For any business, large or small, this is a one-step solution to organizational management with your company's complaints. Its a must-have to grow your business to new heights. Its taken the man hours of complaint management and made cut them exponentially. Now my staff can focus on other tasks within our organization. There are no real complaints with Everest 7 Complaint Management Software. The platform is very well-rounded and meets every functionality it should regarding a complaint management software. They constantly roll out new updates and bug fixes. The support team is friendly and helps you find solutions regardless of what they might be. So for me, there are no real dislikes on this platform. it gets an A+ from me and my crew. I cant wait to see how Everest 7 makes this software even better than it already is.
