There are no real complaints with Everest 7 Complaint Management Software. The platform is very well-rounded and meets every functionality it should regarding a complaint management software. They constantly roll out new updates and bug fixes. The support team is friendly and helps you find solutions regardless of what they might be. So for me, there are no real dislikes on this platform. it gets an A+ from me and my crew. I cant wait to see how Everest 7 makes this software even better than it already is. The problems that Everest 7 complaint management software is solving for us is being able to bridge the gap between complaints with the organization and investigating and rectifying those complaints. They are feilding the complaints and organizing them in a way that easily breaks them down and allows our staff to take care of the significant problems that need the most attention. It has also cut down tremendously on the man hours it takes to provide such services such as complaint resolution. All in all, this is a one stop solution to a century olf problem like compliant management. To be quite honest, I'm not sure how our business operated before we implemented this amazing software.
