Feathr has some amazing capabilities as far as serving ads goes. Their customer support team, aside from accounting, is pretty top notch and responds quickly and usually helpfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Feathr, especially with their update from July where your ad audiences have to be larger than 2,000 individuals (which greatly chokeholds the whole "targeted audience" thing when your organization is trying to target specific smaller regions) just isn't doing what I want it to do. It is pausing all my campaigns left and right automatically. Their support/communication regarding the issue has been incredibly lackluster. It seems they just went through some sort of restructuring. Despite the fact that we drop thousands on this platform and pay for a CSM, it seems the CSMs are no longer allowed to meet with you as often nor are they allowed to actually help you with what you're wanting to do. You have to do all the work and try to figure it out, and they will just say "Looks good!". For the same cost, we went from three meetings/month to one meeting/month, and really it seems like we're just trying to get sold on more of the features rather than working with what we have. Our campaigns cannot always have these budgets that are thousands of dollars, but it is impossible to run one for a single month without it. As we wanted to use this platform solely to sell tickets to our non-profit events, it's very disappointing. I was excited to be able to use Feathr and during onboarding it seemed very promising, but it is proving that it's not worth the money compared to letting another group handle the advertising and issues that come with it.
