It is intended for growing sellers and warehouse operations that manage multiple sales channels, inventory locations, product types, or Amazon fulfillment programs. The platform synchronizes inventory in near real time across 25+ popular sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Changes in inventory availability can be reflected across connected channels, helping teams reduce overselling and maintain consistent stock information. Sales orders, purchase orders, transfers, receiving, and stock adjustments can be managed within Finale, connecting ecommerce and warehouse processes in one system. Multichannel inventory management: Finale centralizes stock information from connected marketplaces and ecommerce platforms. It supports inventory visibility across warehouses, retail locations, and Amazon fulfillment locations, together with stock transfers and replenishment workflows. Barcode-based warehouse workflows: Mobile barcode scanning supports receiving, putaway, picking and packing, transfers, cycle counts, and stock-taking activities. The system can also create and print custom barcode labels for products, bins, and warehouse locations. Product and traceability controls: Kitting and bundling capabilities automatically adjust inventory for bundled products and their individual components. Lot IDs, serial numbers, and expiration dates can be recorded to support product traceability and inventory control requirements. Amazon inventory operations: Amazon tools cover FBA inbound shipment management and reconciliation, along with replenishment, inventory visibility, and transfers across FBA, AWD, and company warehouses. Finale Inventory has enabled us to quit using multiple Excel spreadsheets and has provided us with the ability to answer questions, retrieve data, and run reports with just a few simple clicks. Processes that previously took hours were simplified down to seconds. We have been so pleased with our implementation of Finale Inventory. It is extremely intuitive, easy to use and customizable to fit your particular business needs. As we have hired new employees, training on Finale Inventory is almost not necessary as it is very user-friendly and intuitive. New users are up and running in a matter of a few minutes. The on-line video demos of the various Finale Inventory features are excellent. If the videos do not answer your questions, Finale Inventory’s customer support is outstanding.
