&lt;p&gt;Egnyte earns its place when your accountability problem spans beyond ACC&#39;s walls — trades uploading from their own systems, external collaborators who shouldn&#39;t be in ACC at all, or a file governance requirement that ACC&#39;s native permissions don&#39;t fully satisfy. If your trades are already in ACC and your permission needs are met there, the configuration overhead doesn&#39;t add enough to justify the cost.&lt;/p&gt;
