I like how easy it is to make and publish a form using FastField Forms. The new AI form builder tool is pretty awesome and saves a bunch of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the number one issue is their lack of permissions structure and visibility to submitted forms etc. Next thing would be the development of new field options. Would also love to be able to use FastField Forms for an inventory style project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We currently have a field that captures the outcome of the inspection—either a conforming visit or a non-conformance—based on the inspector’s selection. It would be helpful if, depending on the answers to certain questions, the system could automatically select the non-conformance option and bypass the need for manual input. I like that FastField Forms removes the need for printing paperwork and reduces the opportunity for errors. I really appreciate the ability to customize it and make it work for how we want it. Customizing the fields with rules ensures our instructors do not make errors out in the field. The ability to make conditional rules allows us to keep the forms simple and intuitive to use. Our company finds the most benefit from being able to create custom forms for each of our needs. The customer support with Eddie S. has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. If leadership is reading this, Eddie S. needs a raise and promotion. We have several unique needs for form flow, delivery, etc. and there has always been an easy way of accomplishing it.
