**What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

The customer support and depth of knowledge I was able to tap into on a regular basis was fantastic. 

Implementation was really easy, and the platform is designed to be very intuitive, so it didn't take long to get my team up and running.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

The only quibble I had with the tool was the limited ability to set up custom leaderboards. However, it's really important to point out that I was using this feature in a way that was outside the scoped use case, and that when I forwarded my ideas/input to the Product team, I feel they were listened to and well received.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee advocacy is THE thing that companies need to be doing with their social presence these days, especially in the B2B sector, as fewer and fewer people care about following or interacting with brands online. 

Being able to give my team authentic ways to amplify our brand content and to advocate for our company in a way that wasn't cookie cutter or soulless? That was a gamechanger for the social strategy I was able to implement. 

We went through an incredibly thorough procurement process, both at the start, and when the inital contract was coming to an end. Each time, EveryoneSocial was the clear frontrunner when it came to ease of use, features, support and the abilities that the tool gave me. 

I can thoroughly recommend this tool to anyone with a team who wants to help support the marketing efforts of the company, but isn't sure how.

**What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

The best thing I like about EveryoneSocial is that I can easily just hit share for a particular post, and it goes out to my linked social networks. It makes the entire process very seamless. Once the post is shared, the platform provides some helpful analytics on how the post is performing.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

I'm not too fond of the fact that my login information does not persist on the iPhone app - as in, I need to re-login every time I open the app.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EveryoneSocial allows a way to officially share social media content when published by the company's curators—no more guessing what can be shared! If it's on EveryoneSocial, it can be shared, and that too very quickly.

I have been using eveyoneSochial to promote and advocate for TELUS.  As a team member who strongly believes in the values of my organization, it's amazing tohave a tool that has uplifted my social media presence so positively and with such ease.

I absolutely recommend this app to every team member whenever I get a chance. It's a game-changer when it comes to spreading the message and mission of our organization.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

I would love better understant how I can create some amazing content to share myself, perhaps having a little bit more guidance or pre-aproved templates and images in the compose section to help create content would be helpful.

With this tool, we can post with confidence, knowing that our message is clear and impactful, without spending hours trying to create or proofread our content.

The people and the product are top notch. Very customer focused with disciplined execution and always have their eye on the prize - delivering sales. Head and shoulders above everyone else with demand generation features, and they made the switch easy for users, implemention, and integration with our other systems. Customer support is outstanding throughout the contract lifecycle. They deliver.

There's nothing I dislike about the people or the product.

**What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

Easy to use, great for internal shares and amplification of campaigns. Love using the RSS feeds to get industry news and provide content to our teams.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

Wish that we could tag individuals in internal and external posts. RSS feeds can get glitchy. Would love to see this implemented into our Teams Integration but seem to have a hard time making that happen at our org. Would like to categorize, sort, search posts within groups and timeline.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign amplification, thought leadership opportunities - We're able to leverage the platform for internal comms and advocacy that we'd otherwise have to rely on email or Teams messaging (not directly linked to social media) to do.

The platform is very easy to use and is simple to set up; it also allows me to see what other users in my organization are posting and to share those and the posts that are provided by our admins quickly and easily. I love it!

Nothing that I can think of... it's great!

I don't have access to the events happening across the entire organization and don't have a large library of media to pull from, so this allows greater access to both.

**What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

EveryoneSocial is an amazing employee advocacy tool that allows us to push content to our employees and empower them to share content. In our B2B environement, our employees want to share company content but often don't know what to say or post. EveryoneSocial allows us to aggregate content for employees and we're even able to provide multiple copy options so we have a variety of keywords, phrases, and text to go along with each post. With the always changing social media algorithms (for us, particutlarly on LinkedIn), we're able to expand our reach well beyond our followers with our employee advocactes.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

The most challenging part of EveryoneSocial is ensuring employees are sharing content. The challenges are less about the tool itself and more about the internal plans and time to continuously encourage employees to share content. We often see the same core group of employees sharing content from EveryoneSocial and while we host monthly contests to encourage others to particpate, it's a challenge to get casual social media users to participate.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before EveryoneSocial, we were emailing out text for employees to copy and paste into social media posts. This was highly ineffective and resulted in very few shares.

Empowering brand awareness and employee advocacy across social media, this tool seamlessly facilitates the sharing of content by employees. The professional service team consistently exceeds expectations, showcasing their dedication to producing top-tier content. Their proficiency in capturing our brand voice has significantly elevated our brand's reach, proving instrumental in lead generation and recruiting efforts.

Limited control over the number of times an employee can share the same post (internal gamifacation for gift cards has resulted in employees spamming their social media accounts by resharing posts many times)

makes it easy to choose the content that our employees share on social media and encourages them to actually share content as it gamifies sharing with leaderboards, etc.

Sharing videos that I can share on LinkedIn or Twitter, doesn't work if I do it via EveryoneSocial....seems to be a video size issue.

I can share to all my social channels in an instant but can also adjust the message within each of them to suit. That means I have all the control I require on what I publish with very little administrative overhead

It is sometimes hard to get a view on the latest content across all channels without having to dig for it

Very intuitive user experience, easy to generate folders to have different areas of interest, very easy to post content to your social media.

- Leaderboards help me to keep posting more regularly. 
- Having shareable content ready to go is useful when I am strapped for time and don't know what to post about. 
- Can easily share content for others to use.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

- Sometimes points don't tally up correctly which, for someone in sales, defeats the point as we are a competitive bunch. 
- Cannot tag individual people on posts meaning you have to edit the post once it's on the social site.  
- Cannot post in LinkedIn groups.  That would be useful.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ES makes it easier for people to post content.  Specifically, for salespeople, it makes sharing industry-specific content easier.  Gamification helps people post more regularly as well.

**What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

EveryoneSocial makes it easy for employees to share company news with their networks using suggested post copy at the click of a button. With their unique points system, you can also take it one step further and create a competition, which we did around a major company announcement. This way, we could track and reward employee engagement, and incentivize external sharing to further spread our news. EveryoneSocial is a great tool for any internal and external comms team!

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

The pay-per-seat platform makes it tricky to make available to your entire employee base on a budget. To utilize the platform to its fullest, you should plan to budget accordingly.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EveryoneSocial helped us reach untapped networks utilizing our own employees that previously either didn't share company news frequently or didn't know the best way to communicate an announcement. EveryoneSocial helps us to provide structure to those who want it, or simply a gentle reminder for those who don't.

**What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

I love how easy it is to find content and share from within the platform. I also really like that there can be multiple ready-made captions and that it gives you the option to personalize them yourself if you prefer. Additionally, I like that anyone can post something they find interesting for colleagues to share.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

I work closely with the social team and it can be difficult for them to get employees to use the tool. We've seen that there is only a small percentage of people who log in and share a post using EveryoneSocial. So while EveryoneSocial is great, you'll have to work hard on an internal plan to get as many employees as possible to use it frequently.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in a large company and EveryoneSocial allows me to see what we're doing at a global scale. Employees can be focused on a specific project, but EveryoneSocial allows anyone to post something that employees can share - a new product launch, a new survey, awards, videos, etc.

That within two clicks, I can post to my linked in, business critical posts. We actually casued a LinkedIn blackout one day because we all posted at the same time

Would be great if it was easier to locate the posts that are specific to me, and also not show the older posts.

Forcing my team to actually promote the new products and news we have, and there is no excuse for not having time as it is so quickly. The business perofmrance has definitely increased.

**What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

As someone who isn't super active on social, I find the ease of use of EveryoneSocial especially compelling. I love that the content is pre-populated, I can make a few tweaks to make it my own and post all from the platform. On the flip side, as a member of the PR team I also use the admin capabilities and I love that I can add media coverage so my coworkers can share our news. This has definilty been an effective way to amplify the team's work.

I can't think of anything that I strongly dislike. It's been a helpful platform.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Specific to my role as our director of PR, EveryoneSocial has allowed us to amplify our media coverage. Prior to using the platform we didn't have a good way to share our coverage with the full organization.

**What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

So easy to share my own content and to find other relevant content to share. Helps keep posts on message and definitely helps us to amplify our views and positioning. Also, I use the scheduler all the time to make sure I make regular, but not too frequent, posts.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

The platform has become much more intuitive to use since we started on it a couple of years ago. Not sure if this is down to EveryoneSocial, but it would be great if we can tag @ people in the posts properly on LinkedIn and Twitter.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great tool to provide executives and sales teams with stories that are on message and relevant. Teams that otherwise would not post any company content do now as EveryoneSocial makes it much easier for them to do so.

LinkedIn unfortunately that is an API limitation where they don't allow individual tagging. We are partnered with them and hope to get access in the near future. **What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

Using EveryoneSocial has helped our team build our brand on social media and provide approved and relevant content for our employees to share and develop their own personal brands. I've noticed that with EveryoneSocial, many of our employees are more willing to post our content online simply because of the ease—a very low barrier for entry. 
I also love that we can see all the data behind the scenes that helps us continue to curate and share content that resonates with our employees and is meaningful to them. 
Love that this tool has helped us amplify our team's work and reach KPIs.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

Wish you could tag people/businesses from within EveryoneSocial itself, but know that is because of the limitations in LinkedIn's API.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ES has helped us create a fun, engaging corporate culture around social sharing! It's solving the issue of not knowing where to look for company news or not knowing what to say online.

Amount of pople I can get our information out to with minial clicks and time spent.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

The process of scheduling the post in advance could be a little quicker. It would be ideal to be able to hover over the new post in EveryoneSocial, and click for post now or later vs scrolling down, clicking option, then going to new view. Becasue its also tough to remember which/when you set it for when its not on the same page.

It allows to send out productive posts in a timely manner.

Everyone social is intuitive, even for users not familiar with most social platforms. It makes it simple, fast, and effective to create content and share that with employees across the organization so they can post with just a few clicks.

The only real challenge I encountered was not being able to tag other users in LinkedIn posts.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's difficult to make employees aware of updates and keep them engaged when you have 2,000+ employees spread around the world. EveryoneSocial makes it easy for us to generate posts with our latest updates and employee advocacy initiatives and share those across the organization, helping us get much higher visibility and engagement than we otherwise could.

**What do you like best about EveryoneSocial?**

My experience with EveryoneSocial has been outstanding. Megan Stewart, our customer success manager and Kaitlin Warren from product support have been great partners for me in optimizing the tool for success and resolving any questions or concerns along the way. They are both quick to respond and happy to jump on a call to discuss things. 

EveryoneSocial has been an excellent tool for our organization to increase reach and engagement through our employees' posting curated content. I love seeing other administrators or employees suggest content on the platform. We have a great mix of content and contributors because of our adoption rate.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

One feature that employees ask about is being able to tag other people on LinkedIn through the tool. Otherwise, I have been very happy with my experience! They are continually considering customer feedback and ideas to roll out enhancements to the tool.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps employees quickly and easily schedule content to share with their networks with suggested copy. We can expand our reach with employees sharing this content and it being readily available to them.

As far as tagging people on LinkedIn, it's an API limitation by the social platform unfortunately. However, we are closely partnering with them to see if we can eventually get that capability. We do have the ability to tag company handles to LinkedIn from EveryoneSocial, that will be out very soon.

In general, the experience with Everyone Social is great. 
It is great to be able to share posts on other networks like Linkedin or Twitter.
Also, it is a good way to get more information about events and blog posts.

There should be more events or things to keep people engaged with the social network. Right now I use it more as a way to share stuff in other networks, but I don't feel the engagement is very good.

Everyone Social is a very simple and quick way to connect with your social networks to share relevant information that will grab your users attention and help facilitate interaction. Really like how well it is laid out for me as a user to simply click and share to Linkedin and Twitter what our admin has crafted. I don't have to log into my separate networks and copy/paste anymore. Just simply see it, click it and share it.

I can't say I really dislike anything about Everyone Social. I guess what I would say, if I really wanted to, was that it could use some more educational sessions from the account manager bc I'm sure I'm not taking full advantage of what is available on Everyone Social.

What Everyone Social is solving is connecting and reconnecting with my relationships via my social networks. The gamification is cool but the explanation on how to earn points and make it to the leaderboard is unclear. If it is based on your reach and not your activity level... that is a bummer.

EveryoneSocial is easy to use, and they provide a lot of resources to convince colleagues to be on board with Employee Advocacy. Megan Stewart, one of the customer success managers, is an excellent partner and helpful in brainstorming with us on how best to utilize our program.

**What do you dislike about EveryoneSocial?**

It's a software program. With any software, there are going to be bugs and limitations. While it's easy to get in touch with the support team, it often takes a little while for them to resolve concerns that come up.

**What problems is EveryoneSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EveryoneSocial is a great "one stop shop" for my employee advocacy program, and allows me to be the program admin without a lot of hands-on, day to day management of posts. I'm able to appoint moderators who can handle populating the different groups with content rather than having to do it myself.
