What do you like best about Descartes Finale Inventory?

Reporting is where Finale Inventory shines. More integrations than I would ever need, with the ability to add a new one. Very easy to use, with clearly labeled & well-organized menu items. Getting started, I had questions. My questions were answered really quickly by the founder of the company. My phone calls are answered. What do you dislike about Descartes Finale Inventory?

A difficult question is what I dislike about Finale Inventory. There are features that I don't use, but there are no features that I do use that I have any qualms about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Descartes Finale Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

I look at stock levels on a daily basis, and easily create Purchase Orders from the same software. Inventory levels are adjusted as soon as product is received, and as soon as it's picked for an order. I can see what's on hand, what's on order, and even how many days' worth of product I have. Stock levels take BOMs into account. That's huge. Product Lookups are simple to create and link. There's also the ability to create Custom Fields. What do you like best about Descartes Finale Inventory?

Finale has proven to be a easy intuitive way to manage our inventory. Using the barcoding and scanners we have streamlined our processes. We use finale for every step, from ordering our products to stocking, picking, packing and shipping out our sales orders. It also has robust, customizable reporting that has been extremely helpful. What do you like best about Descartes Finale Inventory?

The system is approachable, and works with ShipStation and Shopify, making my life easy. AND - they have the best support ever. I was able to have a series of phone calls in onboarding, getting my system set up and my procedures in place. This onboarding wasn't extra or additional. What do you dislike about Descartes Finale Inventory?

Thus far I don't have much to complain about. I guess one thing I could wish for is an integration to my accounting software of choice. I know they connect to some, just not Finaloop, which I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Descartes Finale Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopify inventory system wasn't enough for me. I needed to better track my COGS and I needed to better track inventory in route to me as well as builds and kits.
