transactions and spending countless hours in the process. The best part of the experience has been the support I have received from multiple members of their team. The most recent, Nirmal, went way beyond expectations to show me how to fix duplicate entries that were occuring in my P&L (due to settings I had incorrectly created).
