**What do you like best about eWay-CRM?**

eWay online has been great so far and with new released features, it still provides a crucial role in my daily operations.

I really appreciate the Calendar sync automation. I have been waiting for that for some time now. Also connection with other MS apps is getting better.

**What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?**

At the moment, there are no major issues. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to load the list of Journals, but thats just normal I guess.

**What problems is eWay-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing communication with my customers and contacts
Projects overview (standard pipeline / kanban) 
Available also on my iphone and Mac 
Task management
Automated marketing campaigns
Calendar events synchronization

**What do you like best about eWay-CRM?**

We had been using Microsoft's BCM product as our CRM platform for 13 years when Microsoft pulled the plug on it and we had to move to another platform. eWay-CRM came to the rescue and was able to migrate all our existing client contact records into their platform and we've been using eWay for 3 years now. The transition was very smooth and the learning curve was minimal, so the experience wwas very positive.

The integration with Outlook and Microsoft 365 is seamless and makes using the product on a desktop or mobile device a breeze. eWay-CRM handles all of our use cases and more!

The sales team uses eWay-CRM on a daily basis and the customer support is very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?**

There's no option to save Sent emails without the attachments, which means we have to go through an extra step of removing the attachments (using a 3rd party tool) and then saving them into eWay-CRM.

**What problems is eWay-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eWay-CRM allows us to keep track of all interactions with clients and have visibilty at both the contact level and the parent companies / agencies that those contacts belong to. This gives the sales team the information they need when they reach out to a prospect or customer.

**What do you like best about eWay-CRM?**

We've recently switched to eWay from Dynamics CRM.  So far as a new user i find it extremely simple to utilize basic functions with little training, also--solid integration with Outlook and Excel

**What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?**

As an Outlook add-on, it tremendously slows down Outlook's booting up process. 
Also, the updates process is a bit of a hassle.

**Recommendations to others considering eWay-CRM:**

particularly if you are potentially a new user of CRM, try eWay.

**What problems is eWay-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We migrated to eWay after two previous CRM products that we found didn't work well with our needs. eWay is great in that all of our users with varying expertise levels can easily search, edit, and download based on their own individual needs.  Much easier to update, download, search than other CRM products have been. Also like that this is not cloud based.

The syncing from Outlook is very good, the email and sequencing was terrrible in spring 2023.  Very confusing and difficult to use.

**What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?**

Email and sequencing was terrrible in spring 2023.  Very confusing and difficult to use, despite several tech support calls.  Not intuitive for non-technical users.  Was told it was outsourced.

**What problems is eWay-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. Costly mistake.  There are much better products out there.

eWay is easy enough to use and customer support are quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?**

Regularly causes Outlook to disable the eWay plugin because of how it slows it down.  I often have to restart my computer just to get both eWay and Outlook up and running again.

**What problems is eWay-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all client info in one central place is helpful, though any CRM offers this.

User experience is the best. Most important is experience to manage complex management and I found best supportive one. Fabulous AS I got here to digest all the things.

Discount. I think, company should give good discounts to the regular customer like me. Also, I help then to improve CRM performance. So, Need good discount to continue.

Yes, Good question. Email management with followups and important categories. Leads management with much important emails. and other documents based on outlook.

**What do you like best about eWay-CRM?**

Eway has become a really great and reliable tool for me. Integration with Outlook still runs smoothly. My project pipeline is organized, automated, and easy to work with. Every new update brings good features. I also optimized this new grid view and got used to it.

**What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?**

Outlook used to freeze sometimes, but with the new version, this has been fixed. I do not have any negative feedback at the moment.

**What problems is eWay-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with customers.
Flexibility on my Mac / iPhone.
Project pipeline overview + reporting.

intuitive use. I don't know what to tell you more about. I really don't have many experiences, but it's really simple to use it.

**What do you like best about eWay-CRM?**

I like that the CRM is so free and friendly to use. Its interface is easy to the eye and very simple to use. Also that I can put it on any email interface I use, I currently use MS Office 2010 and MS 2016 and it works great on both.

**What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?**

It may make your email a little slow, I am not sure that E-WAY is the reason, but since install, the email portion of my suite slows down and doesn't respond on rare occasions.

**Recommendations to others considering eWay-CRM:**

I like E-way but not fully sold on it. I use it and integrate it across my desktop, laptop, and IPad. So far it's working well and easy to use. I have received several emails asking if I need any help and as of yet have not had to worry about that. I do not get spammed with an email like with HubSpot CRM but again sometimes the Hubspot CRM sends out valuable emails that really help. The main difference between the two so far is access to my CRM, E-way is much easier to see my contacts and add contacts, Hubspot is also full CRM but much more difficult to access the CRM

**What problems is eWay-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

E-way allows me to bring my CRM with me on my laptop, on my phone, in my office, all using different email clients but keeping them updated across the way.

**What do you like best about eWay-CRM?**

I like how customizable it is and variety of the functions. eWay-CRM is the best free CRM and also the best CRM i Outlook I've ever used. The customer service is also great. I'm using it for two years now and I have everything I need always with me.

**What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?**

There's nothing I dislike. They update a lot so if there is a problem they always fix it very soon.

**Recommendations to others considering eWay-CRM:**

If you're not sure you can always try free version and then upgrade premium. Also the free is for free forever not for just 14 day trial or so.
