## About Facilio
Facilio Enterprise Asset &amp; Maintenance Management application stores and maintains data about your company’s assets, facilities, and inventory. You can use this information to help you schedule maintenance work, track asset status, manage inventory and resources, and analyse costs. The Facilio software suite can be configured to meet the needs of a variety of different businesses, including Office Spaces, Hotels, universities, and other such commercial buildings Facilio helps companies to improve the availability and performance of their revenue-generating assets while decreasing operating costs, without increasing safety issues. The application lets you: 1, Record service requests and all related records and communications from the initial request to problem resolution. 2, Track work orders and failures to better schedule preventive maintenance. 3, Track inventory use to find optimum stock levels. The goal is to maximize availability of items for upcoming work, while also reducing unnecessary inventory and associated carrying costs. 4, Track purchasing of inventory stores and materials for work orders. To assist in creating budgets, you can use facilio to track costs for labor, materials, services, assets, and tools used to complete work orders.

**What do you like best about Facilio?**

I have worked with several different CMMS platforms trying to find central location that can handle all of our needs, and Facilio is the ONLY ONE that has been able to deliver. Not only do they follow through with the requests, but they strive to understand my business model so that they can come up with solutions to streamline the process. They have given support above and beyond what I expected, and I can't recommend them enough. The team I have been able to work with; Krishna and Inbaraj; feel like they have become part of our team. They couldn't have provided better service!

**What do you dislike about Facilio?**

I haven't come across anything that hasn't been handled.

**What problems is Facilio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous integration with a client portal was losing data based on how the individual clients would dispatch, recall and then reassign work orders.  We also had multiple platforms we were required to use that were client specific. Facilio was able to integrate all of the platforms into one central location for our staff to manage everything. They have also automated several steps to increase productivity, not to mention the robust reporting that is available easily with all work being centralized in one location.

**What do you like best about Facilio?**

The team members at Facilio are very attentive and answer questions quickly.  They work to help understand any concerns, come up with potential soluions, review those with you and how they would or could work, and take action if agreed upon.  Basant and William both have been fantastic during our 2 years with Facilio.  Facilio is super easier to use espeically when compared to what we used to use which was more of a IT ticketing syste.

**What do you dislike about Facilio?**

I would say the challenges that we've had with Facilio were more on the implementation period.  We didn't have a lot of resources so getting all of the information for our first time FMS was challenging and timelines were not alwasy met.

**What problems is Facilio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue that we had was tracking not only vendors that we were using for the 140+ locations that we have but also tracking tickets, expenses to those tickets, frequency of incidents, as well as warranty claims associated with those.  I wish I could say how much money this has saved us but I don't have a great bench market to really compare apples to apples.  I do know that the service level has gone up that our facilities team has been able to provide to our stores as well as the vendor communciation and sevice levels.

**What do you like best about Facilio?**

Facilio has exceeded our expectations. They have delivered a work order system, a refrigerant management system and a utility management system that has given me visibility and data that allows me to manage my world in real time.

**What do you dislike about Facilio?**

I have not found anything I do not like about the application

**What problems is Facilio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilio has made managing our vendors easy and they have allowed me to see real time stats on vendor performance and the true cost of repairs per asset. 
Their refrigerant Managment System works in tandem with the work order/asset management system which makes keeping compliant simple. Nothing can fall through the cracks. 
Their Utility Management System has allowed me to compare sites based on customer count and sales which is real data. Square footage to square footage is a guess without sales and customer count. All of our sites do not run identically just because they are the same size.

Simple and intuitive interface. Standalone unified portfolio makes in highly accessible across devices.

**What do you dislike about Facilio?**

Pricing is a little high and it's still in early stage in terms of features and data privacy.
