**What do you like best about Feedbck.ai?**

The best part, for me, is how it just plugs right into the tools we already use. We got it set up to watch a few of our busiest customer feedback channels in Slack.

It's honestly pretty amazing at reading through all the noise, figuring out what's actual feedback, and then automatically popping Jira tickets onto our product team's board. This completely cut out a huge manual step for us. What used to be this tedious job of copy-pasting and writing up summaries is now just... done. It's saving my team a ton of time every single week.

**What do you dislike about Feedbck.ai?**

It took a little bit of tweaking at first to get the AI tuned correctly for our Slack channels. We had to play with the filters to make sure it was grabbing the right stuff and not just creating a bunch of noise. But after that initial setup, it's been running smoothly. I'm just excited to see what else they integrate with next.

**What problems is Feedbck.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We knew we were getting great feedback in Slack, but we were basically drowning in it. So much of it just got lost because nobody has time to manually read every thread, spot a trend, and then go fill out a Jira ticket.

Feedbck.ai just solves that. It's the bridge between our team's Slack chatter and our product team's backlog in Jira. It makes sure the good ideas actually get captured and sent to the product team in a way they can actually use. The biggest wins for us are the obvious time savings and the fact that we're finally closing the loop on feedback. We're actually acting on user suggestions now because they're not just getting buried in a Slack channel.
