On top of that they also allow you to generate custom csvs using many of the columns that FV collects. On top of this, they are very receptive to input regarding reporting/visualizations, UI, and data importing/exporting. **What do you dislike about Feedvisor?** The biggest complaint with FeedVisor is the price of the software. That is the biggest negative we could say. In comparison to other competitors, FV is a bit pricier than others. **What problems is Feedvisor solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest thing that FeedVisor does for us is allow us a way to keep our catalog priced competitively on Amazon's Marketplace without thousands of man hours that would be needed to do so manually. It also helps us keep our Amazon Advertising Campaigns operating within our specified goals. You never have to log into Seller Central to do your pricing! You have lots of insight into the sales velocity of an item right at your fingertips while pricing which is also super valuable. **What do you dislike about Feedvisor?** It can be a bit glitchy sometimes. but they fix issues fairly quickly. Also, their margin estimates tend to be a little bit rosier than actual margins, but they're close enough. And as long as you know to just be conservative with the margins you will be fine! Also, the bulk upload files are extremely complex. It got us to triple our Amazon numbers in 3 months that we have used it. **What do you dislike about Feedvisor?** The price is high, but it's reasonable for what you are getting. Sometimes setting up the repricer takes a while. Does not work with eBay. **Recommendations to others considering Feedvisor:** Try to push and negotiate for a better pricing than they initially offer to you. **What problems is Feedvisor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Repricing on Amazon, reordering reports, assorted metrics (what isn't selling, what's hot etc.) ### 27. I also enjoy the ability to adjust the algorithm depending on if we have too much or a shortage of inventory. **What do you dislike about Feedvisor?** Little bugs that aren't taken care of. Inability to factor in more variable cost into the floor pricing (example: part of FV bill is rev share. the analysis does not allow us to include this cost) I also dislike system updates without notification. An opening dashboard similar to Amazon's would be nice. **Recommendations to others considering Feedvisor:** Set a goal (sales or gp) and give FV at least a month to meet or beat your current standards and save you money. **What problems is Feedvisor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Other than using, FV to reprice our goods... We utilize FVs ability to track the number of days that inventory was active. This helps us create a better picture of what we are 'leaving on the table.' ### 28. Additionally, the last thing I would say is that Feedvisor appears to be headed in the direction of forcing folks to pay more for reach level of the product and that is frustrating, mainly because of the fact that the software is already a relatively expensive one and the new leveling system and attempts at at getting more money out of clients does not seem to me to be a step in the right direction. Additionally there was the occasional issue with regard to getting back in touch with your actual success manager rather than a random one which could be frustrating. **What problems is Feedvisor solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that Feedvisor helped solve in my experience was figuring out how to set dynamic prices and optimize my price-setting strategies and methods. ### 29. They were happy to get on a call at any time to discuss any issues that we had. It updated faster than the other repricers that we could find and if it weren't for the fact that Channel Advisor added an integrated repricer we would definitely use it still. **What do you dislike about Feedvisor?** The cost to use it was a factor but it seemed pretty fair to us. The only reason we left them was because we got a repricer for free from Channel Advisor **Recommendations to others considering Feedvisor:** I was very happy with the service. The best selling point in my opinion is the amazing service. They're willing to help you as much as you want and being able to talk to the same person throughout your time with them is a huge benefit. **What problems is Feedvisor solving and how is that benefiting you?** This gave us the ability to constantly adjust pricing based on the market and also raise prices when competition left. Feedvisor not only would lower prices based on what was going on in the marketplace they would also raise if competitors left the market. This helped immensely when our catalog grew because it was no longer possible for us to manually do it. Also since it was automated on the weekends when we were busy and not online as much it allowed our products to maintain the buy box. It also works on margin instead of a rules based pricing. This makes a tremendous difference in an age were companies are becoming less personable as they automate their online services. The platform has helped to give a bird's eye view of our Amazon business and has helped us to streamline our reports to understand exactly where our business is. **What do you dislike about Feedvisor?** The platform can still be a bit clanky. We notice some lag especially when the USA wakes up. The lack of a mobile app is also a minus. We also don't like the having to switch between market places when updating listings.
