The team members at Facilio are very attentive and answer questions quickly. They work to help understand any concerns, come up with potential solutions, review those with you and how they would or could work, and take action if agreed upon. Basant and William both have been fantastic during our 2 years with Facilio. Facilio is super easy to use especially when compared to what we used to use which was more of an IT ticketing system. I would say the challenges that we've had with Facilio were more on the implementation period. We didn't have a lot of resources so getting all of the information for our first time FMS was challenging and timelines were not always met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
