**What do you like best about Everfect?**

What I like most about Everfect is how it brings everything into one place. I can collect, manage, and respond to reviews across multiple platforms without jumping between accounts, which saves a lot of time. The automation features for requesting reviews are especially valuable, as they help generate consistent feedback from clients without manual follow-up. It also makes it easy to turn positive reviews into marketing assets, which is great for building trust and attracting new clients

**What do you dislike about Everfect?**

There’s nothing major that stands out as a negative. If anything, I’d say there’s still room for more integrations and slightly more customization, but overall it does what it’s designed to do very well.

**What problems is Everfect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everfect solves the challenge of managing and generating customer reviews consistently across multiple platforms. Without a system like this, reviews are scattered, easy to miss, and difficult to leverage effectively. Everfect centralises everything into one dashboard, automates review requests, and makes it easy to respond quickly, which saves a significant amount of time and ensures nothing is overlooked.

The main benefit for me is that it turns reviews into a real business asset rather than just passive feedback. By consistently collecting more reviews and improving response times, it strengthens credibility, improves visibility on Google, and ultimately helps attract more clients. It also allows me to maintain a strong and professional online presence without adding extra admin workload.
